    I live in *********** and it appears they contract with local people to use personal vehicles to pick up and drop packages. Temu used this company to deliver a recent order instead of **** or *** or anyone I would now consider more respectable. It stated the package was delivered 6/27/24 so got home searched the porch and the yard in case it was just yeeted over the fence as they drove by. NOTHING. Asked the neighbor who was outside in the yard at that time, and they didn't see anyone deliver a package. I have cameras watching the porch and yard and never saw anyone enter or exit other than the neighbor and a friend who was helping move large items to the front gate for disposal. The next day I find my package on the porch, so I go back looking and my neighbors are putting it on the porch talking about how it was rude to just yeet it into the ******************* and wondering if it was already opened. So, I go back to the previous day and look again and catch some guy in a tank drop it with the trash and the bag is open and yes, I am missing items. The bag had actually been opened and taped and opened again. NO the neighbors did not open it. When I left a complaint with the automated bot it said someone would contact me, no ever did.

    I agree with other posts. I have 3 packages that have been at their local hub for 5 days. You cannot talk to a person on the phone and the tracking number "doesn't exist" when you check online. There was an "attempted delivery" at 4:30am days ago. Attempted? Why didn't the packages get put on my doorstep?? No answers via their email or online form. Zero help. I have a bad feeling about this company especially after my parents had a package delivered, the driver took a picture, and took the package with him. Scammers - don't trust them. Unfortunately, some websites chose this horrible, unreliable, non-exist customer service company instead of reliable shippers like ********** or ***** Who refunds me the money for all of the items I didn't receive? I doubt it will be Better Trucks.

    I placed an order for a bed with a particular store on May 24. I received a notification that it would be delivered on June 7. I excitedly waited for my package, June 7 came and nothing was delivered. I waited a few more days and when I still did not receive the delivery I contacted the store I purchased the bed from and after checking with Better Trucks they told me there was a delay but my package would be delivered by June 25. Ok so I waited for June 25 and on that day, I received a notification of an attempted delivery status. But that attempted delivery was in a whole different city from the city I lived in! I contacted the store again to let them know about the issue. They checked to make sure they used the correct delivery address and confirmed that they indeed had used the correct address. They said they would reach out to BT to find out what the issue was. A day or so later I followed up and the store I made the purchase with said they were still waiting to hear from BT. Needless to say, here it is July 1 and I still don't have a bed and Better Trucks has still not responded to the store regarding the "attempted delivery" to the wrong address in the wrong city!

    This is a predatory company. I think they are stealing. I ordered a package from a company three times, and each time they used Better Trucks after each shipment did not reach my destination. Better Trucks does not have a contact number anyone can reach. They use a false time tracking system. And will show your packaged as delivered when it is no where in sight. They do not stop by the front office if have difficulty finding your location, and never send an alert when they arrive. Its almost like as a consumer, you buy your product and they take it. I think they are stealing peoples things. Reason, I called the company I purchased the order from. They stated they are not showing any packages returned, and in real time. They checked the estimated delivery time and it stated "Attempted Delivery" and stamped a time when no where in *****************. That time was relevant. Then they tried to call them. No success. The email address seems off, due to them never responding. Better Trucks is a scam in my opinion. If you check their review page, it is MANY others who are dealing with the same thing. I'm sure some merchandise is more valuable than mine. They are predators and I think their drivers are stealing. If I am not correct, then something must be done. Some one needs to help us, by looking into this. Its not fair, and they are making other companies look really bad by way of their TERRIBLE SERVICE! I think they are stealing.

    My delivery was marked as out for delivery on June 4th it never arrived. I tried reaching out to them over the phone and email and never got a response. The package was marked as delivered at 6:31am on June 18 the day before the company that sent me the package said they would refund me if it was not delivered. I know that there is no way someone was trying to deliver this package at 6:31am but I looked for it anyway. I looked all around my house and walked around the neighborhood. No package. I was very upset with this and hope companies will not send packages with the company.

    I am beyond impressed. When Better Trucks was made aware of a missing package they dispatched a Rapid Response Team and recovered the package in short order. It was as if their entire logistics operation ceased normal operations to resolve the situation. More than 4 people, that I know of, got involved to rescue a package of less than a $20.00 dollar value. I'm sure Better Trucks spent quite a bit of time in deciding what the name of there company should be while Better Trucks (BT) is a fine name, I think Better ****** **** would have been more appropriate because they are.

    I had missed a delivery and contacted customer service. Wow they are the gold standard on what customer service should be. My agent ****** was beyond phenomenal and went above and beyond by staying in the chat with me for over an hour until my package was delivered. She gave me real time easy to follow solutions and relayed them to the delivery ***** Epic!!!! Great service.

    Horrible experience. *** is apparently a manager with them and I reached out after my package was being attempted to be delivered in a whole different state ! I even sent screen shots of my personal home and they still couldn't deliver my item. It's been over 2 weeks from the promise date. *** had me reach out TWICE. And the problem still continued. He didn't offer much help rather then please just wait. Once I told him I know you guys messed up and ended chat and sent me an email! They couldn't even face their own customer over a chat box. I didn't get offered any compensation nor resolution from better trucks and they want me to reach out to the original shipper.
