      How many of these terrible experiences are going to happen before consumers wake up? I purchased tickets for a show last year. 8 Hours before concert time I was informed that the tickets I purchased were no longer offered. They offered me General admission for my trouble after paying for front row Box Seats. This is a complete and total scam. Lost time from work, lost money, lost experiences with loved ones. I will never use this business again ever.

We do our best to provide commensurate replacement tickets whenever possible, and it sounds like that may not have been an option this time around.       Hey ****, we're really glad that you followed up with us and we were eventually able to reach out and talk about your experience over the phone! In this case, the seller fell through and was unable to be contacted, and the only replacements we had at that point were for the regular GA section. We always try to provide you with commensurate replacements whenever possible, and since you weren't interested or able to use the regular GA tickets we moved to cancel the order and refund you. We're happy to have learned you were still able to go in the end and didn't miss out on the show despite the issue with your order and we hope we'll be able to help you get to another fantastic event in the near future!

      Terrible experience. I understand that customer service can only work within the constraints of the company processes and so I don't blame them. They were actually trying to help. The platform itself is not super user friendly and the way they sell tickets sets you up as a buyer to wonder if you will even get your tickets. When you reach out, you're told you should get them within 2 hours of the show, but are required to print them. Unfortunately, I don't have a printer and won't have the opportunity to get them printed in time for the show. You also can't actually then try to sell the tickets after you buy them because of this reason. I wouldn't ever use them to buy or sell tickets again.

      This site is a scam operation that only resells from other people who purchased the tickets, which is not very well advertised. that is also no refunds (also not well advertised). They claim to have a ticket protection program but dont explain how to use it at all

      Did you know that the final price you pay on ************************** is often far higher than whats initially displayed? Thats because they use a deceptive tactic called drip pricinga misleading practice designed to lure consumers in with a seemingly low price, only to pile on hidden fees after youve entered your personal and payment information.But it doesnt stop there. Vivid Seats can add over 35% in surprise feeslabeled as Service Fees and Transfer Feesafter you think youve seen the full price. Its a bait-and-switch strategy thats become disturbingly common in the resale ticketing world.Worse yet, they intentionally confuse buyers by listing tickets under misleading section names. For example, tickets listed as A2 might actually belong to an entirely different, less desirable section like AWC2. The only clue? A sellers note buried in tiny print so small youd need a microscope to catch itassuming you even know to look.And if you decide to resell the tickets? Brace yourself: not only will you have paid hundreds in hidden fees just to buy themoften around $300 per ticketbut youll also be charged 10% of your listing price when you try to sell. No refunds, no flexibility, just more fees.This business model preys on consumer trust. Its not just unethicalits predatory, deceiving and misleading.
