      I placed an order online through Goat Trail Tacticals website directly. They advertise 3-7 day shipping.The order in question was placed 12 days ago and there have been no updates.Upon reaching out to customer support, I was informed that the order was processing, which was on day 7.I have since called multiple times, only to be automatically redirected to use the customer service email, of which my two follow up emails were never responded to.Upon a closer look into the company, I am not the first ****** to have paid and NEVER received their order.At this time I would just like to be reimbursed and take my business elsewhere.

      Placed my order on February 3 2024. I have not received my order as of July 23 2024. I have sent emails, starting on March 21, asking about my order and have received responses that they are behind schedule because of warehouse fire and that my order would be scheduled for delivery the second week of May. When order was not received I emailed them again and got the same warehouse fire message and I then asked for refund five separate times and have yet to receive refund for my order of $84.12.

      I placed an order on 4/21/24, and immediately was met with an auto response of a warehouse fire. Which they have been using as an excuse since December 2023 or earlier, based on other complaints submitted to the BBB. I also made multiple attempts to reach the company, asking about the status of my order. This was between April-June, each time I was met with a false response about the "status" of my order and how it was being processed. False promises by ***** that the items would for sure be shipped in May and then again in June. I reached out to the company for answers to questions and to initaite a refund and was met with non-responsiveness. I have since disputed the charges with my bank. This is a fraudulent company who is purposely still allowing orders to be placed with no intentions of fulfilling them. They are hoping people will purchase and forget.

      Placed an order with the company Goat Trail Tactical on 6/17/2024 and was told product had shipped.$103.98 was deducted from our checking account on that day. Reached out to them a week later as our order had not yet shipped. Received an answer stating that they had a fire in their warehouse and order was scheduled to ship in July. Reached out again last week and today with no response. Please advise on steps to be refunded our money. Thank you.

      I ordered a tactical vest and leash from this company after 2 wks was I sent email where is my order.. I got an email saying they had a warehouse fire.. just found out it was in 2023! I wrote them again... they said they are working on fulfilling all orders... still waiting . sent them a text that I want a refund or my gear.. no one answers the phone... they charged my **** card !

      I placed an order for a large dog harness and received it on May 18, 2024. It was too large so I initiated the return process per their website on May 21, 2024 and simultaneously placed a new order for a medium harness. I have neither received the prepaid shipping label for my return nor have I received my new order. Upon attempting to contact them in every manner possible, I am getting the same issues seen from other customers. The phone system doesn't work and you will not get to speak with someone. The website chat does not provide a response. By email, I first received the canned email response about the fire and then I was actually replied to by someone who basically just kept telling me he would consult their team and get back to me. He has since stopped responding to me. As of July 9, 2024, both orders are unresolved and they no longer respond to me. This company has stolen from me.

      I purchased a harness with some patches for my dog back in March. I still have not received my items or a refund for the products. I have a bank statement that the money was taken out back in march. After a month went by I reached out asking about my purchase and was told there was a Warehouse fire and my item would be shipped soon. After a few emails later saying my order isn't ready, I asked for a refund and was told that I needed an approval from a supervisor. Not really sure why since I never received anything. I asked for a phone number so I could speak with someone and I haven't received a reply since. I tried to call the phone number provided on the website but it says to email them for a faster response. I even reached out on Instagram and was told I would receive a refund in 2/3 business days and still have not. Please help me get my refund back, the bank told me it's to late for them to help since it's been over 60 days. I don't know who else to contact for help, I hope to hear back from you soon. thank you

      I ordered a dog harness and leash and spend over 100$. I placed my order at the end of April and Emailed about needing to cancel it on may 9th. It has been over two months and i still have not received a cancelation notice or refund.

      I ordered some products from Goat Trail Tactical on 5/18/24. Ive been in contact with Goat Trail Tactical via email only, They will not answer the phone, for a month now. They will not ship my products or refund my money. I am located in central *******. Please help

      placed an order and canceled it immediately as that was a huge delay in shipping. was told my cancellation was received and then my card was charged and I never received any item. have contacted the seller with no response. I was shocked that they went ahead and charged my card.
