ZERO stars. I purchased concert tickets from Vivid Seats. I received an email saying the tickets would be received the day before the show. They never emailed the tickets as promised. I went to the concert venue the evening of the show expecting to get help from the venue's "Ticket Resolution" window. They could not help me and suggested that the tickets I purchased from Vivid Seats were a scam. Many other people at the show were having the same horrible experience with their tickets purchased through Vivid Seats. The trick was I had to download the SeatGeek app to access my tickets. (NOWHERE in any of the correspondence Vivid Seats sent me did it say to do this.) When I tried to access the SeatGeek app, I had to create a whole new account. The email address I used for Vivid Seats did not work on Seat Geek app. This was the email where I had received all previous correspondence on the show. Plus, it was hard to access the internet outside the venue as the network was on overload. I finally found a phone number for SeatGeek, called them and a lady sent my tickets (barcode). The Vivid Seats phone number said they were closed. So glad Seat Geek answered and helped me. I missed the first act of the show I was attending. Other concert-goers who were going through this were very frustrated, thinking they were scammed and being unable to access tickets they had paid their hard-earned money for. Stressful and frustrating for many peope. Vivid Seats' customer care and business practices are absolutely substandard. They make it very hard on the consumer. I will never purchase through them, and am telling everyone I know about my experience.Vivid Seats LLC

Additionally, our customer service team is available from 8 AM CDT to 12 AM (midnight) CDT every day of the year, so we'll be investigating why your call was not routed correctly and our system advised incorrectly that we were closed. Lastly, thank you for letting us know that you were not the only fan affected by this so we can proactively resolve this for other fans. I purchased 2 tickets for a Motown show for tomorrow the day before Mother's Day...and I found out the show was postponed. I never received any notification. I called Vivid Seats and they had no idea and then confirmed it. I paid $366 for these tickets and I cannot get my money back. They rescheduled the show for September 13th...which I will not be able to make. Their policy is full refund if canceled not postponed. I feel its unfair business practices. I should at least get half my money back...especially I was not given any notification.Vivid Seats LLC

I ordered tickets in November for a concert in May. They were supposed to arrive the day before the concert and I had been assured that they would be by an online chat agent. That afternoon I received a call that they would NOT be there on time and that they were going to upgrade the ticket for the inconvenience. All we had to do was be willing to meet someone at the venue on the first day. I asked specifically if the ticket was going to be the same access of what was paid for and she assured me that it was an upgrade and would allow access to the field and a seat. When my husband showed up to get the ticket, it was a GA ticket only. When I called Vivid Seats to fix this mix up I got the runaround that they would have to investigate it. I told them exactly the time that I received a call from their agent so they would be able to find the recording. I finally had someone (over 3 hours later) say that they listened to the recording and that I had agreed to the change in the ticket so there was nothing that could be done about it. I told them that they can't just pick and choose the part of the recording they want, they needed to account for the whole conversation. In order for my husband to get the access that I had originally paid for, he had to pay an additional $250.00 I have since disputed all charges on my credit card and will never order from Vivid Seats again. Have had many people say they have had unpleasant experiences with Vivid Seats also and will never deal with them again. Good luck continuing business as crooks!Vivid Seats LLC

Its absolutely unexecptable that the concert is less than 24 hours and I've not received them. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and not helpful. I agree with another reviewer, im looking into filing a fraud claim. DO NOT buy tickets from them for anything! This event is out of state and there's alot of money invested in it just to not get the tickets.Vivid Seats LLC

Your tickets were delivered later in the evening after you wrote your review, the night before the concert, and we reached out to make sure you had gotten them alright and had no other issues or concerns with your order. Delivery timing can vary depending on when the venue makes the tickets available to transfer or otherwise deliver, and in many cases that can be restricted to 24hrs before the event is scheduled to start. In most cases, tickets get delivered earlier than the estimated dates we provide. Regardless, you'll always get your tickets in time for the event or we'll make it right.
