      Kemper Insurance auto adjust closed my collision claims without in person inspection.The adjust estimated the repair to be only rear bumper damaged.I ****** the vehicle into "non-preferred network" facility and found frame damange. This repair will cost me at least $2000. The Kemper adjusters instenttionally ignored my call.I request refund to all the incldent related expenses.

      They won't cancel policy and hang up on you when you try to then bill you for letting the policy expire and threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay.

The details are as follows:On June 26, 2024, I was involved in a traffic accident with Mr. ***** ********, insured by Kemper. We were traveling eastbound on **************** in dual left turn lanesMr. ******** in the inner lane driving a maroon **** Superduty, and myself in the outer lane driving a 2023 blue ***** CR-V. As we turned left onto *********************, Mr. ******** encroached into my lane, causing a side-swipe collision. I moved into the adjacent lane to avoid more significant damage.Kemper Insurance found Mr. ******** not at fault, claiming I failed to yield the right of way. I respectfully disagree, as dashcam footage (********************************) clearly shows Mr. ******** entering my lane.Kempers repair estimate is $707.81, and GEICOs estimate is $757.31both under my deductible, which limits my ability to resolve the claim through my insurance.       I was involved in an auto accident with the insurance holder on 7/13, the insurance holder cut me off and slammed into my drivers side fender and my door was unable to be opened for weeks following the accident. I filed a claim through his insurance (kemper) and have been dodged ever since. I have made 15+ phone calls and emails to who was supposed to be my adjuster but never got a response from him. Not once. Finally a month later after calling three times in a row he reaches out and I received the most disrespectful and rude responses from him. He eventually hung up on me and I called back immediately and was sent straight to voicemail. I have called everyday since and emailed multiple times everyday and have not gotten any response. This claim has been carried out and ignored for well over a month and my car is suffering severe damage.

      I was involved in a car accident on 7/3/2024 with someone covered through kemper auto. He ran a red light and hit my car. I have two witnesses and was able to get a recording from a gas station across the street from the scene. The police department helped me to retreve the video. I talked to the adjuster( ******* *****) on 7/17 and they don't wanna take responsibilty to the accident and she stated that I dont have enough proof that I am not at fault. That was before i had the video recording of the accident. I tried to call the adjuster( ******* *****) serveral times, my witness and my insurance company( Progressive), tried, too. ******* ***** is not returning any calls. I sent several e-***** they but she doesnt reply. I went to two repair shops to get an estimate to fix the car, so they also e-mailed the estimate to kemper auto , but still no reply. I tried to call the company and get another adjuster or file a complain but the call goes to other menu options and no one's picking up the phone. I also filled a complian with the department of insurance # *******. Please assist

      Kemper is an insurance agency that I have my vehicle under coverage. The vehicle is no longer working. I tried to cancel the policy but they are claiming they need additional info, but are still charging me. The company seems fraudulent.

      We have Kemper as commercial insurance, my vehicle was involved in an accident on 6/24/24, my vehicle has been in a repair shop waiting for approval from Kemper for repairs, I've made numerous attempts to contact my adjuster and supervisor handling mu claim and no response. I lost a contract from work due to not having my truck. It's been two months and I desperately need my vehicle. Please help me, kemper does not communicate well and I am stuck with no vehicle and paying insurance on it.

      I was a client of Kemper Life Insurance for more than 20 years and my original agent was ***********************, but she is no longer with the ********************** I changed to a different carrier and that's when the problems began. The new agent in the ****************** came to my home three times to harass me. She wanted to know the name of the new company and how much I was paying. I told her it was none of her business each time but she was not done. I received a letter from my current carrier (Lumico) because the agent at Kemper contacted them to say I was going to change carriers. This is not true and it can not be ethical. The agent at the *********** office of Kemper had to take time to dig through my information to find my current carrier because I did not give her the information. This is not acceptable! She did not have my permission to contact anyone.

      I had a car accident on March 23. Infinity Insurance adjusters can never be reached. I've called ************************* and her supervisor, left voicemails, and NEVER got a callback. My injury lawyer told me I am to receive a $2834.27 check for the remainder of the other policyholder's policy. I signed the release of all claims for property damage on July 23 and have attempted to get an answer from my adjuster with no response back as to when am I going to receive this check. My adjuster failed to provide me with a list of body shops covered by Infinity - failed to provide me with a rental car and went on for 3 months with no vehicle, and I got scammed by an outside body shop out of the Infinity network. I am seeking assistance to claim the $2834.27 check and for a $25 check Infinity sent for my child's car seat and when deposited it returned unpaid. I am very disappointed with how my claim was handled.

      Failure to respond to emails regarding questions about loss of use and depreciated value. Kemper has failed to respond. I will now have to seek information to take their insured to court, which is outrageous since this company accepted 100% responsibility.
