    Im in the process of trying to purchase a car. Ive been deal with World Hyundai in Matteson. You can from the supporting information. I was told that my credit was ran, I was approved which it says nothing about pre-approval, and that financing was fully secured. This was on August 22, 2024. Fast forward to August 30, 2024. I go into the brick and mortar to finalize everything, and while Im there I was placed with a different person instead of the gentleman I was told to ask for named ********************* per a loan coordinator named *********. Now the new person is trying to run my credit I submitted check stubs this new person made me resubmit. So the supporting documents was just false lies and a tactic to get me to come in to there business when I was told everything was good to go. This has been the worst experience ever and I was basically lied to.

    Took my car in for suggest new tires and wheel alignment. Upon receiving the car back and taking it on the express way. I noticed when I hit above 40MPH the car shakes. The car was not doing that prior. I was told in the future that brakes was needed but there was no rush. Techs looks at the car and tells me the problem is the brakes. I am not about to spend more money as they are troubleshooting what they messed up. Please help

    We bought a 2020 Hyundai ELANTRA for the first two months. We drove the car maybe three days because of repair issues we got the car back and now we cant even get plates. Were getting the runaround told us to go to ******* Indiana has no record of us, no one is returning our calls with no concrete answers, we are getting the runaround. We cant even drive the car without the police stopping us and the brakes are still not functioning correctly. We would like the federal law to be applied, seeing that this is a used car and the lemon law only applies to new cars. Also the Carfax, in which we based our decision on this is strong possibility that it was not accurate while our car was being fixed for an internal problem, they had to send the car to a body shop that needs to be explained . This car has not adequately, met the fitness of his purpose

The customer did eventually provide us with updated douments, according to the stare of Indiana his paperwork was processed and completed on 7/19/2024. He should be able to go to the *** in ******* to Finalize his registration and get plates.

    I have had my brand new 2022 ****** in World Hyundai for repairs at least 4 times. Was h time there was terrible communication and lack of concern for a rental. I had purchased a 4000 dollar extended warranty with the guarantee from salesman **** that I would have a rental if ever needed. This car has ***** miles and has had multiple fuel injector issues. It is currently in repair at another dealership and they warned me my car will take twice as long now due to World Hyundai mechanics failing to put in all bolts necessary. They stripped and bent wiring and also used zip ties to adhere parts together. I have made attempts to resolve this countless times with service manager Art. He acts aloof and does not return calls. I have reached out to Hyundai corporate who claim to be behind everytime I look into what the solution may be including Hyundai buying back the car due to owning less than 2 years and having so many problems. I would like to get a clear resolution.

    Our service manager has reached out to the customer on several occasions and left messages however they keep missing each other. Her vehicle is not at our shop it is at another Hyundai dealer being repaired and the repairs are being covered by the manufacturer warranty.

    Complaint Against World Hyundai of Matteson I am filing a complaint against World Hyundai of Matteson due to serious issues encountered during my visit to their dealership. On July 9, 2024, I went to the dealership after being assured by "********" and finance representative *********************** that my terms for purchasing a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 were accepted. ***** specifically stated, Im looking at a 100% approval.Despite this assurance and my agreement for a NO MONEY DOWN consumer credit transaction, I was abruptly asked for a down payment of $3400 upon arrival. The dealerships failure to disclose the identity of the bank meant I couldnt address any issues directly, violating the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).The dealership breached our contract by not honoring the agreed terms and violated their fiduciary duty by demanding payment when they had promised 100% approval. I was also discriminated against based on the age of my credit profile, and the hard inquiries made by the dealership negatively impacted my credit score, further compounding the issue.I am seeking $34,000, the value of my credit application, or the vehicle as originally agreed. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further action to address these grievances.It is imperative for dealerships to adhere to ethical lending practices, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and upheld. Engaging in deceitful or coercive tactics undermines trust and is detrimental to consumers. Truthfulness and fairness are essential in all transactions, particularly in lending, where the stakes are high and the potential for financial impact is significant.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    We attempted to obtain financing for the customer however our finance companies will not accept the paystubs that were provided and informed us the taxes appeared off and the paystub appeared to have been altered or fraudulent. Unfortunately to the the paystub we were not able to proceed with selling a vehicle the customer since we were not able to provide accurate proof of income from the customer.

    Date 7/3/2024 I filed a complaint with the General Manager of World Hydundai on 7/1/2024 because there was theft, broken parts, battery on grass and dirt area, type covering entire front windows, windows would not raise up, vehicle would not start start, broken terminal, property damage to vehicle. I called police and spoke with police commander. I am a senior, I am traumatize, I complained to Operational Manager, (2) two Service Manager, General Manager, ******************* Service Supervisor, all denied me a resolution! I was abused, threatened, and told to leave the premises. I got my vehicle towed but was asked to leave before the process was finished. I was told that the service person that I communicated with had been fired and that I was not in the system. I begged to have my vehicle found! I have a police report.     *************** Vehicle was towed in to our service Department with the windows already down. We covered her windows with plastic to help protect the interior of her vehicle from the rain. Since her vehicle would not start the windows could not be let down. When we diagnosed her vehicle the battery tested bad and the post on the positive terminal was broken. We did not vandalize nor break her vehicle. We service them not break them.

    i have spoken with *************** and we were not able to reach a resolve,  She is adamant we damaged her vehicle however we did not. Her vehicle was Towed in with the windows already down and would not start. She has been getting her vehicle repaired elsewhere and is expecting us to fix whatever was not repaired correctly by another repair shop. There is nothing more we are willing to do for her. Her car was returned to her in the condition it was in when we received it.

    World Hydundai employees have never spoken to me about a resolution. I have not had a conversation with any employee at World Hydundai.   While my vehicle was under World ********* care and possession my positive terminal was broken, my vehicle is repaired but the  unnecessary time, money, threatening behaviors, destruction, unethical business practice, unethical conduct, unethical behavior, and abuse that some of the employees unprofessional mismanagement and disrespectful tactics and I dont care attitudes theses employees should be held accountable for misconduct!  Please the **************** , ****************** and World Hydundai Incorporation should investigate my complaints! I as requested an investigation because of the false narratives and negative responses .  What I experienced that I feared from World Hydundai no women should ever experience such a traumatic event!  Be Blessed World Hydundai!

    I purchase a 2021 Hyundai in April 2024 the same month of April I had to take my car back in because the motor was knocking. I was told I needed an oil change then I ended up have to take my car back because the brakes was bad that was in ****** June my motor is knocking again. I was told I needed an oil change. and June my motor is knocking again. I was told I needed an oil change but they had my car for over two weeks now. They never gave me a loaner. I only talk to the peoples one time so I end up calling corporate about the situation still, nothing is resolved, and I feel like my car never went under inspection when they sold it to me. The car is very damaged and I no longer wants this car and no one from the dealership is talking to me, but they still have my car last two weeks I feel like I should be able to trade this car out and be compensated for my inconvenience. Im paying out of pocket to get around from work and back home or to the grocery store because I still doesnt have a loaner and I kept a car for over a week I had to rent that became very expensive, and they still havent compensated me for anything

    I purchased a NEW 2024 Hyundai ******** on 5/27/24, while driving to dinner on 6/2/24 the car began beeping indicating that the engine was overheating. To be safe, I just went back home. Once I parked in my garage the vehicle spewed out a red fluid.The following morning when I contacted the dealer I was advised that they would have it towed to the service department.I was assured by **** (salesman) that I would receive updates on the vehicle. Never got an update, called several times the next by service advisors (LJ and ********* were the only 2 that tried to help me)I was told the radiator had a manufacturers defect.Day 3, and none of the managers nor salesman has contacted me with resolution options. At this point, customer service is terrible with the exception of the above 2. Now that sale is complete, no one will assist me. *** left multiple voicemails, called throughout the daystill nothing.I totally regret doing business here. Ive purchased at least 4 new vehicles from here, no customer loyalty or appreciation.I no longer want the vehicle since its been identified to have defects from manufacture. I am completely aware of lemon law in ********. World Hyundai has not contacted me nor offered resolution of a different vehicle.

    I am rejecting this response because it is NOT true. I was advised by the ************ that the issue was a caused by a manufactures defect; I was also advised that it was not my fault. While I was driving no rock hit my vehicle nor did I hit a rock. The vehicle indicated that the engine was overheating. 
    Its quite disappointing that theyd respond with a LIE. 
    Yes, I did receive a loaner vehicle after MULTIPLE calls and actually going to the dealership after not being followed up with. 
    Finally after going back Mr. ********************* apologized for the poor treatment and service I received. Im grateful for his help but very upset that they did not acknowledge the mechanical defect but instead misrepresent by saying a rock was hit while driving. Very sad and unfortunate, I have purchased multiple times from World Hyundai but this will be the last.

    After filling out an application for a fresh start auto loan last year and physical going into the dealership twice sitting down with two different sales people and after reading the reviews online from others I see that Im not the only individual that World Hyundai of Matteson wants to be dishonest and misleading to and claim that they cant secure finance for customers with. I find it completely unacceptable that this dealership has ladies calling from the call center telling not just myself but many other individuals the same thing that they told me is that they have already secured a loan for me and that its called a second chance loan and when I specifically ask how it works Im told that you come into the dealer ship and you sit down with a sales person you pick out the vehicle of your choice and the desired payment that you want to pay each month on the vehicle. When I tell them okay now I wont have to put a down payment down and the lady says nope thats not how a second chance auto loan works or the fresh start auto loan program works and now three separate ladies have all told me that I can pick the vehicle of my choice and Im seeing and hearing that World Hyundai of Matteson does not stick to what they say to the customers on the phone is a absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I was actually asked this past Saturday to please be patience with them for not getting back to me in regards to getting a vehicle after I have been waiting to hear from them since last week Thursday. At this point I feel that World Hyundai of Matteson needs to be held accountable and stick to what they told me as I will not be putting a down payment down and I expect to pick out a vehicle of my choice and pay what I want each month for the vehicle as thats what I have been told now three times by these corrupt unfaithful lying individuals.

    They make me hold on the car for 28 days before they let me bring it back and I'm having a problem receiving a refund and only after I hired a lawyer

    ************** purchased a vehicle from us on March 8th 2024. He then came into the dealership 2 weeks after that and decided to keep the vehicle. The following week we received a phone call from an attorney he hired whom informed us he no longer wanted the vehicle and he wanted a refund of his deposit. We attempted to reach ************** on several occasions for 2 weeks. He finally showed up to the dealership and dripped of the vehicle and handed the key to one of our employee's. We had no problem refunded him his deposit however he did not wait for the refund he left. We mailed his refund via check to his home address on April 5th, 2024.
