      They sold me items and never sent them. I've been reaching out for months and they claim to have lost a warehouse that burned down. This company is a total scam.

      I am writing to request assistance with the order I placed with Goat Trail Tactical. Despite waiting well beyond the expected delivery timeframe and writing numerous emails, I have yet to receive the merchandise associated with my order.Order Details:The merchandise (new collar confirmation #XPC4D8ZHV for $55.39-3 inch GTT Direbeast Tactical dog collar | Large- XX-Large Breeds- never arrived, so I contacted your customer service department on June ******* to ask about the status of my order with no resolution. Also, I request to return an item for order number #***** for $29.99 - Product: GTTB-*********** GTTBrute Collar | Custom Dog Collar, Heavy Duty Dog Collar - Black / Large ***** Regrettably, it has been weeks since my initial inquiry, and I have yet to receive the return shipping label as promised or the new collar I ordered.Due to Goat Tactical's lack of communication regarding this issue, I requested a full refund of the amount paid for this order and I have not gotten my refund. They have not refunded my money or given me the products I ordered. Please assist me with Goat Tactical and their fraudulent practices.

      I ordered a dog harness and patch from goat trail tactical online on May 19th 2024. Shipping was supposed to be 3-7 business days. The total amount for the order was $76.98. After about 2 wks and no arrival of the package..I reached out to goat trail tactical. I tried contacting them by phone ..but there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone and when you press the option ot order over the phone it automatically hangs up. I emailed them and got a response saying that they had a wearhouse fire and are trying to catch up on orders and sorry for any delays. 2 wks went by and nothing so I emailed them again saying I wanted a refund and thst they should of made their customers aware of the long delay time. Shortly after asking for a refund...they sent me an email sayin my package has shipped. This was on June 17th. It said that shipping label was created and waiting for pickup from facility. To this day...it still says the same thing on the carrier website. I have tried emailing goat trail tactical numerous times asking for a refund or any updates since jun 17th and have not gotten a refund or any response. I believe the way everything has went and the way they make it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and dont tell their customers there is a delay and have *** stopped responding...that this is some sort of scam. Im looking for help to recoup my $ or have my order filled. It has been almost 2.5 months since i first placed the order and as mentioned..was supposed to be 3-7 day shipping. Please help

      I ordered a 100 dog harness on June 14th only to be provided a tracking number and money taken from me. No product, 10 emails, countless calls no response. I see this is a constant complaint here. This business should not be allowed to sell anything. They should be shut down as they steal from there consumers!

      I ordered a product for this business and paid extra to expedite shipping.After a month the product did not arrive and they stalled me, via email, for several more weeks.I finally asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. The only answer I can get is they are still reviewing my request for approval.I placed order # ***** on 5/7 and paid extra for expedited 2 - 4 day shipping. After not being able to get a ship date from them I canceled my order on 6/4. I have corresponding with then ever since with no real action from them other than, sorry be patient. It has been 2-1/2 months. Last time I called their phone was not working and the they refuse to give me another number or contact name stating they are to busy.

      Purchased a dog harness online through the website on May 25th 2024. Order number *****. Since then, it has not shipped, numerous emails back and forth refusing to refund my money because they claim to have a had a fire in their warehouse. I have noticed they've been deleting everyone's complain comments on social media.

      Better Business Bureau:

      The Business has addressed one of my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********.

      They promised a refund, AND the item i had ordered. They have only issued a refund. Not the end of the world, just shady business.

      My issue is not resolved and my complaint should not be closed.

      Made order in April 2024. Never received products. Called. No answer. Been emailing company since May 2024. Theyve said they will review my request. No products. No refund. I spent more than $160. Theyve said there was a warehouse fire. Havent been able to find that in the news anywhere.
