BAD COMPANY to do business with. I was so excited to get my checks. The company did not print the **** code on my check. I called the company to make it right but was then threatened by their customer service. 1) They claim no responsibility for an online order placement. (Companies are responsible for ALL orders placed!). 2) They offered no fixing the issue or reprint to remedy the issue. 3) They threatened me with collection activity if I would dispute the charge and 4) they advised they would call my bank so that I could not use my checking account. STAY AWAY! I don't care how pretty their check is - go to another company who values you as a customer.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Yes, they have a good deal on bank checks, BUT watch out for their FREE shipping/rewards program offer. They will bill u $19/month forever if u don't cancel w/i 30 exactly.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I made an order online for a piece of jewelry on January 30th which took TWO months to arrive and when it finally did it was not as pictured. It looked cheap. I contacted customer service to return the item. I was told Id be sent a shipping label by email, which should happen right away but can take up to 24 hours. No email takes 24 hours to send so inevitably when it hadn't arrived after 24 hours I contacted them again and asked to attach to this email by simply replying. I got an email back saying a new one had been sent and that it may take up to 24 hours again. Its become clear to me that they're playing games as a stall tactic to continue charging me as they said I wont be refunded until the item is returned. I continue to receive marketing promotions every day and I have no problem receiving their customer service emails but the return label is mysteriously somewhere in ether. Stay away from this company. The products are cheap. The shipping times atrocious and the customer service is terrible.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Beware of Hidden Subscriptions and Deceptive Practices I feel completely misled by the Bradford Exchange. I ordered what I believed was a single decorative glass bird, only to find out after the fact that they had signed me up for a monthly subscription without my clear consent. Each bird costs a significant amount, and I was never clearly informed that Id be billed regularly. After receiving a second bird unexpectedly, I reached out to let them know I would be keeping it. Instead of acknowledging that or addressing my concerns, they simply sent a return label and claimed everything was canceled completely ignoring what I said. This kind of deceptive marketing disguising a subscription as a one-time purchase is unacceptable. It feels like they count on people not reading the fine print and then make it inconvenient to cancel. I will not be ordering from them again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before buying anything from this company.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I ordered an eagles ring in January for my daughters birthday in February. Received notification that the ring would be delivered between March 14 and March 28. Called Bradford exchange the week of March 28th because I had not received any notification. I was advised at that time that it would definitely be shipped by the 28th. In checking my account on March 31st, there was a notification stating order status, order received and will arrive by Thursday, May 8. Spoke with Bradford exchange again on April 1, 2025 and was advised item is still on backorder. As disappointed as I am, I advised the Bradford exchange to cancel the order. Terrible company that could not produce the product all these months and still continues to advertise the ring for sale on their website and it is not available.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I wish I had gone on here and read everyone's messages before I ordered anything from The Bradford Exchange. Just like everyone else, I am getting scammed out of money, and don't bother replying to this review with the usual "please call or send an email" because I've done it all and I still haven't gotten my money back. I ordered the Christmas scene with Santa and the manger back in November. They don't tell you how many payments it is or how long it will take to pay it off. I just found out today that I paid $78 for a tree skirt! The ornaments were also $78 for a small box that I returned because I didn't want them, but someone from their company told me not to open it but write "return to sender". Needless to say they haven't received it yet, so I probably won't get my money back for those. This is a warning to everyone, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Ordered a die cast and didn't know I was getting a subscription. Called to cancel and they assured it was and sent E-mail confirming. Billed again the next month. Called again and billed again 3X. I've disputed twice with my ********** and they are going to try and block. If not I will cancel my card. Icing on the cake was, they also sent me a bill in the mail for same amount, which went in the garbage. Terrible company. I'm tempted to send them a bill for my time! Will never do business with this company ever again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Ordered a bills necklace for the wife. Just something small but knew shed like it. Purchased on 12/15/24 and item was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. It is now 27 Mar 25 and I still haven't received the product but the credit card has been charged. Shipping now shows its been sitting in ***** for 10 days after sitting in original IL facility for 8 days before moving. Emailed customer service and have never received a response. I chose ONE STAR because it won't allow me to leave ZERO or negative stars. I ordered a personalized "My Daughter, My Joy" figurine on Feb 27th to be sent to my girlfriend's daughter for her birthday. Initially it said that it should be received by Mar 27 (TODAY). NOW it says May 7. I checked the order for accuracy, called customer service (That was a joke, I could barely understand them) who said they couldn't tell me what the hold up is and that there was no one that can tell me what the hold up is, though they DID confirm that the item is in stock. They told me I just have to wait. For $111, including shipping; I find that totally unacceptable. I have ordered from the Bradford Exchange in the past with no issues. Unless this is resolved TODAY (I am on hold AGAIN) I will not be ordering from you again. Also; there seems to be an issue as to the correct number to call for customer service? The number listed when I did a ****** search is not the same as the number listed on their FB page and is different from the number listed on their website as well. So, in all, they have 3 different numbers for their so-called customer service.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.
