      I bought a badboy mower from rural king and needed somethings fixed on it under warranty. Then month later I go to pick it up. So I was given a bill for new battery which nothing was wrong with mine an oil change and filter hydro fluid and filters and blades sharped which I never ask for any of that. So I told them I wasn't paying for it and to put my old battery back in he says OK I'll switch them out so couple minutes later he comes back and says you can pick ur ******** around back. So I drive around back there set's my mower nobody around so I pull it on trailer still has same problem it had before. So I lift the seat new battery still in it so I pull the dip stick and it's dirty oil and filter so I look under it same dirty hydro filters so I look at the blades and same *********************** from last summer and these were all the things they was trying to charge me for that had not been done. I took pictures of everything. So I pull around front and call badboy and they are not happy with what rural king was trying to pull

      The store took care of the bill and didn't charge the customer for any of the work done and didn't hear any more from the customer.

      The customer has been contacted both by myself and the Store Manager.  The customer was thankful for the call and wanted to make everyone aware of the situation as he loves our store and shops there to this day.  Assured the customer that we will continue to look into this manner and that the next time he is in the store to do a meet and greet with Store Manager *********  The customer stated that he would do that and was very thankful for the call and follow-up.  No further actions were requested from the customer at that time.

      On 3/29/23 at your Chillicothe Ohio store. I am a Local Business Owner of 55 Year's. I will never shop again at any of your locations. The way I was addressed by your store manager on 3/29/23. Over a new Milwaukee grease gun. I'm not going into detail. You have policies as ,I do with my busimess. I am not going to social media or slam your store over this issue.       I was in Rural King in Beckley WV and I am tax exempt for my farm and I have been fighting with them for months about my tax exempt and nobody can fix anything when I have proof I was exempt. Also the rudest customer service in that store. I spend over $1000 or more everytime we are in the store and drive over a hour to the nearest store

      In March 2022 I bought a 550 UTV "buggy" from Rural King and did financing through Redstone federal credit union, My Payments were 200 a month alot of times i would pay 300 to get it paid off quicker . In November the "buggy" started making a noise in the rear end so i wanted to get it serviced before warranty ran out in march 2023 I got rural king and they said they were swamped and wasnt sure when they could get to it I said well i will give you about 5 weeks then call and see if you figured out what was wrong and when I did call the person said you will need to speak to a manager, The manager came to the phone and said the very day December 20th that we dropped off it was stolen we filed a police report and we have the people on camera. No one ever found the "buggy" and Rural King wants to know my expectations??? Really I want my money back or a new buggy . And now its March they still going back and forth on resolution please help

      I made a purchase on 2/24/2023 for the amount of $972.94 and received the conformation #*********. I have checked my emails regularly for a shipping conformation number but have never received one and just received an email on 3/10/2023 that what i was told was in stock at the time of order was not in stock and am told that my order has been canceled. Had i know that this was going to happen i would have ordered from somewhere else that actually had the items in stock that i was purchasing. The items that i was purchasing were on sale from other locations but i did not order because i had already purchased from RK guns. I now will have to purchase these items at regular price because of incompetence of RK guns with there terrible online orders. Why would a company say that they have something in stock and then turn around and say that what they say they had was really not in stock. This is terrible business edict. Im very appalled about this transaction and still am in shock that a company can be so terrible to make a purchase from. This is not the first time that this has happened from this company, i just thought that the last time was a fluke and didnt really complain because what i was purchasing that time was not on sale and i could get that else where. This is the last time that i will EVER purchase from this company. What a terrible company.

      On about 10-15-22 found hydraulic cylinder leaking backhoe. This is a warranty part in which they said would be replaced but after 3 to 4 talks with them sense 10-15-22 I still have no gotten my new hydraulic cylinder. 4 months is to long to wait on replacement part. This is a 25hp tractor front loader - backhoe.

      The BH6.7 hydraulic cylinder he required was out of stock in *******.  Due to supply chain problems still being felt from COVID shutdowns world wide it took 5 months to import more.  The part arrived at the store on 3/9/2On 3/13/23 ************** came to the store got the needed cylinder and left pleased it had arrived.  Note on Case " ******* came in Saturday and brought his leaking cylinder in to exchange for the new one, went home and repaired his Backhoe. Everything is working as it should, customer is satisfied case is complete."

       

      As a side not the store choose  to absorb the cost of the cylinder event though the backhoe warranty of 12 months was expired on 9/23/22 prior to this customer alerting us to the need on 10/15/22

      I have bought in total this year 30 chickens. ALL of which keep dying. I finally took one off to the vet for autopsy they said they were born with Infectious Bronchitis. I made sure it was nothing I had done as I provided them with electrolytes, clean and large brooder, probiotics. This is absolutely absurd and causing my family so much grief. I bought on 02/10/23 02/15/23 and 2/18/23. With a total of over 30 chickens in all. Yes they were separated as they came from different bins. I’ve NEVER had this problem. I would like a refund AT LEAST FOR ALL 30 chickens. This is not even including the autopsy or pain and suffering and extra out of pocket costs!

      On Dec. 10th, 2022 I made an online purchase of 7 guns. This was paid in full. Upon notification that the guns were delivered to my local store I made a trip to the store to pick them up and was harassed by an employee who kept questioning why I was buying multiple guns and i was refused the right to pick up my merchandise This seems like a violation of my rights as it was truly none of her business why i wanted guns as I am not a criminal & have my concealed carry permit. I told her I would call back to speak with the manager, and upon doing so realized they had already circled their wagons to cover each other's butts and the conversation was futile. After waiting on a call back from the manager and not getting it I asked for the district managers contact info. After speaking with him about not getting my guns he told me I could choose 2 of them. I was highly pissed and told him I didn't buy 2, I purchased 7, and if I couldn't get what I bought & paid for to issue me a refund. I asked 3 times for a refund. After waiting over 3 weeks with no refund I called the customer service at the home office and filed a complaint, and asked for my money to be returned. The lady said it might take a couple days for the refund and someone to contact me. It's been over another 2 weeks since I called the home office and I still have received no refund, no merchandise that I paid for, or a courtesy call back from the home office. I have never dealt with a company that had this much lack of regard for their customers. And the stress and headache this has caused me is beyond ridiculous. I want this situation to be resolved.

      Second time with this company for the same issue. I filed a complaint last year and now I have to do this again. I received a ******* 125 *** from this store in August of 2022 and in October of 2022 I had to return it due to yet again another issue with this type of ***. The store has kept the *** since and cannot get the part to fix it. Im sick and tired of dealing with company and this ***. They never have parts to fix it. It constantly breaks and sits at their shop for 3, 4 or 5 months at a time. I dont want a replacement. I dont want a new one. I want a refund. Poor product and poor customer service.
