      I made an online purchase for a gas push mower and a quart of oil on May 10th, 2024 to pick up at the *********, NC store. I chose same day pick and proceeded to the store that afternoon to pick up my purchase. The boy at the customer service counter couldnt find my online order ticket at first, then proceeded to tell me that he didnt believe that the push mower was in stock even though online it was. It was confirmed that the mower was out of stock and I asked for a refund since my card had already been charged. He said that he would cancel the order and my card would not be charged. The total amount was $217.67 and in fact WAS charged. I have tried MULTIPLE times to reach customer service by phone. Every single time I call, my call is disconnected. I reached out via email and got one response saying that my email was received and someone would contact me. I have had no one contact me. I am beyond aggravated at this point. Im receiving my credit card bill wanting payment for something I do not own. I want a refund of my money.

      Approximately 18 months ago I purchased a new car battery with a 60 month warranty . I paid ****** plus tax The battery went bad so I took it back to be replaced . The girl at the register told me to go back and get a new one . The new one was the same price. Then she told me that they would only give me ***** on the warranty towards the new battery. I told her this is unacceptable an explained to her that the battery still had 3 and 1/2 years of warranty on it. She called the manager and she said that's what the register tells her. This is nothing but theft by this company to not cover there warranty. They also need to train there staff to look at something besides what a cash register tells them .

      Mr. ************;did come into our store and wanted to return his battery.  He had no receipt and the cashier and ASM followed the  SOP per battery returns.  When we scanned the *** and serial number as it prompts in the system it told us the amount to give to the customer based on the serial number and when it was sold. 
      I will contact Mr. *******, have him bring in the battery and completed the refund myself.  I will give him the 65% by doing and override in the system.

      On 06/15/2024 I went to Rural King Store 117 in ********** *********. I purchased a Taurus G3 handgun Sku #: ********** for $279.99 plus $10 for a background check fee plus $27.30 in tax for a total of $317.29 which I paid cash for. On 06/18/2024 on rkguns.com I found the same Taurus G3 handgun with the same sku advertised for $239.99. I looked at Rural Kings Price Match Policy found at ********************************************************* Gun ad *********************************************************************************************** checked to ensure there were no restrictions or any reason I would not be able to get my very recent purchase price matched and I followed their own directions on their website to go to the physical store and show them my receipt and verification of the lower price. I was told the price match policy doesnt apply to firearms however theres nothing indicating such on the Rural King Website or nothing in store that shows that policy. I eventually got the store manager *** who was aggressive and demanded I look at him as he raised his voice scolding me saying the price match policy on the Rural King website applies to everything minus firearms. I point out theres nothing stating such online or in store and he eventually says he will refund me one time the difference pre tax and less a $12 delivery charge so $28.00. The manager insists Im returning the gun. Im not I want RK to honor their own price match policy. The cashier cant process this so Im told I can have a $28.00 Rural King gift card or nothing because their system wont let them refund the it any other way. I will not shop here again. I want them to honor their price match policy refunding the difference with tax in cash as thats how I paid. I will pick that up in store. Id like ********************** Corporate to call me, the regional/district manager responsible for the Crossville Store manager ***. He was hostile, rude and unprofessional. Id like an apology from him also.

      When we sell a weapon, it states on the form the consumer signed, that all sales are final. This is a Federal guideline that we adhere to very strictly. The only thing we can do is provide a store credit on a gift card.

      I had received an email and the gun I have been wanting was on sale for $150 off. Immediately I thought this was for the *** edition and this was an amazing sale. The original purchase price was ******, for a Springfield Hellcat *** 9mm and the sale price was ******. I ordered as fast as I could, the date 5/9/24. After processing and shipping to the store, I picked it up on 5/22/24. Yes I examined it for marks and defects, did I notice before I left the store that it was not the *** edition, no. Fast forward to 06/10/24 I receive another email sales email and now the gun I just purchased is on sale again but now its ******, with the original price being ******!! I could not believe what I seen. Same exact gun, same *** number. I called RK because I thought they would be able to tell me what happened or make it right since the gun I received was in fact, a cheaper version of what I thought I was purchasing. Im fine with keeping that since thats the product matching the *** number on my order. What Im not fine with is them not matching the sale price because Im just now catching it with the new sales ad they just released. I contacted them and they sent an email stating they could not issue a refund for the difference in price because it had been past 30 days. Also stating that the original price of the gun I got was $549.97, so now it has a third original purchase price. How is that possible?! I find that strategically convenient in their marketing. So I believe this is a case of false advertisement. I have attached the email from them and both sales ads for the same gun.

      I bought a roll of wire on the 6th. I've never received a tracking number and it's not here I want to know what's going on with it

      I purchased a firearm online and I tracked it to the store, and went to pick it up 3 days after delivery. The salesman said he never received the firearm, so I bought 1 in store and asked can I return the online purchase. The salesman confirmed and said I would have to call customer support to get a refund. Well it's been 2 weeks now of repeating calls to the store and customer support. I get a different response everyday about what's going on. Every time I called customer support I talked to the same person every time, but she pretends like I was talking to someone different on the previous call which is frustrating on its own. What's crazy is I just spent over $1500 in the store a week before this incident, but after this I wouldn't spend any more money here. I rather pay a crazy price for item willingly over having someone just take my money. And customer support has been lying the whole time "I was just about to send you an update email" 4 days later no email. And the store says they don't have any info on me or the gun, even though I have the person name who signed for it. So I can't pick it up or get a refund and something seems shady to me.

      For rkguns.com orders the firearm has to be checked into the store for the refund to be issued. Since the store had not done this the refund was delayed. The refund was able to be processed yesterday.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I understand about the firearm having to be checked in to receive a refund. My problem is your website states to allow 24hrs for it to be checked in and it's been over 3 weeks now. Every time I call the store, they says that they don't have any info on it. I was still patient after a week even with customer support hanging up on me, but still nothing. It pretty much seems like I'm being punished because no one wants to do their job. And I been told so many different things, I'll believe the refund when I receive it.

      Yes the policy is that the store has to check the order in. The store did not check in the firearm there for online was not able to process refund. The refund was processed for the customer.

      Placed online order 05/25/24. Received email 05/29/24 that order was canceled. Never received notification that order would be attempted to fill. Several days later $46.60 billed to credit card and no product. Same situation happened for .96 on 06/04/24. No product has been received and they never had my permission to refill or reship product. A canceled order should be a canceled order. Made several attempts via phone and email to have entire ordered stopped. Received one phone call and rep told me that they are several weeks behind on emails and phone calls. I have to now wait for someone to file a claim to track a package they claim was delivered. This company has poor business practices and extremely poor communication.

      I purchased a butane grill lighter on line using PayPal.The payment was processed by PayPal on 5/24/2024.It was debited from my checking account on 5/28/********** I may have missed an initial email, I have not received confirmation that the order is in process or an estimated delivery time.Instead, I have been receiving daily emails advertising Rural King, including you seemed interested in this item (the grill lighter), are you going to purchase it?I sent an inquiry from Rural king website and received a canned email response saying someone will take a look at this matter.To date, I have not received the item, I have not received a delivery estimate, or any personal response from the company rural king.I have been charged the price and shipping cost for this item.

      I bought hanging plants from rural king in *********, two days after purchasing they put them on sale from $14.99 to $9.99. I sent an email to customer service for a refund of the difference. They never returned my email.

      Good Morning, the order refund was requested on 5/4, per terms and conditions we have to have verification from the store location to process a refund. Once that was received a refund was issued to customer minus the shipping costs.
