      This insurance company has taken my money and canceled my policy two times in a row month by month. I would like some type of compensation paid back or some type of settlement class action lawsuit set against this insurance company because what they did caused my drivers license to be suspended.

      I have several documents showing I paid my payments and the insurance company saying payment didnt go through and that my policy was being cancelled. I called my bank as well as the insurance company Kemper auto to makes sure my payment went through on separate occasions. My bank responded with the payment went through and there is a confirmation number as well. I called the insurance company right after and talked to two different customer representatives and one told me that it didnt go through and that it was being cancelled. The other told me different so with this being handled the way it is because of there mistakes it costs me my license being suspended along with other problems that Im still paying for.

      I had a horrible car accident and Kemper is responsible for paying me for my damaged vehicle. At first we were talking back and forth and almost came to an agreement but my claim was not closed due to deceit from my claims adjuster *************************. They were not offering the proper value of my customized vehicle so we could not finalize the closing. My car accident was Feb 24 2022. In this accident I almost died three different ways and it took me 16 months just to recover from it. The car accident was not my fault and I just feel they have harassed me the whole way to try to save a few dollars. I was not sure what to do and I thought that we were going to talk it out, but ***** has not responded unless it was to his benefit and he thought he was going to close the deal for way less than the value of my vehicle. He ignores me every time I message him and I am still in a state of disbelief that a business could and would treat someone this way. Please I need some help here. I am just an honest hard working individual, while I give people the benefit of the doubt and treat them with respect, this company and or person has taken advantage of me and nothing seemed to be my fault. Please help in any way possible so this can NEVER happen to another person.

      Kemper and Infinity, Bunch of thieves, stay away of this Car insurance comapy they rise the premium 3 times during the year, you cancel the account and they still chargin the premium to your bank account. you have to put stop payment with the bank, file a dispute and they still keeping the money. the worst experience ever.

      I have been a long-time customer with ********************, but now that I need them the company refuses to pay. For several years I have paid on time for flood and fire insurance to Kemper. On 09/02/2023 I experienced flood damage to my home. After calling Kemper I was given a claim number (***********) by Kemper's representative ************************* and assumed my claim would be handled. However, I was later contacted by another Kemper representative and advised flood damage was no longer covered by the company. Yet after investigation I have found that Kemper does still offer flood damage. In fact, their website has an entire link dedicated to flood insurance. Furthermore, Kemper never informed me, a paying customer, of this supposed policy change. Nor did Kemper decrease my monthly fee due to the alleged change. As a result, I am seeking assistance with having my claim fulfilled by the company.

      Synopsis:I was reported to the credit bureau by Infinity Mutual. This was not my fault and was an error both in part of La Familia (opening a policy in my name without authorization) and Infinity Mutual Insurance (sending me a check for a policy where I had not made a payment). Unfortunately I mistakenly thought this check was for my husbands billing error with the same company for a different policy and I cashed it.Desired Resolution:I am willing to reimburse the amount due of $631.79 in exchange for full removal of the item from all credit reports in my name.Sincerely,****************************

      I was never informed that I was to pay 20 percent of the bill. My insurance paperwork doesn't say anything that I have to pay 20 percent. I had the company email me the paperwork. They don't want to fix all the parts that got damaged. My car is ready to get picked up and they informed the shop that we have to pay 20 percent of the bill. They send the shop a check but not all the amount. They want us to pay the ****** deductible and 20 percent of the bill of ********. The paperwork says we are responsible for the ****** deductible only nothing about 20 percent.

      company is refusing to pay for damages that occurred to vehicle from head on collision incident vehicle has been taken to two different body shops for initial inspection of this property damage the insurance is trying to claim for only a bumper and a fender which is a $1200 repair when the vehicle has been looked at for structural damage and extensive damage to the underneath and interior since the accident they are refusing to pay the supplements that are coming from two different body shops third-party adjuster wont communicate and is refusing to consider the work orders from the body shop and a detailed images that are being sent to the insurance company. There has been damage to the inside of my car from the impact gash in my steering wheel where airbag tried to deploy. My adjusters supervisor ******** ****** called me and basically accuse me of lying about the damages that have occurred to my vehicle when I have had it professionally inspected and accuse me of saying that she doesnT think the impact to my car was hard enough to cause that kind of damage inside to the airbag explain to her that that was only her opinion and that she does not I have the right to say that when she was not involved in the accident. I also explain to her about the injuries I sustained in the accident and she said thereS no way that theyre considering my injuries minor when I diagnosis of several sprains in the back spine and neck and have currently been undergoing therapy *********** a week for weeks.I feel like they are violating my policy by not covering the damages unprofessionally handling my claimSimply because I do not have an attorney helping me throughout this matter adjusters refuse to return calls after numerous voicemails and always tell me that things are just pending and nor refused to pay supplement ********* pending med541.060.       the insurance has no facts on what they are trying to say all damages to the vehicle where not there until the day of the accident this vehicle has has full coverage throughout the life of the vehicle since 2014 when it was boughy brand new the vehicle is hardly used with only ****** miles  I asked insurance Im and requesting physics report that shows how you determined the impact collision as well as speeds of vehicles angles formula used Measure the velocity at the moment of the impact, vMeasure the mass of the subject of the collision, m If you want to measure the g-forces, divide the result by mg , where g = **** m/s  
      Without all this information you guys could not come to a factual conclusion of what they are stating  i have the vehicle taken and disassembled for proper inspection once again as well as the structural damage. The vehicle is currently at all American collision in Midland. And they are in the process of coordinating with SCA. I have also attached a report from another third-party property damage inspector that could account for outside, visible damages to the eye, but needs body shop to inspect the structural damage of the vehicle ad I last spoke with the supervisor , he advised me to take this vehicle for scanning and more documentation. Which I did. I am also requesting a copy of all of my claim related documents that are related to the investigation that were done on my claim as I am legally able to review what was analyzed to determine this conclusionI would also request a copy of the phone call and the statement that was made by the *** investigator where the investigator has also agreed that no previous damages were being claimed. And I would also like a copy of the recording with the conversation ***************************** on the day that we had a recorded conversation where she made non factual allegations . I have also attached a copy of. The ***** insurance code. As I do feel that we have been in violation of this code and the miss handling of my claim and opinionated based statements that overall lead to help my claim was viewed handled  and denied. You guys have stated in this email that you have an investigation that was properly conducted and I need a copy of everything that was investigated conducted in reviewed.From the beginning of this claim a lot of miscommunication and delay unnecessary delays have happened and would appreciate if we can begin to take this claim seriously as it has not only affected my every day life but it seems like we are still in the beginning stages of trying to get repaired. My vehicle sat at a body shop for more than six weeks. Were you guys filled to communicate and coordinate with SCA so that they could go properly analyze this vehicle and trade also at caliber collision with the same attempt and same issue I have been being threatened with storage fees and even had to remove my vehicle from the body shop that he was currently at due to lack of communication with the insurance company, answering and returning phone calls as a consumer, we are protected by The Deceptive Trade Practices Act

      Front end collisions can be some of the most damaging and costly type of collisions. There are a number of key components located in the front of your car that can be damaged if you rear end someone or get in a head on collision. Here are three of the most common types of problems that can occur with a front end collision. 
      Body and Frame Damage
      One of the most common issues that occurs with front end collisions is body and frame damage. This can range to a few minor scratches on the vehicle to dings or dents on the bumper to major frame damage. Typically, the speed at which you are traveling and the size of the item you hit affect how minor or substantial the damage is. It is also important to note that body and frame damage can be tricky to determine. Most newer vehicles have foam or material that helps to absorb the impact caused during a collision. As such, damage *** appear to be minor just by looking at the vehicle, but once a professional takes off the front bumper, there *** be substantial damage to the foam or impact-absorbing material. 
      Damage to the Steering and Driving Systems
      Another type of damage that is common with front end collisions is damage to the steering system and/or damage to the driving systems. Your vehicle is made up of many different drive and steering components that help your car to drive straight or turn as you move the steering wheel, including CV axles, transaxle and drive shaft. The impact from an automobile accident can ******* damage any of these items. When that occurs, your car *** pull to one side or *** not drive in a straight line. The parts typically cannot be straightened once they are bent, so replacing them is a must. 
      Potential Engine and Transmission Damage
      The final type of problems that can be caused by front end collisions include potential engine or transmission damage. The impact of a front end collision can be so severe that it pushes the front end of your car backwards, causing damage to these major components in your car.
      you can see in the Chrysler image report when the shock absorbers has been bent back all the way from the front impact and failed to bounce back the company refused to look at the vehicle disassembled and have taken it to another body shop that is trying to get ahold of adjusters with no response 

      Not all car accidents are major; however, all accidents are serious. An accident can result in painful injuries even if it doesnt occur at high speeds or on a highway
      Studies have been conducted in which patients without predisposition for injury were put through various scenarios. Unfortunately, it was shown that speeds less than five mph, even 2.5 mph, could still cause injuries.
      This is because vehicles are designed so that they dont sustain significant damage in minor collisions, but an elastic collision occurs. This is when the bumper bounces back, and most of the energy moves the vehicle forward. Consequently, it is more likely to cause injuries to car occupants than a high-speed accident.
      Whiplash
      Any unexpected jolt from a sudden stop or impact can overextend the small muscles, tendons, and ligaments that make up the cervical vertebrae, resulting in whiplash. Likewise, these neck muscles and tissues can be especially sensitive to an accident, resulting in misalignment of the spine. This and later swelling from tears and strains can cause pressure on nerves. Pain and stiffness in the neck and shoulder *** stem from these physical issues. Also, headaches emanating from the base of the skull are likely to occur.
      Lower Body
      An auto impact causing little damage to the vehicle *** cause serious problems for your lower body. As with the spine, knees are held together with an intricate system of muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bone. In a crash, any twisting action can throw the knee out of alignment. Meniscus tears are common and often need a long healing period. Pain or range of motion issues can occur immediately at the time of the accident or *** develop sometime after the incident. A similar physiological scenario happens with the hips, pelvis, and low back. Herniated discs are often a result of the jarring and jolting of a car accident, and these slipped discs can cause a lifetime of discomfort, or *** even need major surgery.

      *********************, and his supervisor to find out what happened with the appraiser and property damage inspection? Take a look at the report that was sent over from my adjuster. This is an estimate that has been rewritten by Kemper in several line items were deleted. All  line items have been in conclusion with the accident and have also been removed, and analyzed by collision centers, caliber collision in all American ***** lithia, as well as this has been seen by property damage, inspectors, including your property damage, inspector, *************. After accountants trouble or trying to get *** to coordinate with body shop to come out and property analyze the damage to the vehicle they have gone out and included a secondary estimate in the amount of ******* . Would you guys have been taking their inspection report hit it for me and re-typed and deleted over $4000 in damages. I need to know why ********************* has held the estimate that was written by *** and has not added it to my phone. I asked my Ajuster Rosoniel for a copy of the *** original damage report, and she stated that ************** did not include it in the file. They basically have been redirecting me back-and-forth from ************** blaming Rosoniel vice versa I have major concerns with the actions  that were taken with this supplement. I need a detailed report as to why these damages are being hidden and not accounted for the after substantial evidence has been provided in regards to this impact that has caused even structural damage Once again, I have attached these reports because maybe were not all on the same page and ************** and his supervisor chase as well as ***** his supervisor was contacted with no response. They did not properly analyze the supplemental report and failed to  include all the damage that the collision centers and came first third-party appraising company. *** has accounted for. I have called and left a voicemail for Mr. *********************** ********************* supervisor so that we can follow up on whats going on with no luck I am requesting that I get a copy of the actual estimate and not a written copy that Kemper has provided I have spoken to *** and they did say that I have to obtain that through Kemper directly ************** mis informed me telling me to contact sca if I wanted to see that estimate. It is my legal right to see this report, and also need in writing why ************** has written this line items off and why the ***  estimate is being hidden for me. Which ***** sent me the initial estimate I know that we have gone through the supplement process you guys have chosen to eliminate and hide this information. My phone number is ************* if for some reason I need to be contacted but I do need somebody from upper management to contact me in regards to the situation. ************** deliberately deleted these line items without any supporting documentation or properly analyzing this vehicle. This was done by a desk adjuster after physical eyes have been laid on the vehicle for the property damage, and ************** took the decision to remove these damages, unfairly without analyzing the vehicle, or even looking at the vehicle disassembled bringing this claim back to square one were at almost 6 months since the accident, and cannot even start on initial repairs because of the decisions that are being made and how this claim is being handled and tossed around from one entity to another, without the proper  acknowledgment document review and non-bias look at the damages. If a different person in a different department is going to review my file, and the investigation needs to be conducted fully, and the vehicle needs to be looked at in person, and not line items deleted by a desk adjuster after several property, inspectors and collision centers have looked at this vehicle.

      I was in a vehicle accident with a driver insured by Kemper on 8/11/23. Both the driver and I called in to his insurance together and he openly stated he backed into me and the accident was his fault. Communicating with the adjusted ************ was a nightmare. After refusing to return my calls for weeks, on 8/31/23 the company finally approved the claim. The company agreed to send over the rental car authorization to enterprise car rental that is required by them in order to be reimbursed for a rental vehicle. However, since 8/31/23 the claims adjuster ***************** has not sent the rental authorization and refuses to return any phone calls, text, or emails (it is now 9/7/2023) that I have sent requesting the rental authorization to be sent. I have also contacted their main customer service twice and been told that ***************** is the only person that can send this authorization and I have to wait on her. I believe the company is intentionally trying to waste time to prevent me from getting and being reimbursed for a rental car. It is also possible they are trying to prevent me from getting my car repaired. They did not send anyone in person to do an estimate after the accident and did their entire repair estimate based off photos, so it is likely the repair cost will be higher than the estimates they have given. The last time I spoke to her over 1 week ago she also refused to give me any details on how to turn in the car rental reimbursement information for the rental (if she would ever send the authorization) and to whom that information should be sent.I believe they have likely violated TDI regulations in both the time it has taken to process the claim and in their refusal to communicate with me and send the rental authorization (which still has not happened). ************ has been completely negligent through out the entire process and made what should have been a simple car repair, a nightmare.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is woefully inaccurate. The adjuster failed to respond or set up a rental for me at all. After multiple texts. I reached out to the manager ***** who then actually set up the rental for me at a location that had no vehicles available until the next day. 

      Now they are flip flopping on the value of my car and if it is totaled. They originally stated the car was worth around $17000 and not totaled. Then when they decided the car was totaled the value suddenly dropped to $10800. I presented them with multiple sources including ********** NADA ********* stating the car was worth significantly more than they are offering, $13500. I said I was interested in getting this resolved quickly and would accept $12000. After pointing out how low the offer was with examples they withdrew any offer for the totaled vehicle even though they have already approved the claim. They now claim they need to send an inspector to determine the value of the car. Keep in mind this is now 40+ days after the accident and they are just now sending someone to inspect the vehicle. 

      it is my belief they are acting in bad faith and have been continually drawing out the process Im an attempt to force me to accept an amount for the vehicle that is significantly lower than it should be. 

      I requested to speak to a resolution dispute team and they claimed they have none. At this point I am once again waiting in limbo for an inspector to contact me at some point to inspect the vehicle. Again this accident happened 40+ days ago and I am still without a resolution and have no clear time frame for a resolution.

      I am not liable for this debt with kemper insurance . I also do not have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect debt.. they did not provide me with the contract as requested and reporting to my credit report.
