      On Jan 29th 2024, an individual insured by Kemper collided with my car. I submitted my claim on Feb 14th when i was given the individuals insurance. Since then I've received little bits and pieces of information on the status of the claim. When I call no adjuster answers, when I email I do not receive replies. This process should have been resolved months ago and yet I am still waiting for any answer or reason as to why I have not received my payment. My claim number is ***********, please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

      I submitted a cancelation request with a copy of the current declaration insurance page . Kemper still withdrew a payment from my account after the cancelation of my insurance. Now I am waiting for the refund of my money since the beginning of the month. It is now 16 days later and I still haven't receive my refund. I don't understand the concept of them withdrawing out of my account within seconds but for them to refund my money that shouldn't have taken out takes more than 15 days. They don't worry if you have to pay your mortgage or other bills with that money. This issue needs to be resolved and my money needs to be returned. They should NOT be holding on to customers money.

      My claim number is ***********. I filed a claim for a total loss with Kemper March 16th 2024. Today is April 16th, 2024. when I was going through the whole process of filing the claim, the adjuster ******************** communicated to me that I had up to a month of rental insured and that I could use the month at my own leisure. Either in the beginning of the claim or when I find out everything that was relevant to the claim. I called today in regards to the rental insurance and the interaction I had with my 2nd adjuster whos last name is **** was the worst customer experience interaction Ive ever had. I am a student at the ********************* who is struggling financially, yet I have been paying full coverage on my vehicle every month for at least 6 months and the interaction I had with *********** did not make me feel like a valued customer at all. I communicated my frustration with him and he essentially said it is what it is and hung up the phone. Before he hung up I was frustrated (rightly so, I had one adjuster tell me one thing and another adjuster tell me something else) and I communicated that frustration with him and *********** became obviously bothered by my frustration for whatever reason. He kept interrupting me when I tried to explain, so then I would interrupt him trying finish saying what I was saying and he would just keep interrupting me and it would go back and forth until he decided to hang up on me. Dictating the whole conversation and just blatantly lacking compassion for the customer. I believe that *********** handled the situation inappropriately. I also tried getting touch with his supervisor leaving a message with my phone and number but was not able to get in contact with him. Is this what I can expect from Kemper Auto if I continue business with them?

      I was rear-ended by a Kemper insured motorist October of 2023, the Kemper insured motorist was found at fault. Kemper has still not paid out the ~$760 claim amount to me 6 months later. I have called ***** times but everyone forces me to wait for a call from a supervisor, ***********************, who will not call me or answer my calls. Kemper wrote me a bad check in February that has bounced multiple times at my bank (USAA) both mailed in and mobile deposit failed. I would like for this company to simply send me a good check so I can be done with this. It seems like theyre waiting me out until I hit my 6 month **** so they arent responsible anymore. All together over the last 6 months I have emailed and called over ***************************************** a functional check.

      I had to file a claim for the damages to my vehicle that was caused by their insured driver who was found negligent and caused significant damage to my vehicle. The driver was also issued a citation for Doing an illegal U-turn by the Florida highway patrol. Since March 13 Ive contacted Kemper dozens of times my assigned adjuster, *************** only answered one call and basically said they were still waiting for the Florida Highway Patrol report, which was already submitted by the highway patrol. Since then every call I attempt to make for an update. Where can I bring my vehicle to get an estimate I have received no answer. I received a letter in the mail approximately April 3 which states the claim adjuster will be contacting me to discuss the claim process. I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to that. I have had to rent a car and theyre just appears to be no end in sight. My vehicle is not drivable. Significant damage was done.. It should be noted when calling the recording to leave the voicemail specifically says they will reach out to you before the end of the business day but thats never happened. The vehicle needs to be repaired. Their insured driver was responsible. They are responsible to fix his vehicle based on the negligence of their insured driver.

      I am filing this complaint against Kemper Insurance due to their handling of my auto insurance claim (Claim Number: ***********) and failure to respond to my attempts to provide crucial evidence pertaining to the case.On January 8, 2024, I was involved in a vehicular incident with their insured, ***************************. Following the incident, I filed a claim and provided a dash cam video clearly documenting the event. Kemper Insurance denied the claim, stating there was no coverage under the insureds policy for this incident.I have attempted to address this decision by reaching out directly to the claims handler, ***********************, on April 7th via email, highlighting the importance of the dash cam footage that I had previously submitted. This evidence is vital and should be adequate for a claim reassessment, yet my email has been disregarded, and I have not received any form of acknowledgment or response.The lack of communication and the disregard for submitted evidence have left me without a fair resolution to my claim. This has caused significant distress and inconvenience, as I am unable to proceed with repairs to my vehicle and am facing potential financial hardship as a result.**Desired Resolution:**I seek a prompt and thorough review of the dash cam video evidence I have provided and a fair reassessment of my insurance claim. Additionally, I request a formal acknowledgment of my correspondence and an explanation for the initial denial and subsequent non-response to my email.I appreciate the Better Business Bureau's assistance in mediating this situation and look forward to a resolution.

      I acknowledge your position regarding the non-cooperation of your insured, ***************************. However, I must contest your decision based on the dash cam footage alone. I have additional photographic evidence taken after the incident that clearly displays the vehicle's license plate and the damage incurred. These images are crucial as they corroborate the dash cam footage and unequivocally link your insured's vehicle to the event.

      I respectfully request a reevaluation of my claim, considering this supplementary evidence, which I believe satisfies the requirement for establishing the identity of the vehicle and driver involved.

      I am eager to resolve this matter efficiently and am prepared to provide any further information necessary. Could you please specify if there is any other type of evidence or information that would facilitate a favorable reexamination of my claim?

      I am rejecting this response because: first **** verbally authorized  me to rent a car and the insurance will refund me a full payment without letting me know how much I was able to utilize 

      Now the are saying that the cover for the insurance is only 5000.00

      and they just want to give me back $171.15

      i just want for the insurance to pay the full amount of the rental and that is it 

      I really appreciate all the help and support

      On 2/26/24, my husband and I asked Kemper ********************* to send copies of his policies as we do not have copies. They spoke directly to my husband, he gave permission for them to talk to me and I voiced my concerns for paying for policies we don't have copies of. They promised to forward copies of policies within 2 weeks...still not received.At that point, they said he had 4 policies, my husband said he only had 3, yet another reason to see policies in black and white.On or about 3/20/24, I contacted the ******** office, his agent, and agents manager.Later agent called, spoke to my husband, asked for proof of who he was which was sent to him. He said he put in for copies to be sent...still have not received after all of that. Agent later informed us the 4th policly was a mistake????They still want payment but can't forward policies??

      One of our business trucks has been in an accident with a car insured through Kemper. It was clearly their fault what the police reports and the driver agreed too. The accident happened on 11/9/2023, what's almost 5 month ago now. We contacted Kemper many times, either you can't reach anyone by phone or if you reach someone they tell you they had to change the claim adjuster and the new adjuster will call us - what never happened. We can't use the truck as the damage is too large, we like to get compensated for both the damage, loss in value and the time we can't use the truck. If Kemper or BBB can't help us we have to file a law suit against Kemper. Claim #*********** Please contact us as soon as possible.
