      I ordered something for my mother last year on dec 2021 they recharge me saying I have a subscription on Dec 2022 I blocked and seen they have scammers saying under this profile you have a subscription which are lies .they automatically add you in without your consent and start charging you never again subscription charges are the next big wave dont fall for it sad really like the products but not the scam with customer service from over seas

      This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Getting in touch with someone is borderline impossible, and they do NOT do what they say will do. Crooks is what they are! An example: I made the horrible mistake of ordering a coin collection from them, they send a new coin once a month. Sounds great, right? Until Id go a few months without a coin. Finally I got a notice that your coin collection is complete! while missing 5-6 coins. I spent at least a month trying to get in touch with them via email and phone, to no avail. Finally I got someone on the phone and they said well it shows it was delivered. We can send out one replacement. Excuse me? Okay I guess. I had six missing coins at this point. I told the guy on the phone I would be happy to pay for them as they came in, and notified my CC company its fraud from here on out. Because it is, they are charging me for goods never received, and automatically. Fast forward 6 months and they sent the bills to collections. I spoke with the collection agency and they said they are aware of severe issues with Bradford Exchange and to honestly not worry about it. I will continue to try and resolve the issue with Bradford, but nothing can happen if they dont answer their phones! The ball is in their court. I will post reviews on any and all websites possible about this organization. Horrible horrible horrible.

      Absolutely infuriated!!!!!Ordered a gift for my mother. Heart set on this gift- already pricey for me. Got it delivered today and its the completely wrong item. Assumed customer service would assist in sending out correct item. NOPE! They want to charge me again or process my return completely before sending it out.aka missing Christmas completely. THIS WAS THEIR ISSUE and the fact that they are unwilling to correct it for me in a timely manner before the holiday is outrageous. Their protocol is terrible and I will never buy anything from them again. This gift is supposed to come monthly for seven months and now Im afraid it wont be correct ever and Im contemplating completely canceling my order and finding her a new gift. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

      Ad for True meaning of Xmas stated option of full payment, or two installments. Paid in full and was charged every month $38 dollars . on credit card. After stopping all payments am now receiving collection notices. Have heard several of same thing happening to others.

      These people suddenly changed the price of my subscription out of nowhere and I have not gotten the item their charging for for 2 months. I reached out to "customer service" 3 times before they answered and got a lie then a bs answer. Do not trust this company, the fine print or their costumer service reps.

      I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering from this company. THE BRADFORD EXCHAGE is such a well known name that I wasn't concerned. Was I ever wrong! I had ordered a *********************** water globe as a Christmas present. Their site showed that it "shipped," yet there was no movement of the item. After a week of this, I called THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE and inquired about it. I was told they were having problems with *** but the item would arrive. After several more days I called back and they said that they would reship it, but it would arrive after Christmas! No thanks! Now I'm waiting for a refund which should prove to be interesting! I'll never deal with this company again!

      Ordered a ring on 12/01 .Bradford claims Ordered on the 7th.$$ withdrawal on the 1st. Charged ***** for shipping. My ring is sitting in **** with no date of me receiving the ring. I will never order anything from this unreliable organization again!! Called customer service and never got a response back!

      This Company has not stood up to their standards of service. I have ordered trains....multiple times I have gotten wrong train I keep sending back . On the phone today trying to understand why I could get no assistance. 3 operaters hung up on me. I specifically talked my order out thoroughly with operater she assured me it would come. Now I'm getting double charge for same items I have spent over 500 hundred dollars with this company and all set up but the train I need for it to move or any I don't have. Not really understanding but I believe this s fraudulent Company. Then when u get trains from picture site the tracks are different then what's offered...Service is really Crummy and Can barely understand Operaters due to static and misunderstanding or pronunciation. I tell people now don't order I want again and out of 500 plus dollars...

      I ordered a model train with a locomotive and coal car, a freight car, a caboose and a circular section of track. I promptly received the locomotive an coal car. Then a few weeks later I received a section of track. Then more track than was advertised. Then more track. Then a gondola car which was not part of the order. Then more track. Then a flatbed car that was not what I ordered. And then more track. As you can see, I am receiving bills for merchandise I did not order and have not received what I ordered.E-mails and phone calls have gone unanswered.

      A year ago I ordered an item as a gift and was recently charged $113 for a subscription plan that I never agreed to nor would I have knowingly signed up for. When reviewing the item I purchased the only thing listed about a subscription plan is a link that says 'subscription plan' that does not bring you to any further information regarding it. my friend also had the same thing happen to her where she was billed for a subscription plan she did not agree to or want. I wish I searched the reviews for this company before purchasing from them seeing as this has happened to a lot of people and is completely unethical. I would never purchase from this company again and I would advise anyone who does to make sure they watch their transactions to make sure they're not being billed for things they did not agree to.
