I recently ordered from ***** If you plan to order from **** and the carrier is better trucks reach out to customer service immediately. My package says delivered when I was in my apartment building. I had my leasing office roll the cameras and my package was never delivered and likely stolen from the carrier. This was so disgusting and disappointing.Better Trucks Last Mile, Inc.

5 starsI was having issues with a delivery for several reasons: it required a signature (so I had to be home), I live in a secure building, and the tracking app that I was using did not update to let me know when to expect delivery. I messaged better trucks through their website. Someone quickly responded and said they would look into it. The next day, delivery was attempted again, and the driver called my phone to notify that they were on their way, and then called upon arrival. I received my package. ****** was courteous and apologetic for the delays, though he was not at all to blame.Review fromFran S

My package has been sitting for 10 days with no update. I've called at least 10 times and have never had someone answer. I've done the bot on the website no one got back to me. And I've sent 5 emails. Today I finally got an email back and it was meant for another customer with a different name and tracking number. Just ridiculous they need to work on customer service here because they don't seem to have ANY.Better Trucks Last Mile, Inc.

One of this companies broke a** drivers, stole my package and replaced it with a pot. Tried to contact customer service and got no answer. So I will be using ring doorbell footage to press charges against the driver and the company because it seems that this is a repeat offense for this awful company. Package was delivered but couldn't be found anywhere. Reached out to customer service and spoke with *** who was super helpful. He was able to confirm delivery and help me locate the package in my building. It would be great if the verification photo was shared in the delivery confirmation email. That would have eliminated the need for customer service and I would have known exactly where my package was delivered. Knocking off a star for that but otherwise had a great experience with their customer service.Better Trucks Last Mile, Inc.

Terrible delivery time. **** uses them to deliver phones in the *** area. It was supposed to be 1 to 2 days. A week later and its not here with no tracking update. **************** doesnt answer and you have to leave a message. They emailed back Our Dispatch team will organize the delivery over the next few days. You may track the progress on our website with your tracking number. No clue when or if it will be here. They use independent contractors (I.e. me or you can apply and deliver using our own car). Avoid at all costs.Better Trucks Last Mile, Inc.

Horrible customer service and systems. They claim to provide 2 day deliveries. First, they notify me that they are delivering my package (going to a *** Store to avoid theft) on Thanksgiving day 11/23. They stopped sending me texts and then attempted to make the delivery to the same business on Friday 11/24 at 6:09 PM. When I sent them an email and complaint they asked when the business would be open. I gave them the Sat 11/25 and Sunday 11/26 hours.They did not make any attempted deliveries but updated the state to "Next Delivery on 11/22" THREE DAYS BEFORE! I attempted to contact them again but they did not respond. They simply don't care about the end customer, just saving cheap retailer fees. Their data systems are obviously terrible if the next delivery date the system enters is 3 days prior, and no one updates their systems.The same retailer had previously used an equally terrible last mile service Lasership, when I had multiple packages stolen and untruthful delivery comments.
