****************. My mom with memory issues , in assisted living, has NO checkbook, credit card or computer managed to order a 2 dollar bill. She is now getting charged for a subscription. The are taking advantage of the Elderly! I have tried contacting by phone.. on hold for over an hour...left message to call and they called telling me they are closed and use a computer. She has no computer and the website is awful. I sent in the bill with a cancel order and had my mom sign it. Still got another bill. Was on hold on the phone and started to explain what had happened and they abruptly hung up on me after another hour wait on hold. I'm sending in the 2nd bill with a cancel order and my mom's signature. Sending registered mail. If that doesn't work I'm calling the Attorney General.

Having worked in global supply for 46 years, dealing with Bradford Exchange has been the absolutely my worst experience. I ordered two coins, received two coins and paid for two coins. Two more coins show up and I am billed again. I had to cancel my credit card and refuse payment. Two more coins showed up and and a letter from Bradford telling me I owe them for the second two. On the same day I received a bill from *. H . ****** Board of Directors telling me I owe another ******. I tried to work this out with their on line folks and they hung up. The worst supply chain I have ever dealt with.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULD, ORDERED ONE THING AND NOW AM BEING BILLED MONTHLY. I UNCHECKED THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX AND STILL AM ENROLLED IN IT. GOOD LUCK IN REACHING SOMEONE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND LET ALONE GET THIS RESOLVED. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I ordered a memorial garden stone for my friend following the death of her husband. Received confirmation with message that ***** would arrive 3rd week in April. Still has not been shipped. I checked status on their automated site and received message it would be shipped June 13th. I am beyond disgusted with this company and will NEVER order from them again.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

One of the worst websites to order from!!!!! Ordered in January and it kept delaying the shipping. First it said March, then it said April, and now it's saying June. With all of the bad reviews someone should have this company shut down!!! I Ordered this as a gift and now that's out the window, I have to buy something else. Bradford exchange is not a dependable website. Beautiful stuff but you probably won't receive any of it.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

EMAIL STALKERS THAT NEVER STOP I had an initial horrible experience. I have now requested to be removed from their email list over 50 times via email, chat and through their website. They send a ridiculous number of emails and continue to stalk you no matter how many times you request it to stop. DON'T GET SUCKED IN, YOU CAN NEVER GET OUT!!The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

As you can tell, in the hundreds of reviews below, there is a recurring issue this company has with unethical billing practices. They pictured single item in a product but sign you up for a subscription without telling you. The description of the product mentions that there's different issues of the product, but does not mention that purchasing one automatically signs you up for future issues (it's unclear based off their verbiage, it just mentions that there are several "issues" that you can get in he future), on top of picturing a single item (so no one even knows what to expect with future "issues". Furthermore, there is a lot of irony with giant "MADE IN *****" labels on top of the commemorative US military coins. This website is clearly designed with tricky billing practices in mind, targeting an older demographic (the product was specifically requested from a retiring marine general's wife), and I'm surprised there hasn't been any litigation yet.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Its my 15 year wedding anniversary and I decided to order my wife a ring. Nothing fancy but still something with meaning behind it. Ordered the Entwined in love couples ring. Added my and my wife's names on it. The ring arrived and it looks like a children's ring. The names on the ring are microscopic. Gave it to my wife and she put it on her pinky finger like an Italian mobster. An hour later one of the so called diamonds falls out. Reached out the Bradford Exchange via email a few times already with no reply. Scam Central over there. Not sure who they paid off to get those so called Top Seller awards but its a load of c***The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I purchased a collectible airplane for a birthday gift back in February. Unknowing that it was a subscription (apparently, I missed a box to uncheck). I was paying my credit card and noticed there were 2 additional charges on my account. ***************** refused to credit my account and wanted me to call the person and ask for them back. This entire experience has left me feeling that this company is deceitful and has unfair business practice. I will NEVER purchase anything again from Bradford Exchange because of this incident and I suggest you think twice before you purchase anything.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.
