      On October 17, 2023 I made a reservation for parking for the following day in ************* using the ParkWhiz App (Parking Pass #*********). At that time my debit card was charged $44.52.Upon arriving at the parking garage on October 18 I was told by the attendant that the garage was full. I explained that had pre-paid for a reservation and showed him the pass on my cell phone. He told me to take it up with ParkWhiz.After returning home, I went to the ParWhiz app and texted a message explaining the situation. I then called the company and, after being put on hold for over 20 minutes, was told that call volume was so high they could not take my call. I then left a detailed phone message re-telling my situation.I have yet to be refunded my money.

      While we do contract with the garages and lots, we do not own them - therefore if they sell more spaces than they have reserved we usually are not informed which causes frustration for you, the ******.  With that being said, we've gone ahead and refunded you the $44.52 from the parking pass you were unable to use.  While we release the funds immediately, depending on your bank it can take 3-5 days for it to hit your account.

      Made a reservation for parking in ******, ** via ParkWhiz mobile app. Upon arrival, parking garage was closed and therefore couldn't use my paid parking spoty. I notified their customer service who advised me to park elsewhere since they confirmed no attendant on duty. They advised to send in parking ticket for other lot for reimbursement. I did everything they asked for and then denied reimbursement saying that my receipt wasn't good enough. It's all the lot gave me and it had to be cash as no credit cards were allowed and therefore I couldn't use a bank statement to show them.       I attempted to use this parking lot in ******* **. There was a sign on a fence that said to scan the ** code to pay parking. When I tried to charge it on my credit and debit card, first I used my debit card. The response displayed a message that my card # was bad. I thought I had entered it incorrectly and re-enter my debit card information and got the same response. I tried this 2 more times with my credit card since I thought I must have entered it wrong. I used my debit card and my credit card 4 times. Each time I got the same response - I didnt even park in the lot since I didnt want to be towed. I found parking on street.

      I purchased a parking pass through the ParkWhiz service. (See details below). When I arrived at the parking facility, the parking attendant said the lot was already full and would not honor the parking reservation from ParkWhiz. He said to contact ParkWhiz for a refund. I attempted to call ParkWhiz, but any phone number I could find was not in service. I emailed ParkWhiz help about the issue that night (9/23/2023). I received a response the next day (9/24/2023) asking some questions and saying they needed to investigate with the parking facility. I answered their questions. And provided a picture of the valet parking ticket from another location I had to park at, as proof that I didnt park at the garage that was reserved. I have heard nothing back from ParkWhiz since that initial response. I have emailed them every week for 4 weeks and have heard no response. Based on the other BBB complaints, it seems this situation is a very common occurrence (ParkWhiz selling a parking reservation that was never delivered and then not providing a refund). It seems clear this business is fraudulent and is profiting from individuals who may not pursue a refund so diligently. I simply want the refund that was promised to me.       10/10/23 Parking pass ********* After purchasing the pass and then proceeding to the parking site at the allotted time, the parking attendant informed me that the lot is completely full. I should contact ParkWhiz to obtain a refund. I checked the website and followed instructions to reach out to ParkWhiz through email. Despite replying with all the requested information, they stopped responding. It has been 10 days and this minor issue is still not resolved.Since the company has decided to drop the ball on customer support, I'm submitting a complaint for the lack of basic service quality.Thanks

      Our daughter parked at one of the lots (Park Whiz/Park It) at ***************************************************** on 5/5/23 6:03pm to 5/5/23 9:03pm. She paid $6.00 (parking pass #*********) which she got a receipt for. The problem is that the business is saying there was no payment for parking.We got 2-3 letters in the mail with the last one just this week. The letters only linked to a website to pay the fine of $55 but no method to dispute it. The first letter received threatened to put an Immobilization boot on our vehicle if we were to park in any of their lots. The last letter received said that they are a collection company but it also stated that they are lawyers. The letters do not seem legitimate.

      I have confirmed in our system the booking you referenced and it does indeed show that it was paid for in the amount of $6.  However, while ParkWhiz supplies the parking system, we do not own or operate any lots or garages - we only contract with them.  I am not sure where the letters are coming from as they are not coming from us - we do not enforce that lot.  This garage is operated by 'Downtown ***** Parking' and their phone number is: **************.  I would encourage you to reach out to them and provide the screenshot showing that you did indeed pay for the parking.  The only other thing we can think of is perhaps the vehicle was still parked after the booking time ended (after 9:03pm) and that is where the Citation and therefore the continued letters are comng from.

      I have reserved parking from parkwiz at ******************* from 1-9pm on Oct 14 since I have an event to attend from 2-5pm. But there was no parking when I got there around 1:50. The attendant told everyone to find parking elsewhere. I asked for evidence showing no parking but he just told me to call ******* since he didn't communicate with *******. Not only they didn't have parking for reserved spot. ******* also double charged me. When I communicated with them, I was asked showing all kinds of evidence(picture of full lot sign, receipts from other parking lot etc) which I was not told before. I was also told nobody else was turned away at that garage that time which must be a lie. I saw people were turned away if front of me. ******* has a very flawed system that promises customers something they can't provide while double charges people, make deceitful statements. I believe they have rigged system that tries extract extra money out of people., since most people will not spend the time trying correct its actions.***********

      I booked a parking spot for a concert at ************ in *********** on 10/6/23 for $14.22. I received confirmation and a parking pass and the money was paid through PayPal.At 11 a.m. on 10/10/23, the day of the concert, I was informed my reservation was canceled and it I wanted to rebook at the same location it was $59! They waited until the last minute and then canceled and all of the other closer parking ramps were filled so you were forced to purchase the original spot at a much higher price.

      While you are able to purchase parking through the ParkWhiz app, we only contract with the locations, we do not own them.  So, when a location reaches out to us with an error on their end (like they did in this case by posting the wrong rates for the event) asking for us to cancel bookings, we contractually have to oblige.  We understand it is frustrating when things like this happen.  With that, I see that your original booking of $14.22 was refunded to you and I've just added $30 credit to your account that you can use at any time over the next 12 months.

      On 9/1/23, I purchased a time slot of 6pm - 1am for a parking garage in ***. When I arrived around 8pm, the garage attendant said they close at 10:45pm. Obviously parkwhiz couldn't provide the service I paid for so I am *********** a simple refund. I emailed them with the above information and also added that I ended up having to pay more for a different garage last minute because of this. I got an initial response from "Rain" who said they would contact the garage to confirm their hours. This was on 9/2. I did not get a reply back, even after sending 4 more emails. So I had to open a case with my bank to get my money back. Now they reply to me weeks later saying they don't know why im asking for a refund (when I sent 5 total emails to the same email address that wrote back to me and got the initial email. Again, I explain the situation. No reply for another couple weeks. Finally, they write back telling me to give them the receipt of the garage I had to use, which has absolutely nothing to do with this situation so im not even entertaining that. Now they're using this as the basis to not give me a refund! What?! All they had to do was ask the garage their hours. They put the blame on ME saying I should've asked the garage first before buying the time slot. Again, what?! I paid for the timeslot that was suggested to me by their app. Why would I need to verify that?? They ultimately refused my refund, but offered a "credit for future use"!!!!! Like I'd ever use their company again?! You stole my money once, definitely never putting myself in that position again. After seeing they have a 1 star review average and an F rating, it appears this company makes tons of money off of these situations where the customer pays for a service and they don't provide the service, but doesn't give a refund. This business needs to be closed. It is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT STEALS MONEY FROM INNONCENT PEOPLE!

      I paid for parking and the first time it appeared to not have worked so I did it again and then was charged $15.50 2 times. I have emailed the business several times and have not received a response and I have not received a refund for one of the ,$15.50 charges.
