  This app is a scam! I got charged $100 for parking for a $5 parking pass. I was never given the amount at checkout so I thought it was included with my concert tickets. Come to find out parking is over a mile away from where I need to be! I contacted them they won't give a refund. This site needs to go!!! They need to be reported for faurd.

  Highway robbery! I only needed to park for one hour to grab dinner and they only offered me a 15 hour rate for almost $25. I will avoid dining in establishments that only offer this type of paid parking service.

  Prepaid for parking for 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Got to lot at 6:20. Lot was full. Drove around a couple of blocks and came back hoping that a spot opened up. Still full. This was the first and last time I would ever use this company. What a scam.

  ParkWhiz booked me in a parking lot that wasnt open when I got there and then refused to give me a refund. I tried calling and rebooking a spot but they werent helpful.

  This is a company built on lies!I booked a parking spot at ****************************** I have pictures of the person who told me to f*** off as well as pictures all day that show they had plenty of parking as I could see the lot from the office I was working in that day I pulled in and they said NO we dont have room, the guy told me to fu** off and call the app to get my $ backThe app has no phone # and the email policy to make a claim goes to a bounce back email address. The government knows when you run a red light But they cant stop massive businesses from global fraud? Is Parking whiz owned by the government ??

  Cancelled parking without notice. This company sent 2 emails back to back, both at 2:24pm, first one warning there was a problem with the facility...meaning they want more $$$ for the spot and the second stating they would refund the purchase price in 5 days and offered a measley $5 to cover the trouble! There are 3 events the same night and we cannot find parking ANYWHERE with just 48 hours notice! They have yet to reply to my emails for help.

  Awful. Their site was helpful and I booked a garage in *** for Thursday through Sunday. When I pulled into the parking lot on Thursday the attendant asked when I was leaving. I said Sunday and he said they could not accommodate any overnight parking. They were totally full. He would not allow ** to park! I was unable to cancel via the app because the starting time had already passed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. When I contacted parkwhiz they refused to refund the fee without photographic evidence! They said they would give me a $30 credit for future use. I paid $116 for the parking service that I was unable to use. This is absurd. Terrible service. Would never recommend them.

  Terrible experience. Parking pass did not work so we had to pay out of pocket. Trying to get a refund but Park Whiz has stopped replying to my emails. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

  On April 12th, I bought a parking ticket for a garage in *** from ParkWhiz. However, when I arrived at the garage, I was disappointed to find that all the spaces were already occupied. This situation forced me to locate an alternative garage and pay for parking there instead. I called them to refund it but could not reach them, so disputed the charge. A month later, ParkWhiz claimed they rendered the service. It is important to note that the garage should not be selling parking tickets for spaces that are unavailable.

  Booked a parking space on Parkwhiz, prepaid, and when I arrived at the lot - no space available. I let attendant know I had prepaid for a space- no go. No space. Asked how to get my money back and told by attendant to contact Parkwhiz. Contacted Parkwhiz and they actually responded and requested proof that I had to park somewhere else. Provided the proof and then Parkwhiz did not respond to further requests for refund. Will not use their service again.
