  ParkWhiz- horrible service- DO NOT USE The location of parking was correct and the price was great. However, when I arrived to my parking the attendant said that there was not open spots! I almost begged for him to take me as I had a scheduled appointment near by in 20 min and did not have to find a new parking spot. The price to pay at the garage was substantially higher than online, therefore, the attendants take people who pay cash on the spot and do not care about Parkwhiz reservations. Eventually, the attendant agreed to take me and I had to tip him on top of my payment. I will have major reservations about using Parkwhiz again

  Deleted the app. Shame on the ******* Whie Sox for allowing this company to book spots in their lots. I have one reservation on the day in question. That was obvious on the app. Parkwhiz did not dispute that. They charged my card twice and after one reply asking me to wait a few days and the extra charge should drop off, it never did . Now I cant get a reply from Parkwhiz, **** whose site I used to book the spot, or the ********** Thatnk goodness the Six stink and baseball is dying on the vine. Because I wont go back. So the $34.00 I am is well spent. I wont be paying over priced tickets, hot dogs and beer to lousy enter!. I guess I really should be grateful fulNIT!

  Awful company.Used their services for the first and last time in *******. I prepaid for parking at a garage. I was advised that Id receive a ticket when I enter the garage that I would use to exit. When I arrived no ticket was printed. I used the call button to try to speak with someone and no one answered. Twice. So when it came time to exit I had to pay a lost ticket price because there was no ticket provided at entry like their email said. I reached out to someone and they asked for the details about the second payment I made. I sent them EVERYTHING they requested and they still didnt get it right. They credited me the amount I prepaid and not the more expensive amount I paid upon exit even though they were provided with the receipt they requested. I have advised them of this error and nothing. I will now probably have to reach out to my credit card company and dispute this due to double incompetency on their end.

  My prepaid pass wouldn't work. After being stuck in the garage for over 30 minutes trying to get out, I ended up having to pay the full price for my overnight parking. Park Whiz said they refunded the cost of my pass, but after almost 3 weeks, I haven't seen the refund. They also didn't offer any sort of compensation for the full price parking I had to purchase.

  Customer support absolutely inexistent.Provided all the evidence they wanted (via phone) in an email to get a refund for a charge that said failed on my end (so I moved my car somewhere else), 2 months later, nobody will even reply to my email once to acknowledge or at least play dumb.

  Garage wasnt accessible due to a film production on the street and parkwhiz refused to refund my pass. This is not the first time Ive had an issue. Ive prepaid in the past and have been turned away by garages. Ive now deleted the app and encourage everyone else to do the same.

  Sold a parking spot, attendant said no app bar codes, printed only, after they made me download a app, had to pay for different t parking which was expensive because of the event, they want receipts and all I could give was was receipt for parking and the ***** parking fee I had to pay to get out of their lot!!! Never again! Do not buy from this company, big scam!

  These people sold me a parking spot in a lot with 2 different addresses. Went to 3 lots and a parking garage in the exact GPS located address. We ending up having to pay for a different parking spot because this one didnt exist. Ended up having to walk farther and missed the 1st complete match of NCAA wrestling D1 national finals. Called them complained bout this and they said the would email me at my address. She told me to respond to email with reciept of different parking spot to try and give me a refund. They are misleading and downright lowlife. Not only did I pay 77$ but parking next to ********** was 20$ and where we parked further away it was even less because spots were completley sold out. Park whiz be ashamed of yourself youre pathetic. Employees that work there your job is shameful you reap what you sow and Id STRONGLY CONSIDER changing your line of work and do something positive for your community and self. Youre part of a low life scheme to rip people off. Just look at all these reviews on here. This is BBB the main site for complaints go get a real job that helps others with a legitimate service. Youre just hurting people to make a living. Your better than this! But your current company is not! They wont be around much longer Im guessing. Start looking now.

  i was charged ****** for a $25 parking spot that was far from the concert venue. i had no knowledge that the spot was this price!!! do you think i would have purchased it if i knew how much it was?!SCAM ! its like they had my credit card number and just charged whatever they wanted!

  I used ParkWhiz to reserve parking in ***. I had paid in advance and had the receipt. When I arrived -- after a long drive with very elderly people -- the lot was full. The attendant refused to honor my reservation, and said the issue was ParkWhiz's. I contacted ParkWhiz, and I had a ridiculous back-and-forth with them asking me to confirm I was at the right place (I was), instructing me to take a picture, and telling me the issue was with the parking garage. They refunded me but it was an awful situation, and I had a lot of trouble finding an alternative place to park. I thought I should have received a voucher for some future parking in compensation, but they refused. I think the system is terrible. This is not rocket science -- selling only enough spots that a lot has.
