      The building has had no water for more than 24 hours and preciously they have had us without gas and water for almost a week om 2 separate occasions. I have reported them to the city and anywhere else I can. They also have a fake promotion going on where you pay 6 months of rent on time and they give you the 7th month free. I saw it back in may when I applied and they didn't add it to the lease and I couldn't tell that day because I didn't get the lease from them until after I moved in. I tried reminding them about it recently because it was still on their website. However every time I mention it they remove it from the website and then add it back after a few days. They even tried to claim they have never had that promo before until I told them I had a screenshot of the promo. They still won't honor it. The building is also infested with roaches and animals always pee in the elevator. I need help from someone. I've done everything I can.

      From the start of renting from Pangaea hills, now the hills. I have had infestation issues and neglectful maintenance. I recently put a work order in to replace my stove due to a broken main eye filament, instead of replacing the entire stove, they just replaced the main eye and it created a burning smell upon turning on. They say it's fine but that is a hazard just like the roaches that's infested in the walls. I'm catching and killing more bugs than they are and yet they still attempt to blame me for the roaches. Every time they come and look around they attempt to refuse to listen to me and deflect to it being my fault. This is ridiculous to endure. I have a child it is a DCS violation to have children around roaches like that. Every time I call and request to speak to a higher up, I never get a straight answer it's usually some deflection to they can set up for us to meet and walk through, instead of transferring me so I can speak to higher up and give my peace.Enclosed is a picture of said broken main eye filament.

      12/24/24 I left home for a few days and came back to find my refrigerator open which I keep locked with pad locks, my deep freezer open, bathroom door open (it was only closed). I have a ring camera and it was no footage on my camera of anyone entering or exiting. However, I was able to contact Ring customer support (my camera service provider) and they said, "yes my **************** was interrupted at 3:41 a.m. on Christmas Eve and someone also logged into my Ring App using a Mozilla Browser. I have never gave anyone permission to authorize my camera period or shared any of my information for anyone to log in. Whoever came in my apartment had a key and it didn't appear that anything was missing but it look like someone just wanted to aggravate me by leaving my stuff unlocked, even though I took the initiative to try to keep my things safe especially my food because I know maintenance might do need to enter. Now I'm worried someone could have possibly poisoned something. I just had put in a request around Thanksgiving about my refrigerator going out and the custodian fixed it but I had to throw all my food away, then this happen. Now I gotta trash my stuff again. And I didn't appreciate how the custodian was taking pictures of my food. Ring do have the unauthorized information on who logged into my camera and apparently deleted footage of them or whoever entering my apartment just in case this complaint can help resolve the issue and if this is someone's plan, to invade the privacy of my camera to enter my apartment. I did make a police report 12/29 even though Ring seem like they'll handle it since they advised me that I didn't have to call the police. I'm not sure if this something CYM is allowing their colleagues to do or if it should be brought to you all's attention. I just got a restraining order on a friend that was here with me so I hope they don't plan on taking advantage knowing I'll be alone since it was brought to management attention.

      Between November 1st 2024 to current date (12/18/2024) we have applied for an apartment at CYM LIVING LLC and paid $50 for two people on the application and they told us after sending all documents that we would need to wait until 12/14/2024 for my employment to say 3 months then we can get an appointment to view an apartment but they have been doing nothing but setting us up with places that they call the day of and say is now leased further pushing back our application (which only carries validity for 60days) basically forcing us to have to start processing applications over, including payment again. Weve had only one actual viewing which had to be reset because they told him an address that the MANAGER INSURED me was only a virtual viewing. We ended up waiting outside for over an hour and no one ever showed up so we called. Once being on hold for almost a hour a woman answers and says the agents name who was supposed to be there and asked to place us on a brief hold to call him. Somehow the line disconnected from her end and we were never called back. The next day we had to use another day to reschedule a viewing at the same address. After the call dropping yesterday, we made sure to get the showing agents number from the agent the next day, which he supplied us. We keep talking them, we have two small children and we stay in a hotel that cost more ($1952/month) than the apartment we are looking for are looking for. (max $1500/month). They are hiding under the umbrella of first come , first serve while knowing its extremely time sensitive for us and its a time limit on the application plus that most people will turn places away due to the high crime area, infestations in area, and improper remodeling. This is a scam to the needy citizens of ******* taking our hard earn money and time. We are still seeking housing at this current moment and we really need every dime for our children. Not to be stolen by businesses.

      Im a new tenant at this location. I saw the unit and everything was fine until I saw a dead rodent on the floor. I asked them for pest control on the unit and a cleaning before I moved in. I signed my lease 11/6/2024 for a move in date of 12/7/2024. Since then they tended to the unit twice. So I was confident of the up keeping of the building and units going forward. I went to my unit and was taken aback from the living and unalive rodents everywhere in the unit. It was absolutely disgusting and not habitable at all, especially for a singe mom with children. *** had a horrible experience with this company just applying , customer service, and now that Im in this is how they treat their tenants. I contacted the property manager and got no response. Please help me get vacate the premises and shut this building down.

      I have been trying to get my carpet cleaned in my studio apartment that I have been in for four years. It is extremely dirty and Its about time it gets cleaned. I have been contacting CYM Living about this issue and no one has responded to me. The property manager called me back ONE time and that was it. When she called that one time, I was at work at the time and I had missed her called. I called back and I got no answer and I had been trying to call multiple times after that and I still got no answers. So I have been contacting CYM living to let them know of my issue and that I have gotten no response about it actually getting done by anyone. I have to keep calling and calling and I get told the same things every single time which is I have to wait 1-3 business days. No one ever calls or actually gets the issue took care of. There are just a lot more issues all around the building that I am living in and things need to be fixed

      We have not had heat in my apartment for almost a month it was fixed for 3 days and went back out and all CYM did was drop off little heaters to heat 2-bedroom apartments now me and my two children are sick and we can't stay home because we would be sicker it is freezing, and I am using my oven to heat and entire apartment and this is not safe and it is costing me. I have sent several requests and they kept marking them as complete and not calling me the last one I put it they responded that the boiler was out. It is to cold especially for children to have to deal with this.

      Business lied prior to move in, claiming there was no infestation. Upon move in there were obvious signs on infestation, including poor maintenance, and another tenant with his cats utilizing my bathroom and washer. Within a few months my car was broken into, and attempted again as well as several other tenants experiencing the same almost daily. It was an unsafe environment and they did nothing to prevent this. Neighbors were allowing animals to urinate off balconies, in hallways, and in elevators. Management did not stop nor clean up after them. During this time I was pregnant and left due to a cockroach infestation restricting our health. I could not cook without an infestation. I almost ate a cockroach because it jumped onto my fork seconds before bringing it to my mouth. I was forced to be exposed to extermination chemicals during pregnancy. I could not rest because the roaches lived in my couch, and I was constantly cleaning. I could not eat to take care of my nausea because of the roaches. They attempted to relocate but failed as it was also infested. The manager offered to break lease, and we awaited approval from the owner. We gave management time to respond to our request to leave after they failed to move us into a non-infested apartment. The manager denied allowing us to leave and went back on his offer. They knew I was pregnant and refused to let us leave. We left the apartment after 30 days of waiting for a response, in order to take care of my high risk pregnancy. They have sent the balance to collections and are now attempting to garnish my wages. I would settle for at most 10% of balance owed, but they are asking for 80% minimum. They lied in their accountability and did not disclose the true reason we left in charges us the remaining rent. This business was unprofessional, dishonest, and immoral and has been sued before. They denied the issue and lacked compassion for the risks against me and my growing child. They refuse a reasonable compromise.

      We apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced and hope you are in a better position for you and your family. Upon review of your account we see there were 2 work orders created for Pest Control, (October and November 2023) each was completed, we have not received any other work order/ complaint regarding roaches. Also the lease agreeement states parking is at your own risk, while it is regretful you experienced property damage, CYM is not liable.

      Your hopes are insincere. The orders were completed by YOUR establishment. They were not fulfilled on the consumers end. Your managers lied and acted as if your tenants were crazy. It was gaslighting and you will NOT get away with it. Orders were completed without fixing the problem. I had a completed order for not ever having a screen in my window. I had a completed order when my screen door was never fixed. Worst of all, with the extreme infestation, your company COMPLETED THE ORDER WHEN ROACHES STILL FILLED YOUR HALLS, CAME THROUGH MY DRAINS, AND ENTERED MY APARTMENT FROM EVERY SINGLE CRACK. Your establishment ruined my families ability to live in a stable environment for tarnishing my credit score by not allowing us to break the lease. This will come back to haunt your business. Investigating from your perspective is not investigating. Your company is immoral and disgusting. The only way this is solved on my end, is by erasing the debt you have wrongly charged me and my family. If that cannot be provided, as a business you have failed.

      I am a resident at ***************** and my car was recently towed because the towing company said I was double parked. I had to pay $240 to retrieve my vehicle for parking in a lot I am suppose to be parked in because my tire was slightly over the yellow lone and I have and infant that was screaming and ******* to get him out of the car. I feel as a resident paying $1385 for a ***** infested non undated unit and I have to worry about my car being towed. I will like a refund of $240.
