      My ** uses Alight as the people their employees **ntact with questions on benefits. Ive **ntacted them 3 times for different issues and have been mislead twice. This time I reached out about EVO ICL procedure **verage. I was told by a senior Benefit Pro Consultant that my doctor was in network and the procedure was 100% **vered. When my dr turned in paperwork to insurance they were told that key **de wasnt **vered. I asked Alight for the **de that was **vered for the procedure I had. I gave that **de to my doctor. My doctor said the **de I was given was not for EVO ICL and is **nsidered fraud. Alight is unable to identify a **de, except the fraudulent one, where EVO ICL is 100% **vered. Due to Alights mismanagement my doctors office and I have spent hours trying to untangle the mess. Due to being mislead by my Senior Benefit Pro Consumtnar Im out thousands of dollars. This blatant lack of knowledge by Alight should not be acceptable.

      My 401K plan with Georgia Pacific (**** Enterprises) was transferred to this company. I cannot reach ANYONE to tell me how to access my funds. Local numbers have been disconnected.

      Have been trying since notified on April 12,2023 that my retirement/pension funds are available for disbursement. Have made numerous calls to get the money, but all I get are excuses as to why the request has not been processed. Alight Solutions is handling the funds from BD, but I cant get any real answers or action to receive my funds that vested in 2013!!

      I need someone from the company to contact me on a secure line. Not telemarketers working from home. This is serious dealing with someone's retirement.

      On 6/22/2023, I received a letter from Alight advising me that they received a withholding order (wage garnishment). A copy of a Bankruptcy Order Confirming Plan was apparently sent to my employer, and Im guessing it was so my employer would know my wages CANNOT be garnished if a creditor attempted to do so because Im in bankruptcy. The Einsteins at Alight interpreted this as an order to garnish my wages and hold them for bankruptcy , which it clearly was NOT, and I am now jumping through hoops with my employer to halt the garnishment. Alight is holding the exact amount that Im already paying the trustee, so Im getting double whammied! Whoever reviews these court documents clearly has ZERO legal background, and a quick search would have shown there is no order to garnish my wages in my bankruptcy case. This has been confirmed by both the trustee and my attorney. This is a huge hassle, headache, and stressorIm basically losing half of my paycheck due to the INCOMPETENCE of ************** at Alight.

      Alight administers ****** Airlines Benefits. They allowed someone to withdraw monies from my Retirement Health Account in excess of $12,000. They say they are trying to find the monies, but they already said the bank account that received the direct deposit has no money in it. It is their fault, could be an inside job within the company. I am not earning interest on the missing money. They need to immediately fund my account for the missing amount that they let be stolen and then they can take all the the time they want to try and recoup the money.

      **** Deere should reimburse me for my insurance premiums monthly, as a retiree. Aetna Dental for $64.61 has been charged to my checking account since January and they refuse to set it up on the auto premium reimbursement screen in my **** Deere portal. I've sent the entire contract, my card used at dentist, my checking account copies showing that charge for each month, the receipt from Aetna showing active and all information, and where Alight shows accepted and active. They admit receipt of these but reimbursement never happens. They say Denied. There's nothing more I can send them. They do not provide an email. They will not answer the phone or I get dropped. On the website, they tell me Information Currently Not Available. I would like reimbursement into my checking account since January 2023 and ongoing for $64.61 each month. It is obvious they are not going to follow through - I am halfway through this year. I was only able to talk to them one time and was told to send copies of my checking account for each monthly charge. That was denied too.

      since april-march of 2023 i have tried to file a claim for registration fees but I cannot. I have reached out to them via phone, fax and mail and they refer me back online or send me a form that does not apply to me. I have advised that i would like to request to appeal and close the account and was not allowed the appeal. I will lose **** simple because the company will not allow me to file a claim for funds or be released on an appeal. Even though i reached out to them within 30 days to advise that my kids are no longer in my care and have not been in daycare. This is my first time using this account. I have had FSA for 2 years and it pretty much the same deal, thinking a claim in approved just for it to come back in two weeks that you need a recieipt. Even with the same providers !!! This company has caused me so much stress financial and emotional because they refuse to care for my concerns. I am conviced they want to keep my money and not help which is fraud!!

      This is my retirement plan. My account is locked. Need to take a hardship withdrawal. No one at Alight was willing to help. This is an emergency.
