Bradford Exchange has the worst coustmer service I can not get them send me a return label and the link they send doesn't even work . First of *** never even approved the sale they just took it out .BE WARE BRADFORD EXCHANGE IS A TOTAL SCAM IWAS CHARGED 180.DOLLARS . For a mickey ***** purse I did not approve.

Horrible experience, purchased a peanuts calendar as a Christmas present for my mother. The calendar date pieces we accidentally thrown away with the packaging. We called customer service and they said no problem and would send a replacement at no charge. Two months went by with several follow up calls and finally the date tiles arrived. They had the nerve to send some cheap cardboard tiles instead of the solid nice ones that originally came with the calendar. For all the money these people charge WOW is all I can say. I gave up and kept quite. But then after receiving the 12 months of ****** priced figures, they continued to send stuff and bill my credit card. Called and asked for a credit and they said no!!! not until the pieces were sent back. Never again will we deal with these people and we will make sure to share our experience with anyone who considers this company. Several months of trying to get a different size for dog jacket which was paid in full, and it has been constant errors and hours on hold and have spoken to various reps and supervisor and they are no closer to understanding or solving the problem .The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I placed an order for personal checks with Bradford exchange. The total on the checkout page was $30.88. I submitted the order and nothing changed. As far as the price goes. I checked my checking account and there was a debit from them for $70. I inquired by email why the charge was more than double. They stated that I had purchased from them five years prior. So I was un-eligible for the special pricing. Now, before I hit the submit order button and after I hit the submit order button, there was nothing stating that I was going to be charged 70 freaking dollars for checks. They said go back and read the fine print. So I did. And yes it does say in small print that if you are not eligible that you would be charged full price. First of all it was hard to see. Second of all, when I hit submit order I should have gotten a notification stating that I was ineligible for the showing price and going to be charged full price. Price. I would not have ordered because what idiot would pay $70 for some personal checks. It's still says $30.88 on that page. I took the screenshot. They refused to refund even the difference. I'm willing to pay for what I ordered. All I am asking for is the dishonest difference that they stoled from me.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

The items were sent and beautiful but not as it was shown. I bought a forever rememberance ring that should multiple diamonds across the upper band but when I removed the ring it was only twisted metal and only two small diamonds next to the large diamond.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

In a word RIPOFF, this company is alike going down a very Dark Rabbit Hole, they refuse to answer phones, answer any emails, just frustrate the h*** out of you in hope you will give up, they have the $$$$ so they just ignore your existence.Just for those that think its service below *** from Bradford reply with Hello, I am sorry for any concerns you have with The Bradford Exchange Rewards Program. Please email us at customer_inquiry bgeltd.com with your order information so we can help. -*** (hard give out the @ as it wont accept)NO Such email, it jumped back as no such tread, again they answer on here but its BS. Just Mislead the ones reading, the above is c*** no such email again.Mark (BRADFORD EXCHANGE) is BS, sent form to get order reshipped and it states in 'RED' a **************** Person will contact within 48hrs....LIES no one ever contacted phone or email.Its a SCAM They take your $$$ no product, no communication just put there heads in sand, they have the money don't care.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I ordered the lighted christmas/ nativity scene on 11/ 2021. It is now 11/2022 and I still do not have all the parts. It was not as nice as the online pics. Made very "crappy!". Will never order from them again.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Dont order checks from Bradford Exchange. They misspelled design on my checks. The routing number on my deposit slip is incorrect and are completely unusable. They refused to do anything about it. I will never order anything from them again. Their customer service stinks.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I reviewed the online ad and started to make an order and as I read I realized this was a on going subscription and continual payments for something that I would no longer want. So prior to completion of my on line order I shut down the order form and my computer. Technically, and legally, cancelling my order. I next found that my credit card was charged. I had explained this matter to my credit card company who canceled my charge and refunded me. I thought the nightmare was over only to see the charge card payment come out again, and again my card refunded me. I sent correspondence to The Bradford Exchange saying I didnt complete the order and closed in down they then said they shipped a coin and demanded payment. I never received any coin now they are threatening my credit standing. This must be a scam.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Yes a scam. Way over priced coins. Plus half way through a set, they start sending the same coins you received but severly warn ( supposed to be non circulated) plus there double billing. Better off buying locally. I cant see how these crooks been in business so long. NEVER will I or anybody I know will do business with them.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.
