      Horrible company... scamming elders out of their HRA funds. We've been hung up on three times that we've tried calling in to get answers. When they find out we're not wanting to switch ******** plans they act like they can't hear us or immediately disconnect the call. Can't believe Ameren trusts them to manage their retirees.

      This is about the Reimburse Me app from ***** Ive tried to contact the **** ****************. His number on this is not viable. Theres no way to contact him if you call the 774 number they hang up on you when you tell them its about a complaint what kind of business hangs up on their customers wont get their names I get it. They are scared because all the bad stuff they do, I cant get into my app it never works. The server is always down and the App Store gives him one and a half stars from 99 people that is terrible. Somebody needs to step in and fix this but they dont want you to call they dont wanna hear what you have to say. They just want to take your money and give nothing in return. I can understand the *** blocking out his email blocking out his phone number and I dont feel thats very responsible having owned two businesses myself. I would never treat the customer like youve treated me. Good luck

      I feel they're stooping to a new low. I'm starting ******** next month and have been bombarded by phone calls, email, and mail. Saturday I wasn't home, and a notice was left by the post office on a signature required item. I wasn't expecting any thing, and have a PO account where I see scanned front images of mail. The certified one was from this company. I never heard of this company, nor done any business with them or affiliates. I looked here and saw the complaints. Companies have scammed seniors with phone calls asking questions to say yes to in the guise of a survey, then use the recorded response to falsify purchases. Being in IT and cyber security my career, this smelled like a trap to get my signature to scan in and use for purchases. My signature would be worth a heck of a lot more being used for fraud/black market. They're not going to get it. I filed a police report with the county sheriff who took the report as viable. Today I head to the post office to refuse delivery and return it, and talk to the postmaster about filing a complaint about the very probable fraud using the postal service and seniors.

      I have a situation where I need a simple annual statement for a 401k that I need to bring to court. I have been trying to contact Alight for almost 4 weeks. Each call lasts up to an hour. Their phone center in ***** is very difficult to get past. The phone pin never worked. The login never worked. If they mail u a new login u wont get it before the 30 day lapse. Their call center escalating your call means nothing. Their supervisors can do nothing, they sent me the wrong plan statement (one for $800,000 that isnt even mine). And now they say they cant run a statement anymore for the State Farm plan, yet they sent me the wrong one! They never call you back. You will go crazy trying to get anything, even something simple. Why any company would want to partner with Alight is beyond my understanding. I am guessing they are cheap, however I would have more trust in a class of 3rd graders being the plan admin. RUN!!!!!!

      Very shady, took **** dollars out of my checking account to cover benefits while I was on fmla, bill was only 450 dollars. Been trying to get my money back keep getting run around and no one can tell me why they took that amount. Still pursuing.

      I think they are about the shadiest company I have had to deal with. They sent me a letter saying they had unclaimed property in my deceased father's name, but phrased it in such a way that it almost sounded like he owed them? After both my sister and I contacted then multiple times, they finally tell us its a life benefit annuity. Life benefit annuity's have to start disbursement at age 72 here in our state. He has been deceased 9 years now, but would have hit 72 five years ago. So what have they been doing the last 4 years? They obviously weren't trying very hard to find him.They are pulling this we just found out he is deceased. Claiming they need a death certificate(which we sent them) and a small estate affidavit... but his estate has already been through probate. I can't file for it without an amount to put on the paperwork and they won't give me any figures. The probate office was pretty sure I would need to reopen the estate, but again our lawyer says we will need an amount to petition a judge to reopen the probate.Half the time when I call them, they claim they can't even find my father's accounts in their system.What it really feels like is they made a weak attempt to find him or someone for disbursement and now are making things as difficult as possible, so my sister and I will give up and they can just keep my father's money. Last time I called them , I spent an hour being transferred around before finally just being told that they couldn't help me again.

      They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. **** switched to them for retirees. The reimbursement department is a joke. Have been trying to get reimbursed for legitimate medical bills and being told that the format that was given to me by doctors billing ****** and insurance company were not acceptable. Have been trying since May. Everything I send in is not acceptable. They even gave me a deadline of July 18th which I can't meet because the doctor's ****** and insurance company don't use the format they are requesting. I've even sent in proof of payment, insurance statement, doctors statement and pathology report. Still twice denied because supposedly it is not in their format which no one uses. It seems as if they're getting paid for making you sicker and hoping you go away. Lordy Lordy. Only reason I am giving 1 star is that's the only way I can post this. Ion was way better than Alight

      I wish I could give this company zero stars! Their customer service is absolutely horrendous!! I've been trying to find out about my company pension, and after 10 weeks I still don't have any information. They told me they mailed the information, I know the mail is slow, but not that slow!!!! I asked them to email the information to me, but I was told that that wouldn't be secure. SERIOUSLY!!! Snail mail isn't very secure. Their business operations are totally archaic!! I can't wait to pull my money out of this company!

      Mc **** lds is using Alight. I was on leave for breast cancer when Alight dropped my coverage during treatment, saying they mailed an invoice. $32K in hospital bills they've exposed me to because they put an invoice in the mail - not certified, not followed up on, just put in the mail and when I didn't receive the invoice, and when I did not pay them for one month's premium, they dropped my insurance coverage entirely. They sent an email they said. But to access the message content, one must follow a link to a work portal, which I was not accessing work systems. Plus I didn't know my insurance could be at risk while on medical leave. My company is attempting to reinstate coverage, Alight says okay to my company, then tells me it's not possible. My 3rd call today, was told I could mail a check, and that no, they will not take payment through their app or website or credit card. What could possibly make a company not be inclined to take immediate payment? I thought receiving payment was the most important thing? Otherwise, why would it be worth stopping a breast cancer patient's coverage during her treatment? Apparently, receiving that one premium payment is so important, that I am not allowed to pay them.

      Intentionally deny claims without cause in hopes you will go away without any reimbursement money. Only after you call and complain they will process your claim Make process very difficult for people to file reimbursement claims. Again in hopes you will give up. Very shady company. I filed a complaint at the ************************ regarding their methods of operation.
