I was going to a concert at *** in ***, and I decided to book a garage a couple blocks away for convenience. When I got there, the garage was full. The parking attendant told me the lot was full, and I needed to request a refund with Park Whiz. I then drove about 10 blocks away and found street parking. I emailed Park Whiz, and they asked me for a receipt from another parking garage. I found street parking, so I obviously didnt have one. After that, they just ghosted me and stopped responding to my emails. As far as Im concerned, this is tantamount to theft. I paid them for a service, they did not fulfill the service, and now they are refusing to refund me. Also, FYI, its been like 10 years since I last gave someone a bad review online. Im typically a very easy grader. I will be asking my credit card company to deny the charges. I dont care about them money, I just dont want them to have it.

Robbery!Under no circumstances should you trust this company. It has nothing to do with parking, just take your money and provide no product in return. I dont think they even have any agreements with parking facilities. They just take your money and produce a bogus QR code that isnt associated with any vendor. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. Wad up a $50 bill and flush it down the toilet. It would make you feel better than dealing with these criminals.

We had a terrible experience. We purchased a spot through Parking Whiz. They do not say on their website if theres an up charge for SUV. We parked and the attendant didnt say anything. But when we went to get the car they wanted us to pay $10 more dollars. We refused and called Parking Whiz. They agreed that no where on their website does it say anything about up charge. We asked them to deal w the parking garage directly ***********, he said they couldnt - they didnt stand behind their deal.

We bought a parking pass that stated that our license plate was to be entered on a line and presented to the parking attendant upon arrival. There was no parking attendant, just a kiosk where you could either scan a code (which didnt exist on the parking pass) or use a credit card. They refused to refund the fee because they had no other complaints about the same time and place. LOL, please see all of the 5 star reviews below.

I purchased parking that said it allowed oversized vehicles. When I arrived they said my car didnt fit and I was asked to leave but told I could call the **** number for a refund. Their customer service (******) has been rude and completely unhelpful and they have not issued a refund.

This has been a horrible experience. I surprised my boyfriend with tickets to the Cub game and I bought a parking spot with Park Whiz. We circled the parking spot once and thought we had the wrong address because the spot was taken. When I called your number the only thing they could do for me is refund my money. I sent a picture of someone in the spot I picked. There was nothing she could do for me. I am beyond upset and I will let everyone I know not to use your service. Im not sure how you can run a business like that. We were late to the game. It was a horrible experience.

My first time to use this ************ be my last. They cancelled my PAID FOR parking twice & both times they cancelled about a week later with no reason why. They finally gave me my money back and I'm stuck with no place to park & the concert is tomorrow. From other comments on other boards, they're not well thought of & now I know why.

I bought a parking pass for a show that took place this past Saturday. I paid $50 to park in the lot. Upon arrival, and verifying that the lot shown in the pictures was the same lot we pulled into (address matched as well), the idiot working there told us there was no "pre-paid parking" in that lot. Frustrated, we drove around trying to see if there was another lot we could park in. We wound up going across the street and showed the guy our pass. He let ******* there; however, ParkWhiz only charges $25 for parking in that lot. So we spent $50 to park in the wrong lot that they charge less for. How does that make sense? I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to be refunded $25. No response and no credit pending back on my card. So, now I will dispute the full charge with my credit card company, as these people are CROOKS!! What a friggin scam they are running. BEWARE of ParkWhiz!
