      Worst company ever!!!Worst company ever!!!! Do Not Ever Buy From Here. Ordered a gift for my wife on the 22nd of November, my card was charged immediately. They created a shipping label for it with *** on the 23rd but never shipped it out. The invoice said the package would arrive between November 30th and December 6th. On the 6th I talked with *** and they informed me that even though a label was created the package was never given to them. I called Bradford exchange and basically they could of cared less ( great customer service there people). All they wanted to do was offer to refund. When I explained to them that my wife had her heart set in this gift it was like they didnt care. They told me they do a replacement but it would take 5 business days just to put the replacement order in, they another few weeks before I received the package. H*** I could of drive down to ********** and bought it in person as long as its taking them, and thats over 650 miles away. Moral of the story isIf you want something delivered on time.. Dont Buy From Bradford Exchange Plus: s as everyone can see Im sure Im going to get the same automated response that everyone else got.very sorry to hear that please respond to email blah blah blah

      On 11/10/22 I placed an online order for one Personalized **** Half Dollar Coin for a total order amount of $33.06. My payment was completed using PayPal. This is the only order I have recently completed with your company and the only order I should have been billed for. Upon reviewing my emails on 11/11/22, I found that I received two order confirmation emails from you and that a second order was placed at the exact same time for a Bradford Bullion One Ounce Silver Round Coin I did not authorize second order yet I was charged $109.24. I contacted Customer Support on 11/11/22 to advise that this order is not valid and should be cancelled immediately. I was advised by the rep that it could not be cancelled because it had already been released. The only option was to receive the order then return the item for a refund. Upon looking at my PayPal account history, the second order showed up as a Preapproved Automatic Payment which I cancelled immediately. I did not sign up for any subscriptions or special offers with this company. I received the unauthorized item on 11/17/2022 and contacted customer support again on 11/18/2022 to obtain a return shipping label. I immediately repackaged the unopened item in a new envelope, affixed the shipping label and dropped it off at my local post office.As of 12/05/2022, I am still waiting for a full refund. Their return slip indicates it could take up to 30 days from the date of return for the return to be processed in our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for a refund check or credit to your credit card to be processed, if a refund is due. This is completely ridiculous for this company to create fraudulent orders, take your money, then make people have to go through hoops of waiting to get their money back. Definitely will not be buying from here again!

      I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered 4 items from *********************** Galleries and promptly received two, so I was initially optimistic. I waited for confirmation of the remaining two payments/shipments for about a week and made a call. After waiting 20 or so minutes, I opted to have a call back-which I never received. I then sent an email with no response. I then sent a ******** message with no response. I called again and finally got through, authorized payment, and was promised products would ship in two days. I also magically got a ******** and email response after this call. However, I still never received any written indication I ever spoke with anyone. A week later, still nothing- no charges pending on my bank account or any type of email stating my products were paid for or shipped. Now its too close to Christmas to receive my product on time so after waiting 40 minutes on the phone, I got through to cancel my order. Ive yet to receive any type of verification that I spoke to anyone today, so we will see how this turns out. Very disappointed in the terrible customer service. I thought surely ordering a month before Christmas would be ample time, especially given they guaranteed that at my time of purchase. I will never purchase from here again and will encourage others not to as well.

      I was confused about what I was really getting as part of my subscription, but I went with it. Bradford Exchange has been pretty good about not charging me for things I didn't receive, but there is a lot of confusion right now for pieces I have not received, and I can't get an answer from customer support. The emails are very short and do not provide an answer to the question I am asking. I keep trying to clarify, but they keep answering different questions. PLUS it takes at least 2 days every time I send a new email. The people on the back end are definitely not spending the time to complete the diligence needed to provide good customer service. I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

      I just ordered address labels from The Bradford Exchange and they told me it will take 15 days to get my address labels with the only shipping option they have and a Supervisor told me The Bradford Exchange has been in business for 50 years and you would thank being in business that long they would have more then one speed to ship thing's to you like a legit company would. I wouldn't waste my time or Money with The Bradford Exchange ever again and the only reason I gave them one star is for people to read my review. Please don't waste your time or money on a company that doesn't include more then one shipping option after being in business for 50 years.

      I got sent a bill for something I never received. I thought, maybe it hasnt come yet. So I waited. Nope. It NEVER CAME. And they only sent me half of something else I paid for. Now they are threatening me with multiple letters to pay for something they NEVER SENT ME. This company is such a RIPOFF.

      Do not order. They are thieves. They will keep charging your credit card for things you did not order. Good luck calling them they will just argue and not help you. This place needs a nice class action law suit.

      I ordered something by mistake and followed the recommended email process to adjudicate. Didnt work. No response. They fulfilled the order anyway even after my email response to cancel. They are not reputable.

      The Bradford Exchange won't stop taking payments even after you email (since they don't take phone calls) to stop. Have coin sets that are complete now and now after each set has been completed they are sending me the same set and then charge double per each set. Place is a rip off and ill never do buisness with them again. I'd stay away if you're even thinking about buying from them
