OSM Worldwide has yet to receive your package from the retailer you ordered from. The tracking event only indicates a label was created by the retailer. You will need to contact the retailer your purchased the item from for a refund, cancellation, or shipping update. I have not recieved my package from Osm worldwide delivery. They have had it since February 28 2023 and it is now March 7 2023. The tracking just keeps saying waiting for ***** It is in **. We apologies you haven't received the package you ordered from the retailer yet. The tracking event that you see on the **** tracking website is only an indication that the shipping label was created by the retailer you purchased your item from. OSM has yet to receive the item from the retailer. When OSM receives the package you will see another tracking event indicating it is in route to a specific OSM location. Because we do not have possession of your package, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the item from to request a refund or request the item to be shipped.Initial Complaint

Tracking #********************** There have been no further updates on the status of my package since Feb. 23rd. On that date it said that my package had been picked up at 12:51pm, by ***, in *********** and that **** was awaiting my item. I live in ********* so I don't see why it has taken this long to receive my package or get further updates. My order was placed on Feb 26th. It said it would be delivered March 4th. It is March 6th and there has been no movement on the shipment since Thursday, March 2nd. It is now estimated that it will be delivered on March 14th. This shipment is sample eyeglasses that need to be returned with 5 days of receipt. I will be on vacation from March 14th-21st, so I will not be able to return it within the window. It said it would take maximum 5 days to ship, from Feb 26th.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The shipping company recommends that I contact the retailer for a refund. I don't want a refund. I want the item that the shipping company has had for over 3 weeks. If the item is in their possession, I don't feel the retailer has to give a refund or replacement. It is up to the shipping company to deliver the item.

We understand your frustration in this matter and apologize you're unhappy with the process. As we mentioned in our recent response, your package is unfortunately delayed in shipping. We are in the process of trying to identify when your package will be delivered however we have yet to make that determination. Unfortunately, on occasion there are delays and missorts in shipping that can be attributed to multiple parties involved in the supply chain. On February 28, 2023 I contacted OSM Worldwide in regards to a package was expected to be delivered on February 27, 2023 that I did not receive. OSM Worldwide is extremely useless and proceeded to tell me to contact ShipBob about the package as OSM has nothing to do with it except when I look on the **** tracking information page it says OSM is responsible for the package until **** takes delivery of it. **** has not taken delivery of it yet and in fact there hasn't been a single tracking update since February 24, 2023. I proceeded to then receive 3 different emails from OSM Worldwide all saying the exact same copy and pasted thing showing they never even read any of the emails I sent explaining my situation to them. I now have a package somewhere out there in the world that absolutely nobody has any idea where it is or when I can expect to receive it if I ever will. To anyone reading this, if you order something online and see OSM is involved in the shipping you are better off just cancelling your order and finding a different way to get it as you'll never receive it and OSM is utterly useless at customer support. 0/10 stars do no recommend.Business Response

I have had this issue 3 times now. Two ***** and Lindafinegold.com) out of the 3 parties involved have been helpful the one that isnt and seems like a auto-responce is OSM Worldwide. Saying contact the shipper for it to be resolved in refund or re-order thing is the issue dosent occur with the murchant. Occurs once OSM has possession of the package the prosess goes. 1. Order stuff get an email from the murchant stating its confirmed. 2. 2 or 5 buisness days you get another email stating your package has shipped. also says that it dosent necessarily mean *** has picked it up from the wearhouse give it 7 to 21 business days for it to physically ship. 3. Get a email from **** that they are awaiting package from 3rd party company (OSM Worldwide) they have it in ********* at there annexe. This whole time probably a few days couple weeks you hear nothing unless you have the **** App. 4. All of a sudden get a random shipping number added to my deliveries by **** (huh??) mind you the shipping number is the same (original) till it is in OSM's final stage before handed to ****. 5. Recieve order and over half the stuff is missing the most recent 1 totaled 226$ including shipping per order. only get 55$ I got items worth of order in a beat up box that looks like it was punched through cut and torn then taped up with packing tape 7 of 29 items is what i get. I look to see if theres another package waiting to be delivered and theres not. But what i did get was stuff that was originally under a different shipping number and the original shipping number still says departure from vagas 4 days ago with no updates so like i said. 3rd time this happend and it always takes place after the murchant gives it to 3rd party and before given to **** so my question to them is where are the remaining 80% of my orders? I want them i would not spend my hard earned money on them if i didnt the murchant did there job and packed it. Its not there responsibility to walk it through every step.Business Response

I ordered a product for a friend in the hospital. I paid for expedited 1-3 day shipping. Order placed on 1/16/23, and it was picked up by OSM Worldwide. It took OSM Worldwide 8 days to deliver it to the local **** for final delivery. Due to the delay, the intended recipient had already been discharged. Therefore the package was not delivered to the intended recipient (individual). The hospital accepted the package, but would not release it to me after the fact, as I was not the listed sender on the label. The end result was that the intended recipient did not receive the product I paid for. I did not receive the product I paid for. This was a direct result of the delay in shipping on behalf of OSM Worldwide, which took more than twice the paid for time frame for delivery. Shipping delays are understandable, however OSM Worldwide refused to take any accountability for it as the **** touched it last, despite their 8 day delivery on a 1-3 day expedited shipping order. I had asked for a refund to cover the cost of the item plus shipping, which was refused because the package had been delivered to the hospital, regardless of the time frame causing the package to be undeliverable to the individual it was shipped to, nor retrievable by myself. When I last asked for a customer service phone number (more than once) they refused and simply stopped responding.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: you partnered with the vendor for shipping. As you can see in the order, I paid for 1-3 day shipping on ice. It is documented and irrefutable. If you need to contact the vendor to work it out, then you need to do so. They however, are not responsible for the act of shipping, OSM Worldwide, is. And no, delivering on 1-3 day shipping (order verification attached) in 8 days is NOT delivering on your obligation.
