      I bought an Rv from camping world end of last year they have promised to provide sink covers for the sink which Ive yet to receive after continuse visits and calls nothing has been done that say they will call back but never do , also it was a brand new rv with only one set of keys provided asked for those as well I had to go have extra engine keys made at the **** dealership which should not have came out of my pockets they should have provided them after several attempts I still have not extea door keys it has been 2 weeks and nobody will return a call, once they sell it to you they colluded careless about you the absolute worst customer service everything is allwaus out on the next person never a resolutionr

      I bought the rv back in october 2024 from them under financing. I put $1500 as a down payment. I was told this was a down payment and the money should have come off the Sale price and not the finance price. Well to this day, i have only been credited $150 of the $1500. Someone forgot a 0. And they took my $150 and applied it to the finance price. I would like the $1500 to come off the sale price and re-write the loan so it is accurate. Thanks.

CWRV sales only purchase physical assets, not sales and service documents from previous ******** customers. CWRV ********************** worked together with the Manufacturer and was able to provide the customer goodwill to repair their concerns. To that end we consider this matter responded to.

      In September of 2024 I canceled an extended warranty we had purchased for our travel trailer. The woman from camping world had emailed me the cancellation form along with information on how much would be returned. I signed it and emailed it back to her. I have tried several times through email to find out why it has not been returned and I keep getting the runaround.

      Deceptive and horrible. Charged us $1,000 we signed ZERO paperwork for. Signed originally for an ** but it was overweight for the truck we have so it was cancelled and we found another ** we were going to buy with them. After being put on the back burner every time we went in there to get the new ** we decided to take our business elsewhere. Noticed a $1,000 charge on our card and got in contact with the **. Told us the money was already spent getting the ** we were going to get ready. How can it be spent if we never did a walk around the ** or sign any paperwork for it or let alone authorize the payment. The paperwork wasnt even ready at the time we had reserved so how could the ** be getting ready. We were planning on using them for everything else in terms of parts and service due to everyone being kind to us up until this point but This place has shown its true colors in the form of the general manager and is deceptive. Im in contact with not only my lawyer but also the ********* in corporate should be hearing from him soon.

      I PURCHASED A 2022 HIGH COUNTRY 376 FL FIFTH WHEEL WITH LL THE WARRANTIES INCLUDING TIRES. HERE WE ARE 1.5 YEARS LATER USING IT 3 TIMES, MY TIRES START TO COME APART AND 1 OF THEM HAS A GOLF SIZE BALL IN IT. I TRIED GOING THROUGH WARRANTY ONLY TO BE TOLD IT'S NOT A HAZARD AND NOT COVERED. I WENT DOWN TO CANCEL ALL MY WARRANTIES SINCE THEY DON'T WANT TO HONOR BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE THEY SAID. I COULDN'T CANCEL THE ONE FOR MAIN COMPONENTS ON RV BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FOR THE OTHER CANCELLATIONS. I am still waiting on a call since the wrong ply of tires were on my RV were 12 ply and should've been 14 ply because of the weight of ****** pounds. I have not heard anything the cancellation of the good **** warranty. Still waiting.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Camping World on ****************************************************, regarding my purchase of a 2023 ******* Lantern ** on September 1, 2023. This purchase was not made out of immediate necessity or urgency but was heavily influenced by extremely aggressive and persistent sales tactics employed by Camping World. In fact, I was contacted by representatives from three different Camping World locations, all pressuring me to make a purchase, as evidenced by the attached correspondences.Unfortunately, the unit I purchased has turned out to be a lemon. Due to numerous mechanical and structural defects, I have only dared to take the ** on the road once. The issues include, but are not limited to:A malfunctioning toilet A leaking shower Chairs inside the unit falling apart Doors that do not open properly This ** has become nothing more than a n oversized lawn ornament, yet I am burdened with thousands of dollars in monthly payments, registration, and insurance for a defective unit. I am exhausted from throwing good money after bad on what was ultimately a coerced and regrettable purchase.I am respectfully requesting that Camping World either take the ** back or exchange it for a Sprinter van at the same price I am currently paying. It is unacceptable that a company should employ aggressive sales tactics that pressure consumers into bad financial decisions, only to leave them with a product that is substandard and unreliable.I appreciate your time in reviewing this matter and look forward to your assistance in reaching a resolution. Despite Mr. ******* claims his camper needs repairs, the only service appointment he made a year after purchase                               was to add additional towing accessories.       They made me give ***** dollar deposit inorder to get my trade in value for my camper. They then told me my brand new camper would only take 3 days to fix minir inperfections. 39 days have passed and they hit my camper with a forklift. The story changed four times through four different employees. I never took the camper on delivery and want out of my deal as it is not something ai agreed to. They are giving me a hard time, super unprofessional and insulting telling me I can trade it in. Im not coming out of pocket for their mistake. I never took the camper and it never touched my truck. Doesnt even have plates on it. They then threatened to park it off lot across the street with no plates on it and force me to make payments. Simply incredible how unprofessional and disorganized this branch is. They also told me I cannot record them on the phone. They wanted me to pick the camper up this week even though they ran me out of my 30 day return window. This business is ********. They didnt even call me when they crashed it.

      On 3/21/2025 went to camping world to purchase a travel trailer. Waiting a whole week on 3/28/2025 they called me to congratulate me on my new camper. The sales person I agree to $1000 down and $450 a month. 7 hours later they called and said the bank needed $2000 down and the lady never said nothing. So I have been back and fourth with them. Finally on 3/29/2025 I told them to cancel it and refund my $1000 back to my card. I told them this was unprofessional and I wanted something emailed to me saying it was canceled and I would receive my money back. And I still havent received anything. They hit my credit score 20 points also and I told them I bought a car for less. I know someone else who they did this to also you was there the day after me. I just want my money back and my points back if possible I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you

      Ordered a pair of snowboard boots, they ended up being a size too small and had awful yellow glue where the sole of the shoe was. Reached out for a refund, got a return label, sent the product out right away. (they received product 1/16/2025) and I never saw a refund. now 3/25/25 I get an email from ****** stating I received a $2.38 refund when I should have been issued a $111.00 refund. I called to make a complaint, and the representative stated they never received the item, I then gave her the ***** confirmation proving they did receive the item. I was then told they shipped out a replacement and that's why I never got a return, I did NOT get a replacement, nor did I ever want a return. Original purchase was for $119.95 and I was to cover return shipping of $8.95, so after the $2.38 refund, what happened to the other $108.62??
