      I would like to file a formal complaint with Camping World in *******, *****. They had an RV that I was very interested in and we began negotiating a price. We agreed on the purchase price of $29,499 plus free delivery and setup and a free 50 amp camping package. It was a used RV and was not going to be ready for me to take home that day, plus I still needed to get quotes on insurance so we did not finalize the deal at the time of viewing. Due to weather conditions and scheduling conflicts, I could not return the same day they contacted me to let me know the unit was ready but they said I could make a $500 deposit to hold the unit. I asked if the deposit was refundable just in case I decide not to buy, and the salesperson informed me that they were not actually going to run it. When I returned to Camping World to complete the paperwork, I noticed they had raised the sales price to $34,999 and added packages that were never discussed. When I pointed this out, they became hostile and redacted the items that were originally included in the earlier negotiations. This made me very uncomfortable and I made the decision not to make the purchase. I asked for my paperwork back that contained my private information but they refused to give it to me. Then I noticed they ran my card for the $500 deposit as soon as I left the establishment. They are an untrustworthy business and I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

      After failing to get the Roanoke store to do the repairs to our 5th wheel, we contacted the ****** store on November 12th. We dropped it off on November 19th, this is a major repair. they have a check from our insurance company for $21,477.99 and $14,608.64. We were told by our service advisor ****** that it would be ready to pick up today at 4 pm. We have a 4-hour drive, one way, from where we are renting so we called to make sure it was ready. He said not quite, it still needs painting in the front and rear, the axles and leaf springs would be installed by the time we got there, the awning hadn't arrived yet, but we could come back for installation, and the cargo door was damaged so that could be installed later. We are at 5 weeks they have had it. We have reservations to travel down south when we pick up so returning to finish is not an option. This is when he said, "UNTIL YOU COME TO SIGN THE INSURANCE CHECKS OUT TECH WILL NOT WORK ON IT ANYMORE." He put ******, the dept. manager on the phone and he said the same thing. Signing off on the checks says to the insurance company we are satisfied with the repairs, they aren't finished yet. We will not be signing the checks.

      Hello,The people at *************************** in ********** refuse to refund my down payment for a trailer I wanted to purchase with certain contingencies based off of serious health issues I am currently experiencing. Those contingencies were not ****** main contingency: a mold sample would be performed on the trailer I want to purchase and results need to come back with a low mold score. ***** was aware and present. I went to their location twice (1/20/2025 & 1/25/2025), working with salesperson, *****, and did not sign any paperwork whatsoever, but photocopies of my drivers license were taken ahead of doing a pre-approval credit application which I did on 1/27/2025. After backing out of wanting to purchase because my contingency wasnt met, I received a call from **** in financing on 1/31/2025 where he was heavily convincing me of buying that day before 3pm and being very insensitive to my health concerns. I still refused to purchase and he said he will talk to ***** and get right back to me, but never does. I text ***** 2/2/2025 asking when I can receive my deposit back, she doesnt respond regarding the refund, but tries to still sell me a trailer. My contingencies still werent being met, and I ask again about receiving my refund on 2/6/2025. That same day I get a call from **** in financing that went to voicemail. I call **** back the next day on 2/7, and let her know Ive been wondering when I can receive my $4,000 back. **** flat out confirms I will not be receiving it back because I had the intent to purchase, there was no note from ***** regarding my contingencies, and the trailer has been prepped for pickup. I inform **** that I never signed any paperwork and voiced again that I want my money back. **** says she will talk to ***** and call me right back. She never does. I call back 8 times since then, the last time being yesterday (2/8/2025) afternoon trying to get a hold of someone and I have received zero information regarding my refund.

      Well, I went to purchase a newer used camper from this company. I had an older 2005 camper to trade, which they gave me 2500 dollars for and after reviewing the paperwork. I found an issue. They didnt take the price of my trade off the amount and therefore having me pay for my camper as well. I also found numerous of issue wrong with camper I purchased. The water heater isnt working, The lights are malfunctioning, a leak in the front area when it rains and there is a gas leak thats cause my alarm to go off. These repair will cost an excessive of money. Im willing to settle with this company. If they take the sum of ***** off the original price for the 2500 for my trade and 5500 for repair of the camper. If I didnt let my lawyer overview this, I would have been stiffed out of my trade in and all cost for repairs.

      I had Camping World due a complete service on all major components of my camper : heater , AC ,Water heater , refrigerator etc They got everything serviced and found out the fridge was shot . So I bought a new refrigerator and had them install it @a cost of $ ******** for installation . They never were able to get the refrigerator working due to not connecting the wiring correctly , and started telling me the circuit boards were bad , so I personally took them the wiring schematics to help them out . They had the trailer for another 6+ weeks and still couldnt accomplish getting the refrigerator working . They then told me to come get the trailer or have them install another new refrigerator for them to install again . So I decided to pick up my trailer and they charged me $ ******* for an incomplete job .I then asked the for my own personal property they agreed to return to me , which were the front wood grain panels that came off and out of my original own fridge and the 2 crispers drawers . They told me they threw them away And so I complained about it and they threatened me with, if I wanted to pursue the disappointment they would charge me another $ ****** for storage fees in recourse . So I was VERY dissatisfied and just paid my bill and decided it would be better to handle the situation at a later date .So other than the first evaluation of the first inspection of the old fridge, I feel I paid $ ******* for the install , which should have included a working fridge , that they did not accomplish and they closed out the first work order and opened up another work order and charged me an additional $ ****** to get the fridge working , which they were never able to accomplish again .So I took my trailer over to Blue Lake RV repair and explained the situation and they discovered the the fuses were blown and so , of course camping world couldnt get the fridge to work without good fuses in the circuit .So Blue Lake RV put in new fuses and wiring . Works !

      I took my Leprechaun Coachman in for services at Camping World in *******************, where it was purchased. The mechanics there did a survey on the ** and found multiple issues with the ** that need to be addressed. The warranty company has denied covering most of the issues that were found on the grounds that "some physical damage" had to have occurred. There has been no history of any physical damage since I have been the owner of the vehicle. After an assessment of my ** by a qualified technician, it has been determined that repairs are needed to several parts of the vehicle, as detailed in the attached work order. The damages appear to be the result of failed installations of parts with no protective precautions taken, sensory issues caused by electrical wiring not being properly secured during installation, electrical components, reduction in power caused by inadequate supply, and consequential loss due to mechanical breakdown. I believe these damages are covered under my insurance policy and warranty plan based on mechanical failures, installation negligence, protective precautions were not taken during installation of wires in form of sheathing and securing causing damages, ***** out/power surge coverage being applied due to electrical components having a reduction in power due to inadequate supply of voltage power, Consequential loss/obsolesce coverage-a mechanical breakdown occurred which rendered parts obsolete and needing complete replacement.This attempt to have my ** "fixed" has been ongoing since November of Last year and as of Feb. 7th I was told that the **************** "Good ***" would no longer look at my appeal or respond to me.When I contacted Camping World to pick up the **, they stated that they would have to charge me for the assessments that were done on the ** before I could take it off their Lot.

      My camper has been sitting up on their lot since March 29, 2024. I have had nothing but trouble getting the warranty work done on the camper. I have gotten a verbal response to have my camper transported back to my house from service manager *** and *******. I cannot get return calls or return emails. I have left many messages and emails. The process has been a joke from getting the camper there to now trying to get it back for almost a year. This is loss of use for a product that we pay every month for.

      We bought a used 2021 forest river wildwood ** from forest river by Camping World in ******************** in mid October, 2024. When we went to walk thru the ** they knew exactly what time we were coming as we had set the time up with them. When we started the walk thru, The vinyl was covered in a white powder. Now we know it was to cover up orange stains all over the vinyl. We were promised by *****, the salesman, that everything would work like new and all would be cleaned. None was true. When it was delivered at dusk on the 15th of oct., it was filthy dirty inside. 2 shades did not work. The fireplace did not work. The hot water heater did not work. The propane tanks were rusted shut. The wrap cover on the table was bubbled. The wrap on the sink counter top was pulled away and water was warping the board underneath. And the vinyl floors were stained with orange stains, which had been covered with white powder. Lastly every time it rains the 2 slides leak and the carpet gets soaked and the trim boards have soaked up the water and are ripping apart. ** did fix the water heater, shades, fireplace and counter tops. They refuse to fix the stained flooring and say we have to bring the rv to them to have the slides fixed. We live in our **. This is our home. We moved from *********. ** says they will not cover alternate housing. We have found a site on ******** (Camping World SUCKS) and many people say that ** is so slow in repairs that they could have the ** for months. As I said, this is our home. We need a mobile repair to come and fix this problem. We probably have mold from all this water coming in plus the trim boards are ruined. Also, at one point ***, the service guy, told me some of the things that didn't work probably broke in transit, yet they want us to bring it 70 miles to them. What else could break during that transit. We talked to ***************** refuse to come to us. Many pictures won't load.

      I bought a 2024 **************** in October of last year. The first month in the *** I experienced issues. I had leaks in the bathroom, leaks in the bedroom, the canopy snapped and numerous other issues. When the canopy snapped, they made me climb a ladder to secure it to the ** and bring it to them. I'm in a wheelchair to add, that's why I bought a brand new **. I wasn't expecting to be doing major repairs. While driving to ************** location, the other half of the canopy came down while driving. Which again, they never came to help. I'm currently living in it and I was living at the repair facility as a tenant for over 2 months waiting for them to fix it. They finally fixed it and then I was told to leave or I was going to have my stuff towed off the property. My pickup truck transmission went and my gf was in the hospital. Im supposed to have a full warranty. I believe that they did not follow through with the proper warranty protocol. Also they held me there for over 2 months and then threatened to have me towed off the property. They're supposed to offer free towing and accommodations. I feel like I was taken advantage of and the ** still is having issues. I believe they breached there contract and held me there as an illegal tenant. Also I believe that this might be under the Lemon Law?

I could really use the money, because I'm disabled and don't get a lot of money. The document seems to have some discrepancy in it. I just don't think as a business that are conducting proper business regulations.
