I was on vacation in *********** ***** with my daughter and son in law. We wanted to see **************. We found ungated parking behind a ******* Restaurant. It was about 3pm. We saw a Kiosk to pay for parking. We could have just acted like customers to ******* but wanted to do the right thing, I paid the kiosk to park for 3 to 4 hours. When I got home, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged almost $50.00 to park there, double what was displayed on the kiosk.. I sent them a message that it should have only been half of that. At first they said my reservation was from the day I parked, to the next morning. I NEVER MADE ANY RESERVATIONS. When I told them that, they then tried to say that I parked at 3pm which is daytime hours and I was there after 5pm which then becomes evening hours. There were NO SIGNS stating that I would be charged for both or even that there were different prices for different times. I did my best to work with them and ask for a partial refund. They would not give me any kind of credit and have quit responding to me. This company is a total scam. IF ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY, I'M IN!

Prepaid $11.25 thru Ticketmaster for downtown ********** parking to attend an event at ***************. Upon arrival there was no way to scan the ** code, we were only able to get the ticket. Upon departure, we attempted to scan the ** code at the payment kiosk, but ****** said it was not valid and we were prompted to pay $5 for parking. The restaurant we went to after the event gave us a parking validation code so we attempted to use that, but it was also not valid, so we paid the $5 on our credit card. I took a picture of the kiosk screen showing the $5 charge and your credit card is being processed. The machine did not print a separate receipt even thought I said yes to the prompt for one. When we exited the garage, the machine did not return the ticket and there was no attendant on site. On the drive home, I immediately reached out to ParkWhiz and explained the situation. I attached my original order number showing I prepaid and attached the photo I took at the kiosk processing my payment. 10 days later, after going back and forth with emails numerous times and their requests for the receipts (which I have explained as above) I have given up trying to resolve this, and I have paid 3x over what it would have cost me to just drive up and park without a reservation or prepayment. ParkWhiz is obviously poorly run and in desperate need of money, but I will no longer use their facilitiesIll take my chances on finding parking and pay more elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience. I was in ************* and I was looking for parking so I pulled to the side, used ParkWhiz, found a space on ParkWhiz where I wanted to park, paid for it ,got there and the garage told me that even though I had a reservation that I had paid for, they couldn't park my car there and that I had to contact the app (not them) in order to get my money back and it was atrocious. They are partnering with people that can't hold up their end of the deal and even though the customer service try to help me, they didn't offer anything for all my annoying time and energy spent when in the end I didn't have a space to park through them at all. I had to basically look somewhere in the city for a place to park, which goes totally against the idea of having this convenient app so it's false advertising, and it's a total lie.

Could not use the parking reservation due to construction around the building. We were there at the designated time. ParkWhiz asked me to provide some information, including a screen shot showing I bought parking elsewhere. I complied with all their requests, but they refused to refund my money. This company charges people even when they get nothing in return. Added lots of stress to our outing, wasted time, and $24 down the drain.

I wasnt able to use my $42 prepaid parking when I got to the garage. So, I had to pay the $20 flat fee the garage charged. Then was told I cant be refunded because it was past the time of the start of the ticket. Double the money for what the parking costs, then not able to use it with not refund. What a scam! I will never use them again and make sure everyone I know never loses their money to them either.

Awful business to park with. I pre paid parking near *** in ***. I specifically paid the extra $15 for an SUV. Arrived at the garage and pulled down the ramp to find that this garage can't accommodate large SUVs. Odd that they even allowed me to book an SUV there... So I had to back up the ramp and park at the next garage on the block. No big deal. Except after 4 emails explaining the situation and even going as far as to send them my parking ticket from the garage down the street they still won't refund me. The accepted my booking and my money for a garage that was incapable of accomodating my vehicle. There is simply no reason they can give me to justify not providing a full refund. 4 emails later.... No refund. So now I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. This is not a reputable company. They are scammers!!!

Worse experience ever, I paid to park my vehicle in one of their lots. I downloaded the app where there is an option to extend my pass while I was at my event. Ten minutes before my pass expired I tried the extension button on the app and it wouldnt go through. I had to run back to the parking lot to pay to extend and I was to late as my vehicle was towed. Still trying to get my vehicle and customer service is horrible. Two other people in my party was having the same issue with the app but luckily they got back in time before their vehicle was towed but towing company was on their way back to the parking lot. VERY POOR APP!!!!

Scam. Only way to pay for parking at a downtown ********* lot and the rate was $5 higher than the posted amount. After literally weeks of going back and forth with customer service and a bunch of excuses, they expected me to drive 80 miles back to take a picture before refunding the extra money, knowing full well this is all just their scam way of making money. Should be shut down

Each of the 4 lots we tried told us the parking pass was not valid . No one knew where lot 65, ********************* was located. We had to pay to park in another lot. If there was a sign (we did not see a sign for lot 65, *********************) we didnt see it in the dark with pouring rain in heavy traffic. No refund and no customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. They keep asking me for a screenshot of my bank account to show that I took money out of an ATM to pay in another lot. This sounds like a scammer to me. Dont book with ParkWhiz anywhere!

I went to Cafe Brazil on elm St in downtown ****** and parked in a lot across the street. I used the ** code, downloaded to app, put my card info in, and went to eat with a friend. About 10 minutes before I was going run out of parking time I went on the app to extend my time enough to finish my conversation and dessert. The often to extend time offered any amount that I wanted. Every time I tried to set it for one more hour and clicked continue the next screen would show the only option was for 6 hours at $22. OR 16 hours or more. Theres nothing on the sign that warmed about this and of course theres no one to ask about it. So then either I overpay for five HOURS I dont need or risk getting a boot on my car that will cost $116 to remove? This is a shady practice and it makes me want avoid downtown ******/Deep Ellum.
