      My designated adjuster ************************* has not contacted me after calling and leaving several messages. I have texted her and received no reply. I have called the Kemper claims department and have escalated the issue multiple times. I have called and left messages to her supervisor ***************************, and he has not returned any of my calls. My car has been in the body shop for about a month. Last week I received a letter regarding the supplement, yet they have not responded to the body shop as they have been waiting for a response on the supplement form for about 3+ weeks to continue working on my car. I have no idea if they are approving the supplemental work so that my car can be fixed, nor do I know how to file the rental car charge for reimbursement.

      I am filing this complaint because Kemper Insurance refuses to pay a claim for damages one of their clients did to my dad's car. They have deemed their client as at fault, but three months later they still have not paid the claim. They said they lost the claim initially, but that it is now in process. These are delay tactics. The claim number is ***********, and the amount of the claim is $2112.59. The body shop submitted the estimate directly with Kemper, and they are sitting on it. Meanwhile, my dad is driving a car badly in need of repairs and a paint job.

      I had an autopolicy through Kemper insurance (policy number *******). I received a letter saying that my policy was being cancelled because of nonpayment, on May 30,2023. I checked my records and found the cancelled check that they deposited. When I informed them of this issue they claimed they have no record of receiving the check . I sent them a copy of the cancelled check from my bank and they said they would look into it. It has been over 2 months and I was forced to pay for a new policy with a new insurance carrier, and they have been unresponsive to my phone calls and email requesting a refund.

      All around deception,on every level,Ensuring above all from my experience with them is their commitment to the business practice of being to big too fail , One of their insured ran through a light and hit me while I was already in the middle of the streets 3/4 of the way through my turn,I looked up and seen this car speed up instead of slow down as it ran through the lights. after all the things that you have read in these complaints and or seen in most of the reviews as a person who is dealing with them at this very moment, 95% of these complaints are true to the point , so much that i feel the necessary actions needs attention,.only until I continued to call and check the status of my claim through their company was I told that well were not liable and we sent a letter to you letting you know that then I heard a click I called back and talked to ****** who had just been hired at the company which was her statement and one of the many reasons why my claim was dragging on being shifted from one employee to another,****** told me with these words Precisely she decided my claim solely on the Recorded statement that she received from me four days Prior. With out any police report,!statement from Policyholder!,Without clear knowledge and facts of my 3 month long case,My adjuster ****** lacked the tools necessary to even pass a judgment to closing on this case even saying that I was at fault. as my Adjuster she had no evidence to review !she told me that with her own words and that she went off the recorded statement that ihad given her just several days before..this is not Acceptable anymore

      I asked my insurance company to please take off the Kia **** on March 3rd but found out that I was still paying for it in August. They refused to re fund my money.

      hello my car was involved in a accident in January of 2023 i was told it was denied because i am the owner and someone else filled the claim which is obviously a bogus reason because I've reached out to them and they keep saying they are not paying it although they accepted responsibility i am honestly not sure how they are allowed to do this when all it would take is call me to confirm that ***** had permission to use my car and end of story please help me resolve this

      this is a straight up excuse for them not to cover my car. Originally they said its not my the drivers car and they cant speak to driver now Im here speaking to them and they have this excuse 

      this Is a unfrair response 

      the fact is my car had *********** up until ***** hit it which caused the whole side to get damaged  please help me resolve this in a normal way

      Company falsely reported my vehicle as a "total loss" to Carfax, and is now refusing to fix the problem. When calling to address the issue I just get bounced back and forth between the same phone numbers with refusal from employees to talk to a supervisor.

      Kemper is my insurance, got in a car accident took two weeks just to get a hold of our agent. Given the run around multiple times we have the date and times for recorded calls. Car is in the shop again transferred at least 15 times just to see if a rental car is covered. Not one person was nice, extremely rude customer service. It took two days to get an answer, despite also checking our policy online; the generic answer given by many. Why would i keep giving my money to be treated so poorly. The 1 star rating is well deserved

      Claim #*********** Adjuster: ********************************* Her Manager: ************************* Dropped my Vehicle off at ********************* ****-23. Picked it up 8-3 I am attempting to get a reimbursement of $498.07 for the rental. Policy holder in this accident accepted full responsibility for backing into my **** Explorer on 3-29-23. ****** agreed to direct pay for a mid-size SUV rental since the repairs were going to take 6 weeks. **** 6:09 pm Enterprise called me to tell me Kemper wasn't direct paying for the Rental Car anymore. No one at Kemper attempted to contact me. Prior to this no one at Kemper explained the possibility of not paying for all the rental cost when agreeing to direct pay for the Rental car. ******* and ****** don't return calls to me or the shop. I essentially have to force ****** to talk me by calling customer service, being transfered to a supervisor and then they make sure we get in contact. I called ******* 8-2 4:07 call lasted 11:55s ended with her hanging up on me because "the office was closed" She said they will not pay for the rental for any days that the shop wasn't actually working on the car.She claims the shop did nothing between **** and 7-6. And they didn't order parts before I dropped it off. Aug 3rd. ************************* called me and said that **** Collision caused an 18 day delay in repairs. Minus days that Kemper impacted the delays equals 11 days they are not paying for the rental car. She said she would send me documentation and I have not received it.**** Collision says that July 6th-19 they were waiting on Kemper to approve the supplement so at that point they were not working on the dissembled vehicle. They sent a follow up request on July 14th. The shop says there is an intake/disassembly process that occured ****th-7-6. I saw all of the shops documentation. They have been hung up on by ******* and not given a chance to explain their process or give more information to clear up the issue so Kemper will pay for the rental.

      Good morning, my family and I were paying into this Life insurance for over thirty something years. Every month they send us paper work stating that our insurance has collapsed even after payment. When we call for an answer there's no answer or they claim we have the wrong number. The company name suppose to be United Life Insurance and now supposed to be known as Kemper life located *********************************************************. Old address P.O Box 856 in Hillside II *****. This goes on every single month. They send ** letters stating our insurance has collapsed and then he comes to the house to collect money. As we looked up the address we found several reviews stating the same thing that Im mentioning now. Something is wrong and we need help. We wasted over 30+ years of money and it appears they are ripping us off.The representative name is Mvron *****. We don't have life insurance and this is terrible please help
