I was parking at **************** on Saturday 12/2/23, I scanned the ** and attempted to Express Pay. It initiated my session but when I left, it never gave me any confirmation that I paid for the parking. I dont want to get a ticket, the page on park whiz froze and wouldnt take me to any other page to confirm my payment.Business Response

We went ahead and refunded your initial booking for the $13.47 which ended at 20:33 rather than 21:33. We have looked in our system and there is no account using the email: *********************. You mentioned it was your daughter who booked through ParkWhiz - if that is the case then we need the email she used to book the parking using the ParkWhiz app. We can not refund something without the appropriate information.
Also, ParkWhiz and LAZ are two separate companies and therefore credit card information would have had to been given two separate times. Do you have any indication why your daughter might have paid again after booking through ParkWhiz?
Once we receive the information regarding the original booking we can investigate further.

This past ***** (11-19-23), I pre-paid $14.78, via the ParkWhiz app for parking in **************** However, when I arrived at the garage, I discovered that the garages entrance machine would NOT accept the ParkWhiz apps QR code.So in order to gain entrance to the ********* had to I take a paper ticket from the machine, which, once I departed, ended up costing me $22, as you can see from the photo pasted at bottom..I need to be refunded the $22 that I had to pay to the garageBusiness Response

I see that you sent in a request to our Helpdesk and after further review it looks like the original pass for $14.78 that you were unable to use was refunded to your account yesterday (11/21). While we release the funds immediately, depending on your bank it can take 3-5 days to hit your account.
We do understand the frustration of not being able to use the pre-paid pass you purchased, unfortunately sometimes there are errors with the scanners at the garages. While we do contract with the garages to provide parking services, we do not own or operate them meaning the $22 you paid the second time is not money that we receive therefore we can not refund that portion.
Please let us know if there is anything additional we can do and again we apologize!

On Friday November, 10th I attempted to book parking at a lot in Deep Ellum in ******, ** through the ParkWhiz website. After submitting payment, the site reported an error that my payment could not be processed, and did not proceed to any kind of confirmation page. I tried a total of 5 times with two different credit cards to pay and received the same error every time. Ultimately, my friend who was with me paid for the parking and encountered no issues.It turned out that in fact the charges were going through and the error message on the site was incorrect. As a result I was charged all 5 times on the two separate cards.I attempted to reach out to their help email address listed on their website, but received no response.I am simply requesting a refund for the charges, as they should be able to see on their end through their records that the same license plate booked parking for the same lot, for the same duration of time, 6 separate times (5 for me and 1 for my friend).If they connect with me, I will provide my license plate number for verification.Business Response

On September 24, 2023, I paid $58 to ParkWhiz for a parking space at **************** near *************. Once at the hotel, there were no reserved spaces as was mentioned on the ParkWhiz app - only Handicap reserved parking. There are also no attendants, so there was no one to ask. I then had to pay for additional parking elsewhere at the last minute. I reached out to ParkWhiz via email and was told that I should have contacted them immediately and they sent me a picture of the hotel entrance. I told them this is where we were and there were no parking spaces available at all there. They asked me to send a receipt for the additional parking space we purchased, but that was done in cash, so I had no receipt. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and ParkWhiz dishonestly said the service was provided. I am refiling the dispute currently. I would not recommend this service as their business practices are very shady - they steal money.Business Response

On November 3rd, 2023 I purchased a parking pass PARKING PASS #********* from Parkwhiz for the amount of $52.00 for November 10th between 5:00PM and 12:00AM at ***************************************************. ***************, ******* ********. The reason for parking is that I was attending a concert that I paid for on December 9, 2022. The event was a ********* Concert I purchased at Ticketmaster.com for the price of $617.50 14-58484/DET. I was allowed entry into the parking garage tonight around 6:45PM. I drove around the parking garage from top to bottom along with ***** other cars looking for a parking spot. There was not a single spot or anything that reasonably looked like a parking spot available. I was unable to park in the garage as Parkwhiz had overbooked the garage. There was nothing else available at that time within 3 miles to park at on short notice and I ended up missing my event. I want them to reimbburse me the$52.00 parking pass that was useless and I want them to reimburse me the $617.50 for the event they caused me to miss. They will refund me $******. Or they should offer a credit for parking for ****** for future parking.Business Response

There are occasions where they will sell more drive up tickets than spaces available (which they do not inform us of) which is what seemed to have happened here. I had 2 different parking reservations that were unable to be used due to being full or no attendant/scanner. I reached out with no response. I had to pay full price using the garage ticket dispenser on one occasion and I had to find a new parking garage in the second occasion. I was told by ParkWhiz to park elsewhere, send a copy of the parking reciept and they would refund my money. I sent them a reciept on October 19. While ParkWhiz does contract with the lots to provide parking services, we do not own or operate them. So, when something like the situation that happened to you happens, we are required by contract to reach out to the operator of the lot (in this case SP+) in order to get approval before refunding any money. The money you paid for the spot does not all go to us and by no means are we trying to take anything from you. We understand this can be frustrating, however, as soon as we receive their approval we will refund the money back to your account. In the meantime, for your inconvenience, I have added a $15 credit to your account that can be used anywhere ParkWhiz operates for the next year.

I purchased parking online ($31.80) for a concert in ****** on July 31, 2023. I am elderly (69) and acted in good faith by paying for the parking through PayPal. Now a company, Parking *************************** **** is saying I did not pay and is trying to collect $87.80. They don't ever answer their phones. The company is also referred to as ParkWhiz. I see that you booked your parking at the 1406-1416 ************* for the issue you are referring to. While *********** with the lots and garages to provide parking services, we do not own them. The owner/operator of that lot is '***************************' and they contracted with ********************************* (PRRS) to provide enforcement services for that particular lot. We have no affiliation with PRRS. I would recommend directly reaching out to *************************** at ************ to discuss the issue with them where they can hopefully help you resolve this. To be prepared, make sure you have your PayPal receipt showing you did in fact pay for the booking in questions.

These parking companies have a scam going on and the ************** PRRS is in the middle. They sent a letter from a disbarred lawyer and there is info all ove the info about these scams. I sent an e-mail to ***************************. They did not answer their phone so I sent an e-mail. I am not accepting this scam

I am rejecting this response because:On August 1, 2023, I paid $31.80 for downtown parking online to ParkWhiz (a.k.a Arrive Mobility). (exhibit 1). I paid for this through ******************************* then stole my credit card number and charged me $15 for parking downtown Time Park LLC I was nowhere near downtown (exhibit 2). Ive had to cancel my credit card because of this. I am an elderly person who paid for this parking in good faith. Then this ************************ is now sending me collection notices for $87. Oh after my last report to the Better Business Bureau they sent me another notice but this time they said they would reduce the fine from $87 to $15 (exhibit 3). And now ParkWhiz is offering a plea bargain. I now have this in dispute with my credit card company. This is a clear indication of how guilty they all are. They try to harass people into paying. I paid for the parking in good faith. This company now owes me.
This company ParkWhiz Arrive Mobilty Time Park LLC and ************************ are all a part of a huge parking scam. I as an elderly that will not go downtown when I am continually get scammed by these types of companies. As far as I am concerned this company owes me money - $15 for a registered letter, the $31.80 they said I did not pay and the time I have spent on resolving this issue, and the $15 they illegally charged to my credit card.
My next step is to resend this information to the Colorado State ************************ (2nd report), the ************************ (FTC) 2nd report, the ************** of ************* ****** the local *********** stations, and Small Claims Court. I will not quit my efforts until I get a written apology from ************************ and ParkWhiz.

After reviewing the information you provided with your last response, it seems we have found the root of the problem. The pass you booked with ParkWhiz was for the Blake ****** lot at ************, however, the letter you provided from PRRS shows the reason they issued you a Citation and are claiming you didn't pay is because you were parked at ************** which is a totally different location. Due to the fact that you didn't use the pass you booked, we have gone ahead and refunded your account for the $31.80. While we release the funds immediately, depending on your bank it can take up to 3-5 days for it to hit your account. In addition, as mentioned in a previous reply we have added $30 credit to your account to be used at any ParkWhiz location over the next year.
Separately, we are sorry to hear you were charged $15 by Time Park, LLC however that is not our business nor do we have any affiliation with them so there is no way they could have received your information from us.
Finally, we would like to issue an apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you. We understand this has not been an easy process and for that we apologize as we always want to ensure working with ParkWhiz is as smooth as possible.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still don't agree with their response. My friend and I reviewed the location and both agreed it was correct. I believe what your company is doing is taking pictures of licenses that paid for parking and then saying that the people parked in the incorrect location. You did not provide evidence as to where I parked. If is your word against mine. This is a huge scam - it is all over the internet. I will only accept this if you get the ************************ from sending me letters from *************************. If I do receive another letter, I will see you all in court. Also I have a complaint in with the State ************************* and the ************************* You committed fraud by charging my credit card for the other parking - I was not even near downtown. I know that your company hopes that the people you are scamming don't check their credit card statements. I had to cancel my credit card because of this whole ordeal. This whole scam has been operting for several years and needs to be shut down. Oh and by the way I will not be using your $30 credit that you sent to my e-mail. I am sure that is a scam also. As a senior, I have suffered a great deal of anxiety of this matter.
