      I have never seen a company with worse customer service.I made an appointment and they never sent the email confirmation so I had to call and check on the appointment. That agent said I didn't have an appointment and when I said how frustrated I was, she then said you have an appointment. The appointment was from 2:15 to 4:15p. I sat the entire time with my iPhone and it didn't ring. Then all of a sudden I got a Voicemail message saying sorry we missed you and that someone else would call within 10 minutes. They didn't call until 6pm and said that they were just coming back from lunch and thought they would call. I had tried so many times to reach someone between the appointment time and kept getting sent to a feedback loop or was cutoff. I called another number for them and the agent forward my call while I was still talking. Each time I called back, she would just forward it without saying anything to the same number that was not working. The BBB needs to put a warning on this company as they are supposed to be helping seniors and are so far from helping that they should be out of business. I expect a full review that is provided to their CEO so he can see how bad they are. This is not an isolated case and yet they do nothing to change how they operate. The government needs to step in and put them out of business. they are impacting senior citizens and their BBB D- shows they just don't care.

      In June 2022, a large sum of money was fraudulently stolen from my Alight 401K account. I worked with Alight and my previous employer's benefits center to recover the majority of the money; however, ~$14,000 is still outstanding. I was told that via the Alight Protection Program, this money will be refunded to me via the trust company. It has been over 10 months since providing all of the necessary paperwork and documentation and I have not received any communication. My money is still outstanding, the company refuses to call me back, and each time I inquire I am told "we will send another request for response". It has been 16 months since the money was initially stolen and I am still awaiting resolution here.

      I signed up for the fsa program thru my job. I have not been able to use my contributions of ****. I'm being told after numerous calls that I have limited ways to spend my hard earned money. I am requesting a full refund due to that fact.

      On May 10th 2023 Alight solutions allowed someone to get into there system and change my banking information. Alight never contacted by either email, mail, phone call to confirm it was me who made these changes. My June and July payments were never received. I contacted company to ask why my direct deposit was not in my bank account. When they looked they advised they were sent to the new account. I informed them I never made any changes to my account. I informed them Ive been using the same account for over 20 plus years. I was informed by them it was changed and the new bank was not in the *************. Since then I have been getting the run a round with no June or July payments. They froze my account and have not did any direct deposits. The company continues to tell me they are investigating but will not give me no info. I have not heard from them for over 4 weeks and still no direct deposits. I contacted the **** police and fire and they got involved. Since doing so I received a September payment by mail after 23 days. The OP&F informed me my October payment will be sent by mail and it will be another 23 days before I receive. This has been going on for 5 months now. I would appreciate some help in this matter. My direct deposits happen on the 5th of every month but its not happening. When I try contacting this company to speak to person in charge I get the run around and they act like they dont know who Im asking for. Please help me get this issue resolved so I can start getting my monthly check again and my June and July payments that they have not sent me.

      I left **** and was issued benefits through there benefits center with a company called Alight. Its a 3rd party company that is running a scam. Im not sure **** is aware of. Every month they have tried to bill me for Cobra medical, which I declined. I have called requesting them to remove me from this Cobra medical as I do not need or want it. ***y have assured me several times I have been removed and no further bills will be issued. Every month I get a new bill and have to explain the process to a new rep. *** last time I called I was understandably upset, and was told its a system issue that my account accidentally kept be reinstated and so the reps had been doing their job but that pesky system kept undoing all their work and reinstated me. I spoke to multiple managers who said it will no longer be a issue because they would correct it! Fast forward to this month and some how I was reinstated again! Im sick of calling these people just to be lied to. I just want this to be over with. Im not asking them to be charged, but do want to insure others never have to experience this. This plain and simple feels like a overseas scam! Please help me remove this cobra medical and stop receiving bills. I appreciate any help with this. Also **** should be made aware of this. Not sure who to contact. ***y were a good company who is having their name dragged down working with these incompetent scam artists!

      Alight is billing me for COBRA healthcare costs against my will. I am an ex-Lowes employee, and have not had ****** coverage for 1 year. I wanted to think this is simply a billing error mistake, but I sent notes to Alight in ********** advising that I have other health insurance. In July, I sent a lengthy letter to the same effect. Today, September 5, I receiver another bill **** Immediately".I am 64 years old, and at a loss as to what to do. Their "customer service" people operate off a script, and they claim to not make mistakes. PLEASE make them discontinue their money-grab game. They are seeking $8,000 from ***************** can not tolerate this.Sincere Regards,***********************

      Alight handles my HSA account for my employer ********************* I have multiple claim denials by them. When I have contacted them they ask for more documentation, some of which I believe violate my HIPPA rights. Recent denials; 6/29/23-Binsons $27.68 BIPAP copay. Weight loss Program $135- ************** 5/08/23 $62.40-Rx Glasses. 4/10/23 $81.61-CVS Rx refills. 8/17/23 $135.00- Binsions (2 month payment) monthly BIPAP copay.This does not include the denials from 2022. This has become an ongoing issue, I have spoken to my employer who simply directs me to Alight. All I want is to be able to use MY FUNDS! It was brought to my attention that any monies not used (unspent or denied claims) are kept by Alight, this is unreasonable as they are the administrator of these accounts. They kept between $600-$900 of my dollars last year from denied claims.       On 8/15/23 I submitted 4 claims for reimbursement from my *** - These claims were for legitimate medical expenses and were denied without explanation on 8/17/23. On 8/17/23 I resubmitted the claims with the explanation of what the payment was for in the notes section. I then contacted Alight to find out why the claims were initially denied. The representative advised me that they were denied because I was no longer with the employer that offered the *** through Alight. I advised the rep that I was informed I still had access to these funds and could utilize them, my *** balance is still showing a balance of $711.64 - Upon being transferred to a Supervisor when contacting Alight I was advised that per the prior company I was with policy that I could not submit any claims for occurrences after the date of my departure. I was not informed of this when I left that company that provided the *** through Alight nor was I informed of guidlines. I was mislead by Alight when I was advised I could submit claims for reimbursement as this is not the case because it's an automatic denial for any claims submitted for services after my departure date from the employer. I'm currently waiting for a call back from a manager to see if we can find a resolution and way for reimbursement due to misleading statements that have been made to me about this plan.

      This is against alight solutions LLC, it's a Third Party work in behalf **************************** Employees Retirement Pension Plan this business has had been denied for several years since June, 2012. I become disabled beginning January 2011 and alight solutions LLC. The Compensation Credit has been (0%) since I already mentioned above, only I getting a year my Interest Credits which is small portion of money the it's why my Retirement Pension Plan only had around $8,000.00 I started working for ************************* since early 2007 at this point my Pension can worth over $100,000.00 very easy. ***************** offers me if I want to get disability Insurance, which I agree and each week takes the money from my paycheck, and this one come first the is why its should be continued with my Compensation Credit the is the reason I want this Company alight solutions LLC responsible for not taking care of my account when I keeping called thems for several years I need your help BBB
