I have paid this company twice and sent proof of all payments, did a conference call with my bank online to confirm, and provided reference numbers and transaction numbers to complete their research and they still sent my account to collections. I used Quill to build my credit business profile; this has been the worst experience I ever had with lost payments. It's like they do not understand your concerns and continue to harass you with calls. Please do not use them. For the reviews, it seems like everyone is experiencing this same issue.Business Response

We paid this company over $5000 over a period of year and a half. The driver started to leave packages outside of the building and people started stealing our things. I reported it at least 5 times to the company.not to leave a packages outside and to come inside at least leave them by by door inside so that I can see it on the camera and know that it was there and see when they were still in it or it was approved from the homeless shelter down the street the company acknowledged it said they were is from the driver to leave packages only on the inside they did not get clear enough message to the driver because he kept continuously doing the same thing I refused to pay the last three I believe 2 to 3 orders that we had because they were stolen I reported this to this company at least six times spoken with a representative would take care of it . However now they're sticking me with a $922 bill for something that I never received. we have not received this product it had been stolen. We had to pay for the other stuff that was taken but I had to put my foot down on the last one because we cannot continuously pay for thieves thank you please help usBusiness Response

I am a new business owner that decided to utilize Quill.com to assist me with building my business credit as a new company. me with building my business credit. I purchased items from Quill.com and when it came time to make a payment I had them taking the funds out of my personal banking account until I was approved for my business bank account. I see that I was getting bills for items I thought I got had made payments on. They informed me that I was pass due and I stated that I wanted to take care of the issue right away. I begin to provide my banking information to the agent at Quill.com. I informed the agent that I have a checking and a savings account, and I would like to have the money taken out of savings. The agent stated that she cannot change the payment. She stated that I needed to transfer moneys from one account to another. I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was none that could assist me at the time and to transfer the money. I hung up and called back got another agent, I told her what had happened in the previous call, and she was able to cancel the payment and she took the payment from the account I requested. I get a call back from the supervisor and they empathized with the issue but never confirmed if the payment was taken correctly. I got off the phone thinking everything was ok and didn't think nothing of it. A week later I get a call from a collection agency stating that I owed $319.74 which is what was supposed to have been taken out when I had called the previous agent. The collection agent stated that there was an ach rejection on my account and that I could contact my bank to find out if you made the payment. I reach out to my credit union America First, and they research the issue, and it was discovered that the agent put in the routing number twice instead of the account and routing number causing my bank to charge me a ach fee and to continue to cause my credit to suffer.Business Response

We were late in paying several invoices through an error, and Quill sent the bill to a collection agency, AGALtd. for collection. We paid the company on June 6, 2023 with an emailed check which AGA cashed on June 7. Attached is the check image. They were supposed to send the payment to Quill. I have also attached two screenshots of my account at **********************, showing that the 4 invoices checked are paid, and that our account is listed as paid up. But Quill refuses to complete the order I made, saying that the bills are not yet paid, and I should go to AGA. When I go to AGA, they say the case is closed. No one at Quill will contact AGA for me. I just want my account cleared so I can use it again.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: they have not admitted that the bill has been paid, they cancelled my order and have not reinstated it, and have not acknowledged any responsibility for this. The bill was paid June 7, 2023. The attached invoice says I owe $0.00, and until I pay the bill I cannot order anything!

I applied for net30 business credit and was denied because theyre saying they couldnt verify my business first and foremost I am a certified woman owned business I had 3 certifications in the ************* I have my EDGE certification my MBE certification WBE certification I sent them my articles of incorporation I sent everything after countless call to try to get some form of explanation the refused to give me *******.com suggested that I use Quill to build business credit I later found out that a lot of black owned businesses go through the same thing with Quill I suggest the BBB remove that A rating because Quill is a racially biased companyBusiness Response

I received an email from Quill that an order had been placed. The order was addressed to a different person at a different address and was for several Keurig K-cup packages to be delivered different addresses- no of which I was familiar with and was paid using payment methods that are not mine whatsoever. The address of the account holder is also not mine - I don't know how my email address was associated with the person's account. I've contacted Quill customer service about this and have been told three times that my email address has been removed from the account, however no changes have been made and I'm still receiving email updates from this account. It was escalated to their public relations department and I received an email saying they're not supporting this person for any orders above $25. I also received a separate email stating that the account can't be deleted as there is an outstanding balance on it. The refuse to take my email off of the account that I have nothing to do with.Business Response

I have been actively reaching out to Quill via email since 3/30/2023 regarding Invoice ******** for $36.38 and an available credit I have of $36.92 via Credit ******* which I want applied to the outstanding invoice. I have been repeatedly told via email that my request would be forwarded and I would receive a response (which only happened a few times). On 4/14/23, I was told by an account rep that my credit was applied to another open invoice on my account. I asked for a breakdown of invoices as I had placed no orders since I received the credit. Later that same day, I received a breakdown and noticed a "Debit Memo" dated 6/8/22 (the same day I was issued my credit), to which my credit was applied. This "Debit Memo" is completely erroneous, which I told Quill; and again requested by available credit be applied to Invoice ********. I followed up on this on 5/1/23, 5/2/23 and 5/12/23 - to no response or resolution. Today, I received a *********** Notice" informing me that I would be placed in collections in 10 days if payment was not remitted; to which I replied I would be filing this BBB complaint.Business Response

I received and paid for a product that was defective. Nor was my warranty granted as advertised on the Quill Website.I believe that **** company has engaged in deceptive marketing practices that violate ethical standards and consumer protection [aws representing Epson products *********** in question is Quill Corporation: PO Box *****, ************; ** 19101-0600.I purchased this product based on the product description, returns policy and customer satisfaction quarantee statement. Quill website advertisement did. not abide by product policy onlv to find out that the product did not perform as promised.Furthermore, Quill miscalculated paymenis received and did not record payments received accurately which the balance has been paid in full. 1 discovered that the company had selectively edited and manipulated images and videos in their advertisements to make the product appear more effective than it actually was. This misrepresentation is a clear violation of consumer trust and is unacceptable I have attempted to contact the company to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, but my efforts have been ignored.
