      I purchased an RV from Camping World, and a $5,742 Good *** extended service contract was rolled into my RV loan. On April 4, 2025, I submitted a formal request to cancel this contract. Assurant, the third-party administrator, has also attempted to facilitate the *************** of May 1, 2025, the dealership has failed to respond or take any action to process the cancellation. Since the contract amount is part of my loan, I am being charged *****% APR interest on it. In the 27 days since my cancellation request, I have incurred approximately $72.17 in avoidable interest charges.I am seeking a full refund of the $5,742 contract amount and reimbursement of the interest charged during the delay, totaling $5,814.17. I kindly request help in resolving this matter

      I am interested in purchasing an RV. I saw several advertisements on ******** because obviously our phones track us and what we're doing. I saw a sale going on at camper world for $10,999 for a 17R or A17B camper. I thought that sounds like a great deal and I would like to go look at one so I did. On the 27th of April in ******* **. I arrived at Camping World in **** walked around the lot and saw the camper that I was interested in purchasing. So I went in and spoke with the salesman and they informed me that they would not honor the price online and $10,999 as advertised by their company. It was the exact same camper no difference. I don't understand why they have something advertised, but they don't sell it for the same price, which I think is false advertising and I would consider it fraud.

      My Camper was bought from Camping World in beginning of 2023 as a 2022 left over. I have bought all my campers from Camping World before that ***** ** of ********. NEVER EVER AGAIN. My issue is this I discovered a leak in my bedroom bottom left side, took pictures and in early November 2023 (immediately after camping season) brought the camper to Camping World of ******** Ma, along with pictures of the leak. Camping World was going to process a lead diagnonsis which took 6 1/2months. In mid-May of 2024 (ie; 2wks after season begins) the Camping world diagnosis was not a leak but condensation from living in camper year round. I live in ** and do own a home and do not live in my camper year round the season is May 1 to Nov 1 then campground is closed. In May 2024 after getting my camper back (again 2weeks after season begin) after each rain storm kept looking for the leak and sure enough there was one along with now Black and White mold growth. So November 2024 brought the camper back agin to Camping World of Uxbridge (along with more pictures) showing the mold noting that clearly this is not condensation it is a Leak and needs to be immediately addressed. After many phone calls, visits to the facility and getting the run around about where the camper stands, they have not done a thing to fix. As of today April 28th my camper is still at Camping World and NOW the general Manager is going to personally look at and diagnos the problem. This service department is the aboslute worst and I for one will never buy another camper from Camping World. The service department has not integrity or even care about the customer.

      On March 31, 2025, I purchased a pull behind camper from Camping World. There was what I believed to be bird excrement all along the side of the unit which they indicated that they would clean off. When I picked up the vehicle, it was raining so I did not realize that it had not been cleaned off. When it was no longer raining and I realized it was still there, I called and asked them to negate the sale and take the unit back due to the damage. They asked me to bring it in to give them another chance to remove it. I did that and was told that it cannot be removed. I again asked them to accept the unit back and negate the sale. They told me that they would buy it back it would cost me $4000 (unacceptable). The damage is obvious and they either knew or should have known it was there and could not be fixed. I believe that they acted in a deceptive way when selling me this vehicle

      I purchased a preowned RV. I paid 1000 to camping world to go over the unit completely and that would guarantee everything was operable. My hot water heater does not work and I paid 6500 for a warranty and they too will not fix the hot water heater because they state that Camping World is responsible. I spoke to ******* ********, the ** at the Wheatridge store and he was laughing at me and making comments about the fact I purchased a used unit so I should expect things to be wrong. He was making desperaging remarks about the technician that looked at the unit and is going to fix it. He said the issues probably happened when i moved it 30 miles to my site which is not possible. He refuses to show me the report of what was wrong with my unit before I purchased it claiming policy is nobody can see the work done or the issues. He belittled me and said he refused to fix it and would not give me his supervisors info claiming he is his own supervisor. I have a right as the consumer to see the documents so I know exactly what is wrong with my unit. I paid 25k cash and 6500 cash for the warranty. This is his responsibility to assure everythig works. I live in the unit so require a mobile tech to fix it. I'm disabled and ill and he still refuses to work with me. He said he would cover it and then retracted when I told him I would be reporting him. He claimed I raised my voice which I did after being treated so poorly. I cried and he lauged at me. I still have no hot water heater and its been over a month.

      In October 2024 we dropped off our 2021 Montana 5th wheel camper to Camper World in ********, **. We had incurred several issues from a faulty convertor to a water leak in one of our slides that was the result of a inner bulb seal being defective from manufacture and water entering the camper and ruined the linoleum floor and part of the outside siding wall of camper. Insurance and manufacturer would not cover water damages because of out of warranty. Repairs were the responsibility of us at this point. Repairs were started in November with issues of discontinued linoleum, ordering convertor and scheduling. Repairs were completed December 2024. We picked up our camper the first week of January 2025. Walk thru was rather quick noting different linoleum in living room that did not match. Pulled camper home to storage and put away for winter. Pulled camper out March 2025 and opened camper up only to notice the new linoleum had began to bubble up. Upon further inspection, scratches, gouges, improper molding attachment, staples and nails protruding out and general poor to terrible craftsmanship was noted. A tool box containing approximately $300 in tools and one 30# full lp cylinder had been stolen out of camper as well. Contacted Camper World in ******** (*** ******* General Mgr and **** the service manager) agreed to have a face to face meeting. I went to the store April 2nd, 2025 and explained what had happened while camper was in Camper World possession. *** and **** knew I was upset and disclosed they have had "issues with their service department" and said "they needed to make this right". ***/**** with Camper World wanted me to send pictures of the damages and I agreed to send them thru email Pictures were sent April 14, 2025 along with an email describing damages. No reply after 2 emails and 3 phone calls. Today 4/24/25 I find out that corporate came in and closed ******** store permanently. Looking for restitution of money back or all repairs made.

      On or around February 26th 2025 (1st email correspondence) we took our camper that was bought Dec 2024 for a state inspection and diagnosis of leaking ceiling. I received the 1st email stating that the entire slide needs to be rebuilt due to the leaking. That the warranty does not cover water damage. I was told the parts are roughly ****** with labor at 20 hours ****** an hour. As a business owner I could not wrap my head around it taking 20 hours to repair. That would be 2 in half days of work. My husband and I were able to clean up finish the demo install the ****** worth of parts in less than 5 hours. (And we have never even owned a camper much less worked on one) I opted to buy the parts from them and do the work myself. Once we started the repairs we noticed several things they damaged while doing their part to diagnose the issue. I have pictures; there were several brackets missing or broken and the bench area around the table has what looks like burn marks that will eventually become holes. I sent all the info and pictures to a service representative that stated he would send my information to the proper people to handle. My email with pictures was sent on March 31 2025. I have heard nothing back. I am seeking repair of the bench, or reimbursement for taking it somewhere else for repair. Any assistance would be great appreciated.

      I wanted to return an item so I emailed them to start a Return. Camping World told me to create my own return label and give them the tracking once its shipped out, so I did - I paid for my OWN LABEL, shipped it out, the package was "Out For Delivery" expecting it to be received by the vendor or whoever deals with the returns, then it was marked on "Receiver Is On Vacation" that means whoever was there DELIBERATELY REJECTED IT, and marked it for a different day on March 24th, it is now April 22nd and *** LOST THE PACKAGE NOW, so they rejected my package and when contacting Camping World Support, they told me how this isnt their problem and I have to file a claim with *** when I CANT, there is ZERO accountability from them and now they lost my ITEM, and TOOK MY MONEY and refuse to refund me! RIDICULOUS!

      I am rejecting this response because: There is zero accountability, I did everything you guys asked, I paid for the label as you requested, sent it to the appropriate receivers address, the receiver REJECTED it then now it's lost and somehow its my fault - now the item is lost and you took my hard earned money of $1322.00 and *** cant do anything about it either - if nothing is done then I will have to file a small claims court to get this resolved.

      I bought an RV trailer 17 BX model on April 12, 2025 at Camping World/good *** located at ************************************. The price of the trailer was $15, 999. After adding taxes, government fees, weigh and sway hitch, the total amount was 16, *****. I also paid a down payment of $3,200. All the charges have been discussed and we agreed to it. I signed all the paperwork.When we get home ( my wife was with me) upon reviewing the paperwork we found out that there was a charge of $1, ****** for Lets Go Camping TT. This part was not disclosed to us. It was only explained to us that this charge was for gas tank, batteries, and for the walk through, when I called the office on Monday, April 14, 2025. We were told that we had an option to not have the Lets Go Camping TT package, but during the sale the opt out option was not discussed or mentioned. Because of this I believe that the charge was done in a dishonest and deceitful manner. We want the amount of $1,****** to be refunded to us. Thank you.

      On the document I signed it didnt say I will be charged for the amount of $1,226.17. The document is attached to this response.

      Also, I was contacted by a costumer services representative, ****** ********* on April 21 and 22 and grilled me that I agreed to pay the lets go camping charges because I signed the paperwork. I was contacted again on the 24th and ****** made me talk to ****, a regional manager, this person accused me of having buyers remorse, which I dont. I felt like I was being harassed.


      Camping world has to be investigated for unethical business practices. I checked online and a lot of people posted bad experiences with the Business.

                     CWRV Sales is advising this deal as compliant with the new Oregon Guidelines.******** ******** signed the Let's Go Camping dealership work order ticket that matches the amount on the Purchase Order. CWRV Sales provided ******** ******** six different documents outlining the options and price points.  ******** ******** signed all

                     the documents confirming he agreed to this purchase. To that end we consider this matter closed.
