      i dont write many reviews but i feel i have to about the bradford exchange worst customer service ever? i think their overseas i could not even understand what she was saying took over a month for them to return my money and had to contact paypal! thank god for paypal or i would have been screwed

      SCAM. Sent checks with no account number, only the routing number. These ********************** bounced and Bradford refused to replace them.

      If I could give this company a big fat zero, I would. I will never buy another thing from them again. I ordered a Commemorative plate, and it hasn't come yet. It is the 17th of November. The tracking number shows it will be delivered on the same day I checked every day for the last two weeks, by 7PM. Trying to get a refund for something that is not delivered and is clearly lost in transit, is like pulling teeth from this company. I have ordered things from them before without any issues, but one issue, and it is like a ***************** trying to get them to just give you the refund. I will not buy one more thing from them. I will find another company to buy from at this point. *************

      I ordered 1 coin. That is it. The coin was fine. Probably not worth the price, but it was *****************************, so there's that. Anyway, I received another package and wondered why.... after seeing the reviews, I understand that I was, unbeknownst to me, placed in a membership club???? I'm on hold with the company now (20 min on hold).

      They trick me to subscribe to their over priced coin collections. I was tricked into thinking it just one discount coin but turn out it is subscription with 12 or more payment. When I stop payment they called debt collector to collect money for the part they haven't send. Prepare lawer to *** this greedy company

      This is a terrible company. Please don't buy anything. Think twice. I have requested the fraud ***** at my credit union to look into this company. They took #3 unauthorized payments from the card on file for my coin collection. I have called and told them each has been $25.14 each month. Eleven months of invoices I have as my proof. They will steal your money. Making unauthorized payments is stealing. Doubling the payment is stealing. I'm hoping the fraud department will put an end to this once and for all. Look how many people have been ripped off here. Read what they said.

      Can I give zero stars? They are trying to prey on old people! It is completely unclear from the site that you aren't ordering the whole set OR that it signs you up for additional packages to be paid for and sent later. I am a software administrator and I didn't realize. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of people. I am on hold now trying to get a refund for my grandma.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. This has been an ongoing issue with them that Ive had for YEARS. It seems the issue I have with them is the same issue everyone else has had and its amazing to see that no one could ever get a response from them until a review is posted on the BBB. I placed an order for a nativity set in November of 2019 to have by Christmas, then it was delayed and I didnt even receive it until almost May of 2020. What I did receive didnt look anything close to the set that I ordered. Then I found out I was automatically entered into a subscription that they dont even make you aware of, because I received another package months later of another part of this set that I did not order. Because they break up the payments, I immediately cancelled my card that was being charged before they could charge me the last portion. Long story short, I have spent the last, almost 3 years, trying to get this issue resolved. I have called many times, tried to contact them via email several times, and tried to cancel my account with them. I havent received a single response back. Instead, I just get notifications of an outstanding debt (even though Ive tried to send back what they automatically shipped to me). They eventually turn you over to a debt collector to make sure they get their scam paid for. This is an absolutely terrible company that has zero customer service and is just out to get your money. I have warned family, friends, and strangers never to buy or purchase anything from this company, and I will continue to do so. Please take your money and spend it at another business other than the Bradford Exchange. I promise its not worth the years of headaches you get from dealing with this company.
