      We purchased a brand NEW 2022 Heartland Prowler in May of 2022, after taking it on on trip the walls were bowing, the bathroom door would not shut, both tables broke, the weather stripping on the slide was sagging and other issues. I called Camping World and explained all the issues and was told this is all workmanship issues and would be fixed. We drove the camper 4 hours back to have the repairs done and some were completed and others not saying parts needed to be ordered. I was told I had to put a $200 REFUNDABLE deposit down for the parts to ensure we would have the warranty work done and parts wouldn't be just sitting there. I was told my check was just going to be held and not cashed, needless to say my check was cashed the following week. This was in July. I have called several times to ask when the work was going to be completed only to find out parts are not in. I spent $46000 on a camper that is literally falling apart. After getting it back the tables are broke again from just trying to set up the bed the work isn't completed and no one seems to want to talk to me about when the work will be completed and I am out $200 to hold parts that haven't been ordered.

      On September 13 I stopped at the ** dealership camping world and proceeded to purchase a camper. I filled out the paperwork for financing and spoke with their finance manager and was told I needed to give a $1500 deposit to hold the unit and they would run my credit the next day I explained my income to the finance manager at that time they told me they would get in touch with me the next day, they took my deposit of $1500 and cashed it The next day I received a phone call early on from the finance department telling me after reviewing my income they do not feel they would be able to get me financed and would return my deposit that was on 14 September I was told at that time it would take 10 days to receive the refund I waited 12 days and did not receive it so I contacted the dealership and talk to a manager named **** After a conversation with him he returned a call to me and left a voicemail telling me that a check was being issued and should receive it in three days I received that call on September 30 it is now October 12 and I have still not received my refund

      Camping world purchased my RV. They completed part of the contract. They gave amount owed to lien holder (bank). **** released the lien to them. They owe me $21,342.97

      I took my RV to Camping World on 9/13/22 after experiencing a leak in my bathroom that needed to be fixed, and the flooring needed to be replaced since it was becoming soft due to the leak. I told the associates that I live in my RV, and they told me that they were very considerate of people who lived in their RVs and that they would "get to it" and "it wouldn't take long." I had also shared with them that I was staying in a hotel while they completed the repairs, and they reassured me it would take no longer than about a week and a half to 2 weeks. Each time I had communication with the associates, I learned nothing had been done - by this point, it had already been 3 weeks, and it was not until after I had spoken with someone from corporate named ****************, that they had begun working on my RV the following day, 9/29/22. I ended up staying at a hotel for over a month paying at least $1k, and when I finally went to pick up my RV on 10/6/22, I told the associate he could leave the wood flooring without replacing the vinyl since it would have been more expensive, and I had already maxed out my credit cards in paying unexpected hotel fees. I noticed that the wood did not seem stable, and I could feel that it was indented upon a slight press. I told the associate, ****, "The floor here is soft," and he simply said, "The tech said that would be okay." They gave me a form to sign a paper stating I was accepting the vehicle with the wood flooring exposed, but I had to at this point, given it had been more than twice as long as they had told me it would take for the work to be completed. If I had the vinyl put on, I would not have known of the poor work they had done underneath. I knew upon dropping off my RV that I would have to pay at least $2k for 165x12 hours of work, but I ended up paying $1,211.68. I receive 20% off as a member, but the unexpected additional discount shows me that they were aware of the poor work and that I should not have been paying anything.

      ** Awning:Insurance claim/repair. Original Awning was ripped from motorhome. Instructed to take to Camping World in Springfield. Issues:1) No initial on site inspection, requst for measurement verification, or specific brand/model or Accessories asked of the customer. 2) Waited over 3 months for a ************* Awning to be delivered. Brand stated by CW Service Manager (this was customer paid ********** CW held unit over 2 weeks for install and completed installation of a 16' ************** Awning(not Dometic) Original Awning was 17' Dometic Manual.4) Awning fabric track was never repaired or replaced as it was spread open from previously ripped off.5)Awning fabric track is leaking, Original bolt mounting was not sealed or addressed. 6) Awning track on walls installed crooked. 1/2" rise fall. And left Awning track cap is broken off and missing. 7) Awning track bolts not sealed when screwed in side of ** 8) Carefree awnings come with pre-wired track for LED and Accessories. CW installer simply cut and hid wires where they can not be used. At no point did CW contact about any Accessories as the ** owner would have wanted any possible options installed. EG wind sensor, LED lighting, ect.

      CWRV Sales confirmed we spoke with *******************************. **************** brought her unit in for inspection. A 16 ft awning was installed. CWRV did not inspect and prepare an incident damage estimate for this repair as we did not see or inspect this unit. We did in fact prepare an estimate to replace a 16 ft manual awning per email request from Geico. **************** did not want a manual awning.  **************** approved the added cost to install a 16' electric awning. After **************** picked up her unit she called and complained we had installed a 14' awning. **************** brought in the unit for inspection. *************** is now upset that one awning arm is 1/2" lower that the other. This is measured in 16' run off of roof gutter and belt line molding. The prior awning had been completely removed by others before ever coming to CW location.**************** is upset that we should have noticed location of old awning, noted any other damage, contacted insurance company and gotten a 17' awning and insurance "pay for everything needed. CWRV Sales offered to provide a new estimate to Geico which the customer refused. We consider this matter closed.

      On 8/25/2022 I purchased a 2022 *******/dutchman 1855RB, but did not take delivery until 9/03/2022. At the time of the purchase, I did opt for the extended warranty, but upon taking delivery on 9/03, I asked for cancellation of all 4 extended warranties I had purchased which totaled $7110.50. Upon contacting Metrotech on the paint protection on 10/07/2022, I was informed that this had not been cancelled. Request was made on 9/03/2022, so I fail to understand the delay in refunding my cost for these extended warranties.

      This has been a horrible experience. I have been nothing but understanding when it has come to the amount of time they have had my RV for repair. The service manager even thanked me for being so understanding. Now that is coming back to bite me in the ****. They have lied to me about my claims and are denying my warranty. They told me they have filed claims that have never happened. I went over a year in total without an RV between both locations. I understood parts were hard to source but now i am finding out that they didnt even put in a claim. Someone needs to be fired!!! my front step has never worked, they said they fixed it and it broke the 1st day. Then they wanted me to approve them putting some bolt in it. i declined and they said they needed to order the whole bracket. fast forward to about a month ago and i take it in and them sat the claim was declined because they need more pictures??? So i say get more pictures. They come back and tell me the claim is denied because its out of warranty. I said this was supposed to be handled already. They said they would see what they could do. So i get in contact with the **** A claim was never placed. I was lied too!!! Now they are denying my claim because it is too late. This is HORRIBLE customer service. also my drawer was never fixed properly and is broken. So tired of this company and the way they have treated me. Im going to the attorney General and all other online reviews. i dont want anyone to go through this!!!

      I placed an order with this company a month ago. They never shipped the item. I have asked several times for my money back and still have not received it. They will not cancel my order. They keep saying 3-5 days and its been a month.

      I bought 2022 pioneer Camper from Camping World ******* ********. We got the camper home and discovered that the **** stand and Battery was no good, we paid ****** dollars for this camper we reached to them several times for which a month has went bye, after complaining we finally got it to the service department then they refused to replace the **** stand with a new one. The manager stated that they got it working but we are not satisfied we are wanting it replaced, and they are refusing to replace it but wanting us to pay for it. We have ****** for it why would we pay to replace it being that it wasnt working when we got it home

      My 5th wheel travel trailer initially when to the *********** camping world in ******** (**** ********************* *********** ********) for a problem with my front living room slide outs, they were binding and the slide out frame/ structure was bulging from the exterior creating a crack in the siding. I dropped it off December 18th 2021. I picked it up April 15th and brought it home. We open the slideout 1 time and the crack in the siding appears again in the same place ( this tells me we did not fix the problem). I bring it back roughly a few weeks later for them to access the problem ( I travel out of state for work so it is hard to transport the camper when Im not home) and ever sense then they have been avoiding my calls and the problem, I call and they give me some excuse that they are busy or they are working on it when they arent. finally on 9/14/22 they call and tell me they are working on an estimate to submit to my insurance company. I called the following Monday 9/19 to see if they had gotten the estimate in and have been calling every day some days 2-3 times to find an answer and all I get is sent to voicemail by ***** the service advisor and their service manager ******. Were a couple months short of a year of my camper being in for service at this location. Im just trying to get it back so I can take it back on the road to travel for work
