      I made an order at a camera company last Saturday 4/1 and it was shipped in the AM on Monday 4/3. I placed a separate order with them Monday and they also shipped it that day. I did 3-5 days for shipping. Total thats $641. As of Wednesday, there is no update on my first order. It says the same thing Departed Shipping Partner ********* **** Awaiting Item as it did on Wednesday. That order shouldve been here by today at the latest. The second order says the exact same thing and is in the exact same place: ****************, ********. It shouldve been here by today as well. I needed these items for an event on Monday 4/10 but I have no hope of that now. Can you please find my orders and get them to me? Im at a loss and seeing all of the other complaints makes me frustrated. Please fix this and get my my two orders and Ill adjust this complaint accordingly. Ive had no new updates on the orders since Wednesday and Thursday. First package shipping number: **********************. Second package shipping number: **********************. Please help.

      I ordered a package from a company and the shipping partner is OSM Worldwide. My package shipped March 27th,2023 from **. The package arrived in **** ** on March 30th,2023. The tracking information was updated saying the package left the **** ** shipping partner heading for ************ Hights MD on April 1st,2023 at about 5:30am. Since then there has been zero updates or movement though the system. I contacted OMS, and ***** **** says they dont have it yet, *** says it should arrive soon and gave me the same information of when it left PA. *** even reached out to my retailer regarding this issue and theyre saying it should arrive soon but theres little they can do once it leaves their warehouse. This is the 3rd order out of 4 from the same company and they only ship with OSM but this is the second time Ive had issues with my package arriving from them. I dont know what the issue is but my packages move very quickly through the system until it leaves their **** ** shipping partner then it takes days to receive or in this matter it doesnt arrive at all. If I had an option to ship with someone like *** or ***** I would but OSM is the only option but they keep having issues getting me my packages. My tracking number is #********************** if youd like to look into the issue.

      OSM delivered your package to the **** on Friday, April 7, 2023.  Per the tracking details on the **** website, the **** attempted to deliver your package on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 11:47AM, however the package was refused.  You may contact the **** to reschedule the delivery.  You may also contact the retailer you purchased your item from.

      Ok this is ridiculous my package has been sitting in your facilities for over two weeks, and im not the only one look at all the other complaints. Just give the packages to the **** like you're supposed. This is insane deliver some packaged ****.

      My item was picked up by **** Shipping Partner "OSM Worldwide Shipping" on 3/27/2023. My package has still not made it to the *** shipping facility as of 3/29/2023. I confirmed with the shipper that *** did, in fact, pick this package up. This package appears to have been lost already! I would like to know where it is. I am documenting this early so that customers can see how quickly packages with *** get lost, and how long resolution takes for ***-related matters.

      OSM Worldwide has yet to receive your package from the retailer you ordered from. The tracking event only indicates a label was created by the retailer. You will need to contact the retailer your purchased the item from for a refund, cancellation, or shipping update. Since we did not receive the order nor have your item, we cannot help further at this time.

      I have not recieved my package from Osm worldwide delivery. They have had it since February 28 2023 and it is now March 7 2023. The tracking just keeps saying waiting for ***** It is in **. There is no new updates and I'm getting beyond frustrated. My tracking number is ******************************.

      We apologies you haven't received the package you ordered from the retailer yet.  The tracking event that you see on the **** tracking website is only an indication that the shipping label was created by the retailer you purchased your item from.  OSM has yet to receive the item from the retailer.  When OSM receives the package you will see another tracking event indicating it is in route to a specific OSM location.  Because we do not have possession of your package, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the item from to request a refund or request the item to be shipped.

      Tracking #********************** There have been no further updates on the status of my package since Feb. 23rd. On that date it said that my package had been picked up at 12:51pm, by ***, in *********** and that **** was awaiting my item. I live in ********* so I don't see why it has taken this long to receive my package or get further updates. I attempted to contact OSM over the weekend but their customer service is M-F so a Zendesk ticket was created (#*****) but have not heard anything back.

      My order was placed on Feb 26th. It said it would be delivered March 4th. It is March 6th and there has been no movement on the shipment since Thursday, March 2nd. It is now estimated that it will be delivered on March 14th. This shipment is sample eyeglasses that need to be returned with 5 days of receipt. I will be on vacation from March 14th-21st, so I will not be able to return it within the window. It said it would take maximum 5 days to ship, from Feb 26th.

      I ordered an item from **** and got the following tracking number: ********************** I've followed up with OSM and was told that the item was in transit (for over two weeks). I asked where the item was and where it was headed, and again was simply told it was in transit, and if I didn't get any more updates I needed to take it up with the vendor.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The shipping company recommends that I contact the retailer for a refund. I don't want a refund. I want the item that the shipping company has had for over 3 weeks. If the item is in their possession, I don't feel the retailer has to give a refund or replacement. It is up to the shipping company to deliver the item.

      We understand your frustration in this matter and apologize you're unhappy with the process.  As we mentioned in our recent response, your package is unfortunately delayed in shipping.  We are in the process of trying to identify when your package will be delivered however we have yet to make that determination.  Unfortunately, on occasion there are delays and missorts in shipping that can be attributed to multiple parties involved in the supply chain.  As of now, the best recommendation we have for you is to request a refund or another item to be sent to you from the retailer.
