      I paid off the balance on my car loan and called to end the Full Coverage on the 11/10th but Kemper said that I had already been billed so that I had to pay the bill for the next month. This reeks of Insurance fraud due to the fact they are charging me full coverage insurance for a vehicle that will not be provided full coverage for the next month. This is highway robbery and an abuse of insurance power over the consumer, period. I understand the Insurance lobby spends millions of dollars paying off the legislature to enact laws to profit off the consumer but this is bullshit!

      Me and my friend was robbed and car jacked, the suspect left my car in another city and police were able to locate, Infinity/Kemper insurance was notified and took over a year to pay the remaining balance which was was sold to another company Infinity/Kemper told me that they would not pay what is owed and I should of just paid out of my rental car reimbursement which is illegal and against what was in my policy. Now I have a delinquent on my credit report and I've tried to get it removed and nothing from Kemper.

      I have filed a claim with this company for damage caused by one of their policy holder. Date of loss was September 26, 2023. My trucked was parked in a shopping center area when it was side swiped by a person driving a ram 4x 4 truck and they left the scene. Lucky a good person passing by was able to get the license plate number of the driver. The police was called and I filed a report with them. They were able to provide me with the information as well as the drivers name. I filed a claim that day. The adjuster came did an estimate of $600. I was told that since the company cant prove who was driving the other vehicle that company can not fix my truck. I find that very bad on their part. I was told that I may have to take this person to small claims court. I cant take someone to small claims court if I don't have the person information. I was told that the company have to protect their client so that information can not be given to me. This person damage the front drivers light where the light was completely taken off my vehicle and the electric system was damage. I can't not drive my truck at night cause there is no light on that side. I shouldn't have to pay to get my truck fixed when it wasn't my fault. here is the Claim number *********** *************************** is my insurance adjuster. I have tried reaching out to them numerous of times and keep getting the run around. I have called numerous times. Left voicemails. I'm looking for a status update. I get a hold of someone and they all tell me the same thing. oh I don't have access to your file let me transfer you to your adjuster it gets sent to voicemail. I leave my info and they claim to return my call within a reasonable time frame. I have not spoken with anyone that can help me in over a three months now. I really just want my truck fixed. I need answers.

      I am rejecting this response because: I sent a copy of police report. I don't understand you are saying that if you can't get in touch with insured party then you can't fixed my vehicle? I don't feel that is right. I should not have to pay for my vehicle to get fixed when I didn't cause the accident? I need to know what is the next legal action I can take? Do I need to take your company and the insured party to court? I did everything on my end to get this matter resolved.

      This insurance is horrible. My insurance agent ***************************** has failed me as my agent. Im not satisfied with this company at all and do not recommend Kemper/ Infinity to anyone. They fail to cover me because they want to replace a gas tank on my new truck with a used one. Like anyone would agree I refuse to put a used part on my new truck. But policy can not be broken. I pay insurance every month and they cannot ************ this cost that is coverage for my truck. A big waste of customer service and experience.

      I had an accident in mid October 2023 and it was a hit and run. *********************** was my adjuster and she not helpful at all. First of all, she didnt show no empathy for me as a costumer. I understand its her job to ask questions but she was rude and did not make me feel that I was taken care of. I have had my insurance policy for more than 10 years I think it is time for me to look for another insurance that I can feel I am protected while driving. I totally will never recommend this agency anymore!

      My mother has a paid-up policy and has been making numerous attempts to remove the owner of her policy. The owner of her policy has been extremely unresponsive to removing his name as owner. My mother, Kemper and I have all reached out to him over the last couple of years but no response on his part. Kemper's personnel have been giving me the runaround but can only resort to telling me the owner has to remove his name. I got that. But why is there not one professional within Kemper that can fix such a minor issue seeing the owner is unresponsive? Not one professional with 20k+ employees!

      On 10/2/2023, I discovered my signature was forged on a fire content insurance policy for a rental property where I never lived. I completed a cancellation request form and assured the policy would be cancelled. However, on 10/19/2023, I was informed the policy could not be cancelled because the signature on the cancellation form was different from the signature on the policy. I was also informed that I should let the policy lapse. I refused to let the policy lapse as I never inquired to or agreed to the policy. I prefer to cancel the policy because it was fraudulently signed and approved, and I do not want anything my record regarding a lapsed policy. Please see the attached complaint for complete details.

      On 8/20 I was notified that my auto insurance payment was due I realized there was an increase so I called and was told that business use was added to my policy which resulted in the increase and specifically told that to remove it I would have to make the payment of $1,017.08 and send in the requested documents and once the documents were reviewed the business use would be removed, my policy would go back to normal and credited any overpayment that was made. I filled out and returned the documents and business use was removed but I was told I would have to wait for my acct to be credited the overpayment and to get the new policy amounts etc. Then on 9/20 they tried to charge my card for over $1,200 instead of my usual $582.06. But when I logged in it was saying my balance was $707 I called and was told that after business use was removed my new total was $707 I asked about the credit that should have been applied and was told that because business use was added 7/3 and I didnt send in the documents until 9/1 that the payment I made was correct and not considered an overpayment. I explained that I was never notified of any changes made to my policy and she said they sent the documents via mail. I then explained that ** currently enrolled in Paperless so whenever my payment is due or documents are sent to my Kemper acct. I receive an email stating so, this time I never received any communication that any change was made to my policy and I had just made a regular payment on 7/31 of my usual amount so there was no indication to me that anything on my policy was changed or that new documents were ready for me to view on my Kemper acct. until I received the bill on 8/20. From there I was basically told there was nothing that could be done and it is what is it. Ive called about this matter MULTIPLE times and have been told many different and conflicting reasons and bounced around from person to person still without an explanation or solution to the issue.
