      Absolutely unqualified to handle any issue related to retirement benefits. Alight consistently listens to my issue and confirms their understanding, but does NOT take action to process my retirement while simply ignoring the promised action from our previous conversation. I have never had interaction with an organization with comparable incompetence.

      Our experience was frustrating to say the least. Set up appt with a **** **** of waiting on hold, etc. Since signing up for benefits, there have been several missteps. *************************** did not provide info on ******** Part ** We found out the hard way we were only signed up for Part A. We also requested verbally over the sign-up phone call with her to look into any reimbursement we had coming. Not only did she not follow up, we left a phone message at her extension but never got a callback. Had to call the direct line. Someone named ***** said she would put in the request. When my husband said shouldn't ********* have done this weeks ago, her answer which should have included a sincere apology was instead a brush-off of sorts. My husband kept trying to explain things to *****. She claimed she was not arguing but repeated the point shed have done the same. Seemed it went over her head how much of a hassle this kind of thing is for customers! Its as if as employees they forget to serve the customer as they would like to be served. We were very inconvenienced by *************************** not pursuing the matter further. I guess she did not know what she was doing. She was so focused on selling us products. Neither one was what Id call a good listener. When my husband asked about health reimbursement, she said she had no info on it from USG, giving us the impression we had to contact USG. To recap, he called her extension & left a voicemail. She never got back, so he called USG, was told he needed to call Alight Really? That's not impressive. Prime example of bad customer service. The fix: Focus on the customer, not on yourselves. If it walks like a duck no pretending not to argue as you basically do one thing & say another. We were right all along Alight. If ***** could do it, ********* could do it or at least she could have had the courtesy to call us back. Both *********** need retraining. Our time is valuable. We do not care to spend it on hold.

      This company is impossible to deal with! However, the University System of Georgia (***) continues to use this company for retiree health benefits. All you have to do is check the complaints against this outfit to know that they deserve the lowest ratings for costumer service. Way does the *** continue to use them? Shame on the *** Board of ********

      Alight Solutions will not give me my own funds that I have been counting on to pay for my medical bills. I wish a government agency would shut them down.

      No stars are deserved. They sent me a letter at the end of December about my moms benefits needing paid out by the beginning of May 2024. Called them 4 days after postal date on letter day after we received it. They are still doing the calculations. There is no way they are still do the calculations. They are all scripted with these things can take time. Its been over 4 months now you need calculation do not take that long.

      Unable to get through to ***************** Unable to access account online and was told I needed to contact customer service. I would transfer my HSA funds if I was able to communicate with Alight but obviously they are making it impossible on purpose. I had a ticket number given to me two weeks ago but no response. I am very concerned about my hard earned HSA dollar disappearing!

      Worst company ever!!!! They are now handling our benefits which they paused which means cancelled. Cant get a straight answer. Seven hours in 2 days trying to figure this out. They absolutely don't listen to what you're saying. Never in my life have I been so frustrated!!!!! How does a place like this stay in business? Its mind boggling!!!!

      Bad .. just very bad. App doesn't work. Receipt upload won't work. Finally resorting to claim form. Good luck finding that on the web.

      Absolutely ridiculous company. I moved and they keep sending my information to the old address. When I call to update my address they tell me I need to enter in a pin. I don't have a pin because I left my company 10 years ago so they send me a temporary Pin by snail mail while still sending my benefit info to my old address for the new owners to see. Talk about a breach of security. Now I receive the new pin and it doesn't work- so weeks later and I STILL can't access my account to change my address. I SOLD MY HOUSE. Let me change my address for the love of god. Now I am waiting for another pin which probably won't work again. Unbelievable.

      This place ignores your requests and then marks them closed after 7 days, fixed or not. Must be comforting to be able to p*** people over with total impunity. Employers probably pay $10/mo for their services so they're quite happy with them. Please change the sign on my review since negative numbers are not offered.
