      My grandmother bought a life insurance policy for me that I just found out I had. I have been in constant contact with them since November 2, 2023 trying to get it surrendered because it's been paid for for over 20 years. Everytime I call one of their agents tells me something I've never heard before, or they can't find a document I've already submitted. They won't let you speak with a supervisor and everything takes **** business days. There practices and there company are pre-historic and lame. I hate having to deal with them and they should go out of business.

      I am rejecting this response because: there are several reasons. First and foremost, the customer service representatives are not knowledgeable at all. Non of them are able to give a full and accurate response to what is supposed to happen. I have been calling for over a month and have not gotten a solid response from any rep until the last person I spoke with and although he couldn't do anything, he provided the best information. Also, the process and time that it takes for this company to receive process documents is ridiculous. For them to know if an email was received takes 24 hours. This could have made since in ****, but we are in 2023 where email delivery is immediate. Their business practices are so pre-historic, it is a joke. I'm not sure how they are still a viable company in 2023. If they continue with the way they do their business I don't see it being productive for to much longer. Kemper Life is seriously a joke, I personally would never do business with a company like this and I have learned a lot about how to go about screening a company from dealing with the simple way they provide service.

      I am writing to express grave concern over the sharing of my nonpublic information with three bureaus, leading to the dissemination of inaccurate data on my report. This has caused immense financial and emotional distress. As per 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to privacy, and under 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2, a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. Additionally, per 15 USC **** B, a creditor may not treat any payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose.The account number in question, ********, has been subject to these violations, resulting in severe consequences for me. I urgently request a thorough investigation and immediate rectification of these inaccuracies. Your compliance with these federal regulations is imperative to resolve this matter promptly.

      During the last week of November 2023, I have received multiple documents from Kemper claims department referencing a motor vehicle accident that allegedly occurred on November 13 2023.The Claimant (Jitzchok) is listed as the addressee at my residence and (*******) as the individual allegedly insured by Kemper. I have not been to *******, do not know these individuals and do not have a Kemper Policy. Concerned that there is possible Fraudulent activity, I attempted to retrieve basic information to determine how my address was utilized. After speaking to Adjuster K.L. numerous times, she was reluctant to provide any information to help make the determination. Additionally, I left messages with Supervisor M.I. who did not return the call but had K.L. call back to say we can't give you any information. I telephoned the *******, ******* ***************** where the accident allegedly occurred and they had no record of and accident involving the Claimant. So, my concern, is how did this Insurance company end up with my address on a claim from someone I do not know? Was this entered erroneously by the Insurance Company? Did the Claimant provide that information? or is this an Insurance Fraud attempt? Kemper Insurance is refusing to provide any assistance. Please help. I will be filing Police reports. Thank you

If he gave minimal information, what was it? what led to my address? Furthermore, after reporting this issue to my local ****************** they advised me that the full name given by ******** is not found anywhere.

      I was driving in the left lane coming to a light to make a left-hand turn. A pick up truck with a large trailer swerved right into me because he couldnt see me with the blind spot and cream the side of my car. By the pictures you can clearly see all four tires of mine were in the lane, they ruled against me saying it was my fault. It was absolutely not my fault. It was his driver in the pick up truck fault then Kemper adjuster was very vague and rude. ******* care less another adjuster from ********** called and said your car is a total loss. Then I hear it was my fault and theres nothing thats gonna happen complete garbage theyre such slime. Their driver was the one at fault. I was in completely in the lane, all four tires he came in to me. They tell me the car was a total loss, but now theyre not gonna pay for anything. The driver gets out says he speaks no English. The officer arrives, and he speaks English perfectly fine, complete con artist this guy and its just disgusting. Kemper is the worst rated insurance company in the United States. They need to pay for my car thats the right thing to do. I was not a fault I was in the lane and this moron comes in sideswipes me not a single damage of his car. It was his trailer that hit me. What am I supposed to do now?

      My brother passed away on July 11, 2023. I am the beneficiary of the death policy and I submitted claim to Kemper Life formerly Reliable Ins to pay for his funeral cost. He had autopsy so initially the death Certificate was needed before determination could be made to pay benefits. We are now almost in early December and there is no resolution and no correspondence from Kemper Life. I have sent 2 emails and I have called about 9 times and have been told by representatives that I am beneficiary and I have copy of beneficiary form but is being told that the person handling claim is noting that change was not completed. This is stressful not getting answer and the ************ has not been any help and have not called back with answers or follow-up. I would like to know why it is almost 5 months with no resolution or response from this company.

      On 11/17/23 I paid for a policy with Kemper insurance. I purchased commercial insurance under a new *****. I was told that I need a TXDOT also in which I would need state filing and federal filing through the insurance provider to active my DOT. Kemper gave me 60 days to get my TxDOT. After purchasing the insurance policy and applying for the TxDOT. On 11/27/23 I sent Kemper my UIN (Unique Identifier Number) and was told they wont do the state filing. Kemper was aware that I had a New ***** and needed state filing and let me purchase the insurance without the intent of completing my service. Now that I canceled my policy Im not getting the full refund that I deserve because my service wasnt completed and they wore misleading into me purchasing the policy

      A check was issued to me in amount of $50 for ALLOWANCE FOR LOSS OF USE. Chk #: **********. The check was lost & expired & when found it could not be cashed or deposited (too old). I want another check issued. Claims Office refers me to ********************** that DOES NOT answer phone or return calls. CLAIM#: C071074CT19 Is Kemper Insurance a legitimate company?

      I contacted my Kempner iinsurance to inform them of an accident, the adjuster called me then i find outthatthey shared my information with a third party without my permission, onky to be told that they wont pay the estimates from the auto repair shop, they wil pay whatthey think its worth, this is a 2023 ***** Tahoe, They then refuse to come look at it telling me its my obligation to send them pictures, had people from the 3rd party screaming at me, teling me im a fool, called the adjuster back 7 times and she refused to return my calls, I am stuck with no recourse in etting my vehicle repaird, i insure 6 cars with them, i am concerned that they shared my information without my permission, had a lawyer look over the policy it does nt give that authority

      Kemper Corporation/ Insurance company has not returned my call. I have contacted this company several times trying to resolve this issue with a person hitting my car. This company does not return calls at all. The supervisor are not even returning my call or replying to my emails. This company is very unprofessional.

      I paid off the balance on my car loan and called to end the Full Coverage on the 11/10th but Kemper said that I had already been billed so that I had to pay the bill for the next month. This reeks of Insurance fraud due to the fact they are charging me full coverage insurance for a vehicle that will not be provided full coverage for the next month. This is highway robbery and an abuse of insurance power over the consumer, period. I understand the Insurance lobby spends millions of dollars paying off the legislature to enact laws to profit off the consumer but this is bullshit!
