      This company is HORRID - i have at least 5 help tickets in for the same issue. Each time they say it is resolved but it isn't. They have miss posted load payments, taxed **** distributions that should not have been taxed (yes what a headache w the *** it has become).Hours and hours lost - If your company uses Alright Solutions I suggest you move to etrade / Vanguard etc - any place but Alright.

      Horrendous experience. Nothing short of a living nightmare, Several hours on the phone even with CVS Caremark and or ********** on the line too, trying to get answers. Both shocked by Alight benefit "pros" (HILARIOUS to refer to them as that) flat out hanging up without resolving issues or actually lying to me, all after being on the phone over an hour. I have had nothing but issue after issue with them they go above and beyond not to provide coverage or provide actual customer service. Incompetency is truly shocking. I wonder what my former company was paying for their "service" because it was completely NOT worth their resources unless they genuinely enjoy torturing their employees- which they probably did.

      I have a RHRA account with them provided by my previous employer not by my choice. When they were called AON they worked ok with my spending account reimbursements, not that they are Alight they are terrible. The continue to deny my claims for reimbursements for absurd reasons, even though they had approved identical medical claims for many years, There is no email contact and the chat line is not helpful. after I complaint in writing they send a completely general email with instructions reference and never did address my complaint. You can not answer to that email. They have terrible customer service. If you can avoid them please do, it is a pity I have to deal with them and can not cancel. Less than ONE star!!

      Called and have been on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes. They closed access to my HSA/FSA funds, closed access to my account on the app, and made me call to open the account only to sit here at 6:43pm CST listening to hold music for like I said over an hour.

      I have to work thru them because of my pension. They require you to fill out ALL INFORMATION BY PHONE. The exact form can be filled out online but they says NO. You have to spell out all your medications and health for them verbally! Very poor service on the phone! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!

      Case worker, ******. I've NEVER received any communications from this person horrible case worker. I guarantee she came from the Reed Group. No communication, no response, doesn't do job. My doctor has responded every time you request repetitive paperwork! Your employee will lose paperwork or not follow through I requested to make sure you had everything before my surgery I sent everything by fax. Doctor faxed your repetitive paperwork. Dr, stated, I'm not to do anything for at least 3 months My therapy walk 1 hour a day. No bending, twisting, lifting, driving, stressing, nothing. You denied my benefits 10/3. I had major back surgery on 10/3 * 10/5 How dare you! Now I'm totally disabled I'm learning how to walk; I cant do anything without a ****** or my wheelchair I had 2 blood transfusions I'm still anemic today. Did I need to die so you could write me off? Do you know how many medical bills I have? I took your repetitive paperwork to my doctor * ******* 2 hours yesterday dealing with this c*** Is it normal for you people to treat customers like this? Seems very discriminating to me. You knew I was going in for major surgery, ****** knew. She also knew I would not be able to do anything for at least 3 months. Nobody sent any paperwork to my doctor on Oct. 4, 2023. Why would you send paperwork on Oct.4th when I still have surgery Oct.5th? That is a lie; we went through my paperwork yesterday. I'm healing a little slower then what they thought, its very depressing. Do you people communicate with ******?Since you don't I do not have SS case worker It will be at least 3 months for me to heal. It took 15 years to get this surgery. Maybe you should educate your people on medical terminology. I sent notes on how bad my back was before my surgery. I'm not impressed how you handle any of this its very offensive. *** worked in the public most of my life; I would be fired if I ever treated people like you do. Its very disappointing and unprofessional.

      This has been the WORST company to use for our HSA... the decline almost everything that I pay with the card. The best one has been for my OBGYN. Said they needed a receipt and I provided that and then needed more information. What else can I give them??? Pictures of the procedure? I am not there buying candy bars! After OBGYN provided a line by line receipt they FINALLY approved it. But now they went back to another invoice from months ago for my step son... they will not accept the receipts, I assume because it lists his moms name as the account holder? I sent them the invoice with my step sons name highlighted showing it was his medical visit. AND now they have shut our card off! This is our money... I need it to pay our medical bills and I can't access it because they won't accept this receipt. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! If you try to call them to talk to customer service they can't get you to anyone that can help you... just keep transferring you until you eventually get cut off. If I could give a ZERO star I would. Do better Alight!

      Completely awful. And dishonest. Alight mishandled a COBRA insurance payment I made resulting in the insurance company denying coverage for an MRI. When I called into their "customer service" I was given a complete runaround about any money I owed to get my insurance premium paid ahead of time. Their schedule a call with representative function is a fraud. They never called me even though they texted and emailed me that I had missed their calls. I attempted this twice. I got so frustrated that I bought health insurance through a private plan. Alight really should not be in business.

      Horrible company! Ive uploaded my kids birth certificates multiple times! They tell me they never received them. Then they tell me Ive only logged in once in their portal which is a complete lie. Ive uploaded these documents multiple times. They have no answer as to where my information went. Then I ask them if I can send it by email and they tell me know because email isnt secure. And Im just sitting here flabbergasted because obviously their system isnt either.

      Scam artist!! Sent a package when I never worked for this company and dont have a 401k or *** through them. Customer service is horrible!!!!!
