I purchased a 2016 Crusader 315 RST Crossroads Cruiser **. I asked questions before purchase if there were major problems with the *** The only thing that was disclosed is, that it has a small soft spot that is an easy fix. And that we inspected the ** prior to the sale. I asked if the tires were road ready and the salesman ****** stated YES . We inspected the ** before selling it. However there was a blow out during delivery. I had to drive an hour to find the transport guy and pay for tire and installation. Also once delivered it has a major leakage under the underbelly. Water is leaking so bad that I cannot use the bathroom, or kitchen sink. I cannot run water throughout the entire **. I have to buy water to use in a bucket to use the bathroom. There is a big hole under the underbelly of the **. I reach out to Camping World and they have not done anything to help. This has been going on since delivery and with no resolution. I reach out to Good *** who is the extended warranty and no resolution. This company continues to ignore the problem and has stopped responding. I reached out to the CEO and no response. I can't invite anyone over to visit. There's a smell of f**** that want go away. I'm constantly buying air freshener to combat the smell. I had to leave and stay at a hotel so I want get sick. I can't continue to fork out money to a hotel. I'm livid and I want a resolution. Either refund my money, give me a different ** with the same amenities and accessories, or send a technician out to fix the leak and the soft spot. I've not slept in the ** comfortably since the purchase. This has made my first time ** experience a living h*** I'm living in the ****** area homeless. This is why I purchased the **. Something needs to be done about this. The crown molding had falling down, drawers were broken. My ** experience was messed up because of **. Complaint: 23346861
I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: 23346861I am rejecting this response because: Camping world only mentioned of a small soft spot that could easily be fixed according to Fermin the salesman.Terri at Camping World asked me to find a repair guy. I found a repair guy who also inspected the RV. He determined that it's not just a soft spot that can easily be fixed. The entire kitchen dinette slide needs to be replaced. Which is approximately a $3000 fix. That's a major fix. I can't close the RV slide because of the warp in the floor. I can't travel. The water heater needs to be replaced, It needs a drain valve for the sewer. The refrigerator is leaking, the AC vents has no filters in them. The bathroom toilet seal is broken. The toilet leaks,. It needs a check valve. The sewer hose has a crack in it. The vent cover was missing on the roof. The seal is broken on the living room and bedroom slide. The RV has red dust build around the hoses in the inside near the hot water heater. So if this RV was inspected as they stated they would have found these problems. There's a lemon law in Texas as well as a Habitability warrant. I tried reaching out to them from day one. They intentionally ignored me until the 30 days was up. Although it's a used unit, Camping World is supposed to make sure it has running water and be able to livie unsustainable safely. At least use the bathroom I cannot do that. I sent Camping World all the pictures from the repair guy. Camping World hasn't even giving me the title to the RV. They are going to great length to uphold lies when they are dead wrong. I'm not the first customer that is going through this. They need to be out of business. They intentionally took my hard earned savings and don't want to except accountability. THEY KNEW THE ENTIRE TIME THIS RV WAS A LEMON. I do NOT AGREE WITH THIS. There's no way this RV was inspected before I left. This is my first time buying a RV. I don't have experience in RV, so therefore I wouldn't have known to check these things. I'm LIVID. I trusted their word that this RV had been inspected. I was homeless prior to to buying this RV. I was staying in my van for 3 years while I saved until I was able to buy this RV for shelter. And now with the feces smell coming up out of the hoses because I can't run water because of the leaking. I will have to go back to staying in my van. Something needs to be done about this. Instead of CW using the same unacceptable excuse. Where is the decency, values, honesty, and concern? I DO NOT AGREE WITH THEIR RESPONSE ??Sincerely,Charlotte Porter

Charlotte PorterInitial Complaint

Took motorhome to Camping World to have them order and install a new awning for the passenger side of the motorhome. Camping World reported to me that the installation had been completed and at the same time reported that in order for the new awning to work properly I would also need them to order and install new arms and motors at considerable additional expense. I paid them their full invoice amount for the provision and installation of the awning. I had another company evaluate their work and the other company discovered that new arms or motors were not required at all. The awning provided and installed by Camping World had been installed incorrectly and repairs were needed to get it to operate properly. I discussed this additional work with **** ****** at Camping World, he apologized for their substandard work and promised he would work with us to make it right. As of 5-15-25 he will not return my emails or phone calls. We are seeking a refund of $657.22. This amount is made up of the amount I had to pay to getting the awning to work correctly and a refund of the labor Camping World charged us. I have attached the invoice from Camping World and the repair invoice from ********************** We are seeking $364.72 as reimbursement of what we had to pay to Affordable RV and the labor charge of $292.50 Camping World charged us for their sloppy and substandard work.Business Response

On May 12th 2025, we completed a 20 hour commute from ********, ** to ******* NE to purchase a 2014 Sunova 35G Class A **. When looking at the ** for the first time in person it was evident that the condition of the ** was not truthfully disclosed. Dent and scratches on the outside of the were more extensive than seen and discussed on the video shown by the salesman. Wall paper peeling throughout the coach, vinyl flooring peeling and damage where the slide out comes in. Because of this along with a broken chair, broken backup camera and broken engine cover the price of the ** was reduced. Three hours after purchasing the unit and leaving the Camping World lot we stopped for the night. using only the slide out in the bedroom to sleep for the night. when attempting to move on, the slide out would not go in. Called the good **** help line where they attempted to fix the problem on the phone with us. unable to fix it they gave us a number for a mobile unit to come where we were. After paying $404.00 for a temporary fix we were on our way. During our journey back home we also found out that the window on the passenger side bangs non stop and the grey water tank leaks where we are unable to use any of the plumbing in the coach; including toilet, sinks, shower and we are unable to access any of the drawers in the bedroom as the slide out is stuck in. Because of the deception with the lack of honesty with the company we would like to return the ** to the nearest Camping World and stop the loan we have out on it.Initial Complaint

On 07/31/2002 we purchased a brand new ****************** 22HE from this dealership. During the closing process the business manager convinced us (since we were new to the ** world) that we should purchase their extended warranty. We were told it covered bumper-to-bumper. So we did just that. For a cost of $3,297.00 In our closing documents there is no contract just a purchase agreement for this warranty (SAN: 83852579).Recently we had a need to use this bumper-to-bumper warranty. Only to find out we had been had. This warranty covers zero. EVERYTHING is excluded. WE have a serious problem with this.Since the 'contract' was not offered to us for viewing we had to take the business manager at his word.We are attempting to collect a refund before pursuing legal avenues with Camping World.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: As I wrote earlier, we are still awaiting adjudication from the warranty company on the coverage. On May 5th, 2025 I received a call asking if I would accept $38,000 for my consigned RV I accepted the offer. We signed a POA in order for them to sell. They have refused to give me any paperwork. I'm entitled to a copy of at least the purchase order. I have no idea if they pocketed the $1500. I've emailed and called the general manager. I bought a brand new camper from camping world in ********, ******** on July 12, 2023. At the time of purchase I was instructed to call in July of 2024 to schedule annual ****************** work appointment. I called camping world in ********, ******** to make the appointment for the work. I was told they couldnt get my camper in until October 15, 2024. On that day the Fountain Camping World had record of the call for the appointment but had never confirmed it. They took the camper because of that call record of the appointment. A list of warranty issues was given to the service department. I was told what issues would probably not be covered but they would be submitted to the warranty coverage anyways. I in turn agreed that if those issues were not covered to leave those things alone & I would do those repairs myself. I requested that a tv mount be put on the outside of the camper for the 40 tv located in the bedroom of the camper. This was an extra cost that I was willing to pay for out of pocket. I was told the warranty wouldnt cover anything because the warranty had already expired because I couldnt get it in until October. So the repairs were submitted to a supplemental insurance. I called the Fountain camping world several times over the last seven months! They said they would call back with ****************** never called back! ***** was the most difficult person to get ahold of due to her never being there! We called & spoke to several people in the service department with the same result. It seemed no one there had any clue of what was happening! They never called back. I received empty promises of the camper being ready & it wasnt. 7 months later I got my camper back with a bill for $404.98. $15.36 for parts was put in my camper thats it! The tv mount the only thing I agreed to pay for was never done! They had my camper for 7 months & did nothing. I made 7 months of payments & couldnt use my camper because they wouldnt give it back or do the workBusiness Response

On March 23, I completed the purchase of a Montana 5th Wheel 3915TB for approximately $127,000 with add-ons and upgrades. At delivery, Camping World changed our signed agreement and paid me $4000 less than promised for my trade-in. Numerous defects were also found in my new 5th wheel, which I repaired myself because Camping World did not return my phone calls or emails. I spent 10 hours making repairs, at Camping World's labor rate of $190/hr ($1900). Additionally, I was sold a security system, which I paid $879.97 for, with installation, that does not work as described, and I want to be refunded. Lastly, my new truck was damaged by the Camping World service team while installing the hitch for my new 5th wheel, which I provided time and date-stamped photos for, causing $4298.79 worth of damage. Total costs incurred to me by Camping World amount to $11,078.76. All photo evidence has previously been presented to Camping World, with no attempt to rectify this situation.Initial Complaint

Under the direction of Camping World service and sales department, I contacted ********************************* (Jayco authorized repair service) for repairing a leaking toilet in my 2024 Jayco Bungalow. As informed by Camping World and *******-Georgia RV Repair, it would be necessary for me to pay for warranty repair costs at the time of service and afterwards, I was to submit receipt to ***** for full reimbursement of my out of pocket expenses. An authorized representative from *******-******* came to my location on March 25, 2025 and resolved the issue. As part of resolving the leak, the service representative replaced the toilet. The cost for repairs was Six-Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars and seventy-three cents ($678.73). Upon submitting receipts to *****, I was informed they would only reimburse me $344.41. The reason I was given for the reduced refund was due to my failure to gain prior authorization from the toilet manufacturer. I coordinated all my warranty repair needs with Camping World as required and knew nothing of this requirement to contact a 3rd party for their approval. I am requesting that Camping World or ***** honor their commitment and reimburse me for the full repair cost.Business Response
