    ****** assured me through chat that my funding had been secured and that all I needed to do was select a vehicle. I asked two separate times how much I was approved for because I didnt want to waste my time, she said not to worry all I needed to do was select a vehicle. Went in at my scheduled appointment time and sat for over an hour waiting until finally I was sat at a table only to wait longer. ****** was nowhere to be seen, guy named ***** was helping me, if you want to call it that, he popped over for about 5 seconds at a time 2 or 3 different times and asked a question or two and would disappear. He then said *********** was going to call me but they never did, I just ended up leaving. When I got home I tried to call and asked for ******, transferred to *********, I asked for ****** she said hold on a minute left me on hold for about two minutes, then hung up on me so I tried to call back and was hung up on again

    They are leaving large parts out. I did provide them with my income before I ever even arrived at The dealership, and had I not provided them with my income. They wouldnt have ran my credit which is showing on my credit report.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have zero reason to make any of this up, they lied to me on the phone to get me into their office and once I got into the office they just left me hanging after talking to me for about three minutes for multiple hours. I sat there without anyone saying a word to me after they talk to me so when I left, I sent a message telling them to not run my credit anymore and that I was revoking the authorization to do so. And if they didnt run my credit then how did I get these two credits from World Hyundai Matteson. Please dont accept the explanation from this business as it is an outright lie. Businesses like this should have The lowest rating from the Better Business Bureau that is possible because they are outright lyingn

    I reached out to this dealership was asked to provide application my social card along with dL and paystubs . The initial rep was not very honest about buying process asked if I could be provided numbers to make a choice before heading back home from **. The rep ****** me along the entire day I asked direct questions and asked for supervisor to contact me on 7 different text thread I called no answer from dealership. Agent was not helpful instead got rude Ive screen shot all the messages and reporting to Channel 7 no one will do much as look at them Again

    I am a customer that purchased a vehicle from ********************** approximately 5 months ago and I know that I'd purchased that extended warranty which I did not get paperwork at time of purchase because of something going on with their computers & or printers, therefore someone was supposed to email it to me. Now let me tell you a little bit about my situation. I am a cancer patient and i cannot be on the phone trying to reach someone 24/7 about my 2018 ************* that reeked from the smell of ********** has an oil leak but I cannot for the life of me get anyone on the phone to assist me with the exception of your receptionist who wasn't any help at all because all she does is transfer me to a voicemail, time and time again I've spoken with that young lady at least 10 to 12 times today alone, I briefly spoke with **** the finance manager, of which he said he would email me a copy within an hour 5 hours later (still waiting). Finally the icing on the cake, I get your front end manager ******, but by this i'm beyond livid and yes, probably a little loud because im upset and angry, he decides he's going to hang up on me and call me back when he feels like it. That's another callback I have yet to receive and furthermore that's not how you diffuse a situation, day of my purchase there was an irate customer in your show room, saying we should never buy a vehicle from you all and I should have listened. It baffles me on how doing the purchase procedure, they bend-over backwards, to make the sell but once the vehicle has left your premises, the customer isn't worth anything to them I would appreciate A response to my email *******************************

    i purchased my vehicle on jan..25, 2024 at that time the vehicle driver side mirror was broken and the parking light was broken both of which my sales person (*******) was aware of so he asked me to bring it back to get repaired, so I returned the car on Feb.2 to get repaired and went back on Weds.Feb. 7 to pick it up and they told me that someoneone ordered the wrong parts and because I been taking an Uber since I dropped it off I picked up the car on Feb.7 still not fixed so I took the car back to them on Feb.12 and they said that they are waiting on the parts which wasn't communicated to me then i went again on Feb.12 and was told the same thing waiting on parts, now my car note was due on the 24th of Feb. and I'M A LITTLE SHORT AND OF THIS DAY i HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY CAR CAR REPAIRED AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME,THIS IS VERY TROUBLING TO ME BECAUSE i SIGNED AND AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR 6 YEARS AND THEY COULDN'T HONOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS

    Hi I purchased a new vehicle at world Hyundai in Matteson, ********, in 2015. There was an incentive program where you purchase a new vehicle you get free oil changes for life. As long as I get them at world Hyundai on ****** street in Matteson *********** have been bringing my car there since 2015 to get my free oil changes. Friday February 9th 2024, I brought my car in to get the oil change. To my surprise the guy at the service desk said there was a $69 cost, I replied no it's free. He then said I need you to speak to someone. So I waited in a room and *********************** spoke to me and said the program they had is no longer, and that it was a Hyundai program and they can't continue their program. And in order to keep getting free oil changes I need to purchase one for $439.00 because they are only offering that for new cars. And they normally charge $1500, and he was gonna give me a deal. So they still offer this program, but he want me to pay again for it now when it was suppose to be free for a lifetime. So he says this was Hyundai program, I called Hyundai and they said that was never their program. For lifetime oil changes free. That was solely something that world Hyundai was offering individually, and now they are trying to upsell me on something that was already included when I bought my car brand new in 2015.I want them to honor my free oil changes for life like I was advised when I purchased my car in 2015. And I dont want to have to pay anymore money to continue. It should be grandfathered in. Hyundai has confirmed that the program was offered by world Hyundai, and that they should still honor that program if they offered it when I purchased my car. World Hyundai is trying to blame Hyundai for ending a program they actually had, and telling people to pay more to continue. I been getting them 8 years free , and I feel they just dont want to allow me to continue because of how long I had my car .

    I am rejecting this response because: After I spoke to *****, who advised differently than ***** that the reason for world Hyundai wanting me now to pay $25 a oil change from lifetime free oil changes, is because they now are using synthetic oil assuming they were using conventional oil on my car. After getting home I pulled up some oil changes to see what kind of oil they had been using in the past and found that per my discovery they have always been using synthetic oil for my car . So the problem ** having is , if they have been using synthetic oil for my car for years now that would not be an acceptable reason to start charging me for oil changes. The reasons are not valid .  To my knowledge Quaker state and Duramax blend are synthetic oil . Which is showing was used throughout the years. This is not a new change for my car , they have already been using synthetic oil. So this information given was not to be true . I want them to continue to honor my free lifetime oil changes as they had been doing now for almost 9 years .Also 2023 oil changes were also ************* changes per my paperwork in my glove compartment.

The oil used back in 2016 is not the same ********************* is referencing the part numbers on her past and present repair orders that are the same becasue it is set up in our system as kit which consist of the oil and the filter. We do no use the same oil we currently use full synthetic oil which is more expensive  however we used to use a synthetic blend.

    I am rejecting this response because: in 2015 when I purchased the 2015 Genesis ***** 3.8 ultimate, ***************************** was my sales person . Very well known at this facility. He is no longer working there , however He sold me the car based on me getting free oil changes for life . I accepted the offer and purchased the car.  At that time there were no requirements to pay additional charges or fees to have the oil change incentive. At the time I was told buying the car provided the free oil changes for life with my purchase as an incentive. It did not require payment as it does now !  And I have been getting it free for these years. I am rejecting the comment because they are aware they had this incentive, although they are saying there was no payment for it . This incentive was not based on payment at that time , it was based on purchasing the vehicle in which I did . This situation is solely based on cost , because they have changed to a different level of synthetic oil. I have only had from 1 to 2 oil changes a year since I bought the car . Per their records showed prior to 2024 I only had 12 oil changes, within almost 9 years. So although the oil did go up and change, I shouldnt have had to pay to continue. So I paid the $410 which should be $399. For lifetime oil changes with their current oil changes pricing. However I still dont agree that I should have paid anything. They are making me pay because they no longer can see a note on my account to confirm I had this with my car , or it was removed off my account. I dont know but when I purchased my car it did not require additional payment to have the free lifetime oil changes, it only required to purchase my car at that time . They have given me 3 different excuses to why I needed to pay for it now . And I paid it yesterday, however I still dont agree, and if they call ***************************** he can verify he asked his manager and it was approved, which is why I been getting it . But now they are saying they dont see a code anymore, yeah because someone probably removed it.  Art Im sure knows that they had an incentive that didnt require payment years ago in 2015. The same management is still there. They never said before that I never paid for it , this is the first time that statement came up , once I contested the new changes they were trying to make . I want to still be reimbursed for my $399 I did pay. Because I only get 1 or 2 oil changes a year and if they would have had a code on my account like I thought they did for almost 9 years, Today in 2024 they would not be asking me to pay for it . That was their error not mine . However they still should be honoring what was advised at time of purchase.   Call ***************************** and ask him to call me . He knows me by face ,  Have a good day

    I dropped my vehicle off to World Hyundai Matteson on Monday January 22,2023 around 6:20 being checked in by ****. My appointment to drop off my vehicle was scheduled for Tuesday Morning 9:30am. Due to be having to work the business stated over the phone when the appointment was made VIA phone we can drop my truck off the day before, and someone will be on site until 7pm. I get a called from **** from World Hyundai Matteson on Tuesday @ 6:53pm asking did I ever dropped my Truck off because they do not see it at the dealership! I stated I dropped my truck the night before and pulled into the service department and was checked in by **** the technician. Then **** then proceeded to say oh well they will find the vehicle soon. That phone call was extremely worrisome due to the fact a worker is tell me that cannot find my vehicle. I call back no one answered from the service department the entire week even to provide an update on my truck and provide a rental. I called and was transferred to the service department and left voice mails with no call back multiple times each day from 1/24/24-1/30/24. Finally got someone on the phone Tuesday 1/30/24 then proceeded to tell me the issue that was wrong with my *********** can come pick it up the same day. I asked why no one ever followed up over a week ago to let me to let me know and she stated the advisor that was assign for me left the department so no one picked up his work and my information and others was just left around for no one to do it. This lack of communication force me to get a rental car for 2 weeks to get to work and get around with my family. Once the dealership new the issue was under warranty they were suppose to call and let me know and provide rental and did not. After I receive my truck Notice someone at the dealership backed another car into the side of my truck. I sent the picture to **** and she sent it to the service manager. He never reached out nor return my calls, emails, nor voice mail.

    I am rejecting this response because: Hello! The response from the business is being REJECTED! I had to pay for a rental for two weeks when the original problem was covered under warranty! No one answered a phone when being transferred for over a week!  I let the operator know who kept answering the phone and they stated they can only transfer the calls! I had to miss work after receiving my vehicle back damage due to the service manager ****** ext 534 REFUSING to returning multiple phone calls, voicemails and forwarded emails of the damages caused by the dealership! They only agreed to fix my truck only bcuz I had proof my truck was not dropped off with a huge dent!  I was told many two workers the transporter admitted to backing into a truck and no one ever bother to look into it!     I was told to come to the dealership because they found a lender that would finance a vehicle under my current situation. I explained in detail my credit situation and how I'm rebuilding so I don't need my credit run again, they told me my file was open and we do have a lender approval. I get to the dealership and I'm met with a abrasive attitude I wasted 2 hours of my time only to be rejected and my credit run by many different lenders again which in turn negatively affect my credit. Needless to say they lied just to get me in the dealership and I want to be compensated for the negligence irresponsible dealership tactics they use to prey on people with subpar credit. They know from experience that my credit score when they ran the credit the first time that my score couldn't get me in a car. I want to be compensated

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I told the young lady that called me and told me that my file was still open and they found a lender that was able to finance me. That I was a uber driver ( full time) and my car was totaled. I also explained to her in detail that I was awaiting a claim dispute from state farm in which these things take time and I was out of work for three months in which that was the time they took to settle the claim.

    She inturn no problem just bring your bank statement w-2 to verify your income and additional forms of ID and just come in to pick out your vehicle since I was "told" they found a lender per my online application.

    the dealer ship intention was to get me in and run my credit because they did not have a lender lined up for financing. I told her my credit was being worked on and I cant afford another hit to my credit and they disregarded me and ran my credit any way a hard inquiry at that, which makes it more difficult to achieve the desired score Im working towards.

    these dealers that prey upon people that have sub par credit just to make some sort of high interest rate deals have to be stopped.

    I was texted by more than one of your employees, even the finance manager said that my credit was ran already and all I had to do was come out and pick out a vehicle (as stated in the text messages attached to this complaint) when I arrived at the dealership I felt uncomfortable and I was bounce around for 3 and half hours playing musical chairs by a individual called ***** then to go from being approved come pick out your vehicle to your approval amount is not enough to put you in a vehicle. I was misled and my time was wasted.

    We tried to get ************ Financed however there were a few issues that we were not aware of. ************ has child support as well as garnishments coming out of his paychech which lowers his monthly income that he submitted on his application. *********** also does not have a valid Drivers License.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      In text messages sent to me it was  stated that my credit was Already ran and I was approved come in get your vehicle. state law states that you do not have to have a license to purchase or own a vehicle only to drive one . I only have one thing coming out of my check that is child support the fact of the matter it they wasted my time on false promises to get me in a dealership to see if they could work on getting me a car but in all honesty they told me that I was already approved
