      We Bought a 22 keystone bullet on 9/22/22. We had looked at it several times and worked w/ several salesmen. Requirements were bunk house w/separate bedroom in front, which they had several of, only one under $40k. The chosen unit had a long, long list of repair needs that we brought to their attention and were assured theyd be addressed by *********************** before we agreed to a deal and before wed pick it up. We looked at it a final time 9/13 and negotiated a price the next few days. Pick up was to be morning 9/24 but we all agreed to move it up to 10am 9/22. They called us at 9:50 to make sure were headed there. At 10am sharp we were directed to a waiting room for a 30min wait, then escorted to the rv for a walk through of operations. About 2/3 of our initial complaints were absolutely not addressed and they again assured us theyd repair more items. We waited then actually left for lunch so they could repair more. We returned and had to wait further. This 2nd walk through showed almost every repair still needed. Im not sure what they actually fixed. Further reassurance convinced us to take it. Which was a mistake. We swapped stuff from our previous camper into this one after work that night. We took it camping to a state park Friday night through Sunday pm, a bit west of ft *******. Upon set up that first night, the top bunk bed, rated at 150#, snapped at the edge when 86# daughter tried to get into it. Now ita unusable. Next, the table did not lock in the upright position so it could be used without it dropping down and pinching your legs. Over the next 30 hours, we found- a trim piece at the dinette protrudes enough to cut your leg, every single cubby latch came out if the wall and fixing one didnt last. Had to repair the screen door to get it to latch. Every inverted outlet (huge sales pitch) running on solar power failed to work. The tub feels like its going to collapse under foot. Hardware is coming out various areas. LED lights are too dim to see by.

      We purchased 2021 5th Wheel from Camping World Avondale. After we took it home, trailer was missing water heater control panel. WE ended up calling Forest River to get the item and have it installed. Since buying this 5th Wheel last November, we have been able to use it one week. NUMEROUS issues with this trailer. Now it has been sitting at Camping World Avondale since June 25th. It is now September 26th and it is still not fixed. We need 4 new hydrolic jacks, sprockets for a slide in the kitchen and new flooring due to the slide ripping the flooring. They will NOT follow up on anything. They constantly lie to us. No one has taken any initiative to get this problem resolved. We have spent a large amount of money to purchase this so we could travel. Now all of our "freebies" for the year are almost up, summer has come and gone, no trips, no compensation, nothing. I wish someone could get this done. This trailer should NEVER have been put on the lot for sale. It was never inspected when it came in. Every month I'm making payments for something I cannot use and I have no recourse. I have contacted corporate and still no resolution.

      08/26/2022 Copied Camping World Advertising from ***************************, Chairman and CEO of Camping World/ Good *******Need anything?Im here to help!IF YOURE HAPPY, IM HAPPY.*************************** Chairman and CEO Camping World and Good *** Call ****** ************ Email ****** ********************************** The complaint was first made in 2018 shortly after the purchase and the first use. The primary issue that was made, a leak from the exterior front and top of the trailers roof/front wall above the bedroom. Three subsequent follow up complaints for that same complaint were made and the trailer was taken to and inspected by Camping World of Hanover and we were advised they could not find any leak yet the side interior wall and upper cabinets were damp when the trailer was dropped off. Presently another complaint was made in / 2022 regarding the same leak except this time there was substantial mold growing on the walls, cabinets, ceiling and bedding. Photos were taken. Upon inspection by Camping World Hanover they removed the exterior molding along the roof and front wall, which should have been properly done on the initial list of complaints and the subsequent complaints, but was never done. The source of the leak we were told was a manufacturer defect at the top seam under the molding. At that point we requested the repairs be handled using the Maintenance Contract we purchased for about $5000 at time of purchase. They declined saying there is no record of maintenance being performed. I responded that nothing was explained to us regarding the Maintenance Contract and except for the 3 service visits regarding the leak and Warranty related items. That is when we made contact with ***************************, **************** of Camping World. I have photos, emails, phone messages, to verify the above. Every time I contacted ****************** I was contacted by ****************** who is a customer service representative for the corporate office, who provided no assistance. We again contacted ***

      I am rejecting this response because: I am appalled that ******* make such a false and deceitful comment. As God is my witness I have returned each and every call made by Camping World Corporate representative ******* and responded with a detailed message to each call. It is ******* and ****************** that never responded to my return calls. I have a complete log of all my cell phone calls received and made. Additionally, I have received messages from Camping World *************** manager that the damage they caused while moving the camper was now complete. To this day no one advised us what ,where and how that damage occured. I am very appalled at the false and deceptive accusation made by ******* and it is Camping World Corporate that never responded to my clear and descriptive position we are taking and of what is needed to resolve this matter. I am also considering filling a complaint with the **************************** of the ******** ***************** office. There are hundreds of similar complaints against Camping World Corporate and Camping World Hanover with no resolution. I would like you to continue this investigation and possibly someone can file criminal action against this company and there employees for perjury. Thank you for providing much needed intervention and meditation for customers being taken advantage of deceptive businesses.

      ****************** employee, *******, misinformed me, telling me that my Jeep Cherokee would have no problem towing the ********* E-Pro 19FD ***** GVWR. To avoid any law suits, they even pushed to deliver the camper before I had the proper hitch installed. I cannot use this camper as I do not have an appropriate vehicle to tow it. I asked ****, the general manager, to allow me to swap it out for a camper that I am able to tow. He will not do this but offered a trade of $16,000. When I paid $37,000 and had it less than 3 weeks. The camper also had an interior gas leak and the gfi did not work. They wanted to charge my extended warranty to replace the gfi. The gfi did not work at all since before delivery.

      We own a Rockwood Fifth Wheel trailer that was in need of roof repair. We had purchased the trailer from Ketelson's RV which was purchased by Gander RV. ****** RV told us that they could not work on the roof and told us to take the trailer to Camping World of ******. We took the trailer in to have it looked at in November and was provided a quote as to what the repairs would cost which equates to almost $10,000.00. Repairs are not complete and there is now additional damage to the trailer created by Camping World and the trailer is no longer usable. I have uploaded a document showing dates and details of the issues surrounding this.

      We purchased our brand new Columbus 5th Wheel in 2017, as soon we got it set up the A/C quit working after about 10 days. We took the 5th Wheel in for service in July of 2017 and did not get it back until September 2022, then we noticed some leaks and noticed some leaks in the ** we took it back it seems some rodents had done some damage to the wiring and tanks, so this was our responsibility that is fine except we dropped the 5th Wheel off in November 2017 and did not get it back from service until April 2018!! NOW move forward to April 2022 we went camping in *********** at a ** park and drove home on the 101 Freeway, when we got home the sliding island in the 5th Wheel had completely fallen apart and all the storage cabinets were on the floor, the latches did not hold, we drove freeways all the way home and main roads nothing bumpy. We took the 5th Wheel BACK to Camping World and left it for service on May25, 2022, here it September 22, 2022 and no repairs done, no return calls or emails to our recent calls and emails. Also I was told that the extended warranty will not cover the island or cabinets!! This businesses service department is a shambles and the extended warranties, which by the way the finance manager would NOT let us leave and kept us there for over 90 minutes telling us we needed the extended warranty which covers NOTHING and was a total waste of money. I would like a refund on the extended warranty but I know that will never happen since I can't even get them to respond to any communication. We are considering downsizing to a smaller 5th Wheel we will NOT go to Camping World of ********** for that definitely.

      In February, we purchased a camper in ******** and brought it back to our home **************. At the time of purchase, Camping World collected title and registration fees and the related title and registration forms to be filed in *****. We were not given the option of filing them directly ourselves. Despite the clear instructions on the ***** motor vehicle registration form 130U stating that the form and fees must be submitted within 30 days, the dealership submitted the form and fees late, incurring a late penalty of $110. When we called and asked the dealership to pay the late fee because they collected the registration fee money and form and submitted it on our behalf late, they refused. The late filing was completely out of our control because they submitted the forms and fees directly to the ***** tax office. The dealership told ** they were not responsible for the late fee because ******** allows 60 days to register vehicles. Again, the form they collected from us and submitted clearly on its face says it must be submitted within 30 days to avoid late penalties. So, in short, the dealership held onto our registration money and forms past the filing deadline, incurring late penalties that we had to pay out of pocket even though nothing we did caused the late filing. Their failure to timely submit our registration fee and forms cost us an additional $110. We called several times to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, but the dealership manager refused.

      I am rejecting this response because:objectively, as the attached documents and relevant dates show, the registration form and fees were not submitted timely to the **************.  The failure to timely file the registration and fees caused the ************** to charge a late penalty of $110. No action or inaction on our part caused the assessment of the penalty. The dealership failing to submit the registration within 30 days as required by *****, and noted on the form filed with *****, caused the assessment of the late penalty. The dealership is responsible for the assessment of the late fee and I am requesting reimbursement for that reason. I spoke with ******* from the corporate office this afternoon and she agrees with my position.

      Purchased extended warranty from Camping World ***********, **. on 8/30/2020. This warranty included appliances that were purchased with the *** My refrigerator failed Thursday 9/15/2020. Camping World will not respond to my request for repairs. Based on this refusal, I have requested a full refund of the extended warranty from the administrator (Asurion). Asurion informed me I would be required to contact Camping World I purchased from Camping World ***********. Camping World will not return my phone calls. I am requesting a full refund of the extended warranty ($3,627.00). I am requesting the full refund due to Camping World's refusal to provide the service I purchased.

      I was sold a product on 7-13-21 that has a serious design flaw the dealerships **** Service Advisor agreed, and the manufacturer and selling dealership were informed of this the first time it was used after purchase. I was assured time and time again by the General Manager, ***************** that it would be taken care of. I have a detailed timeline and pictures to back up my claim that a major selling feature of the travel trailer is useless and to use it would lead to several safety and health related issues.I have dealt with this over a year, including a letter from my attorney that went unacknowledged and feel I have exhausted all reasonable options. I do not feel the dealership has any intention to uphold their end of our transaction. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of my full purchase price + the cost of the added slide topper in the sum of ********* (********* + ********) and I will return the unit as it was presented to me. I can provide a detailed timeline and supporting images of my email correspondence validating my claim and show how I was drug along in hopes I would just go away. The unit has a serious flaw, they were unwilling to correct that flaw and I should not be harmed because of their poor design and inability to correct the issue. Additionally, their inability to act in a timely manner has depreciated the unit further causing me additional damage if they do not take the unit back and pay me full price.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: The entire team at Camping World continues to manipulate and manufacture conversations had regarding this issue and underscores why I have no desire to have any business transaction with them again.  First, my name is *****, not **** so they more than likely have never reviewed the pages of documents provided to them of the extensive email conversations.  2nd, I have not spoken with Forest River, the manufacturer, regarding this issue but was sent information from them via the dealer where I purchased it (all documented in the provided emails)  If this is not a design flaw, then I still maintain that I reported the issue and dissatisfaction with the unit within a timely manner and I do not accept it nor do I accept the attempted modification they promised nor do I accept the offer that was made for a trade.  I am willing to discuss a final offer to take the unit back at a reasonable offer or I will be left with no other options but to file with the *************************** and will seek remedy under the previous stated NC General Statutes.

      The trailer I purchased has extensive warranty issues, most resolved and mostly plumbing issues.For the last six months or more the exterior of my trailer smelled like ***** matter. I drain my black water regularly, placing tablets inside.Today, 09/20/22, I drained my black water. I noticed f**** collected on top of the protective undercarriage liner dripping out. I also noticed te undercarriage lining bulging down. With all the water leak issues I have experienced, I have no dought there is a black water line leak.I live in my trailer, so need the issue fixed on my extended warranty. I will also need housing for myself and my four small children until it is fixed.Added is the recent fire from this air conditioing component
