      The Bradford exchange has a rewards program that they put you in automatically. It charges you $14.95 a month. When I realized what they had done I called and they cancelled it but would not return the 2 months of payments. They did say they would research it and someone would call me back but no call and when I called back they said sorry it was very clear what you were getting into. Very poor customer service and I think they do this to a lot of people . No one would pay $14.95 for a rewards program. I guess it might be a small box that checked and if you dont uncheck it you are in trouble. What a scam.

      ************* Ordered 1 ***************************** coin from ******** Ad and they entered me into a subscription which is nearly impossible to cancel. Nothing on their website on how to cancel and emails go unanswered. Plus the 1 coin I did order was never delivered and says it on 3 month backorder.

      I received a nightmare before Christmas snow globe which did not come with the cord so I have to buy batteries for it. Which is fine but that's not what it said when I bought it. Then I am looking at the bottom of it where the volume is and it looks like the whole piece has been glued.

      I have communicated with the Bradford Exchange regarding their continuing mailings and packages to my Mother. She is 96 and is experiencing cognitive impairment. They have in my opinion taken advantage of her by sending duplicate items, and simply will not stop even though I have asked them multiple times to remove her from all mailings. I just want them to stop!

      I made a order for a birthday present. The object was used once and was broken after one use I called today and after asking for a superviser 4 times I finally was given to a person who said he was a supervisor. he gave me the same run around which took over one hour and them talking over to me and not willing to make any changes untill I told them I did not need them to do this behavior and how ruid they were. ****** got tired and hung up and only hoping they get things right for me. Time will tell and if you read several of complaints on this page the answer they send backj is the same like Hello, I am very sorry to learn that you have had issues with your order and would like to assist you.       If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a water globe train set from them starting in 2019, which was five pieces. I received my 5 pieces & then asked them to cancel the account as there were only 5 pieces in the set. The only way you can get your account canceled is by emailing or calling. I emailed them several times requesting to cancel my subscription & be pulled out of their system. That was when the two year nightmare began. They started sending me bills claiming I owed them different ranges of money. One time it was 40 another time ************************************************************************************************************************************** they would take care of the issue because I owed them ***************** was being sent anymore. They promised multiple times they would take me out of their system. I became so frustrated with the company I even tried sending them a check just to get them to stop. They returned the check & when I talked to a representative they claimed there was no charges on my account. Two years later ** still receiving letters from ********** Ive received a letter from a collection agency. NEVER and I mean NEVER buy from them! Their business is shady & they try to take money from you.

      **** l you are a scam company I order 1 lantern and you keep sending me more did not order I returned theses lanterns I have not yet received I refund so it seems to me you sure just going to keep my money 300and I see you have shipped another with ou my approval bad business will never order from you again and I will let the word out do not order from you ripe off place

      I have had to call them over a half dozen times to get my mother off their list. She is receiving items she didnt ask for and more then 6 mail items a day.

      I asked them back in August to stop sending me mail. On August 18th, they sent me an email stating that their mailings are prepared in advance and mailings should stop in a couple of weeks. Again, today, I have received a catalog. We are getting close to 2 months never mind 2 weeks. I have purchased from them in the past and had no complaints (although I don't care for their subscriptions because you get ripped of on shipping), but their refusal to remove me from their mailing has changed my mind about any future purchases. I have informed delivery because I have MS so I like to know if I have to waste my time going to my mailbox. Since I have been a victim of fraud, I remove anything with my name and address on it even if it is just a mailer. I am well aware on how to order from them, but I won't in the future since their customer service does not respect customer wishes.

      Website is very misleading! You dont get whats in the picture like you are lead to believe. You get one piece at a time and the rest is charged per month until the issue is complete. It also leads you to believe that theres only four issues yet when I call to buy the rest of the issues theres really 16 issues. It says nowhere on the site how many issues you will be receiving. Consumers lingo is per item not issue! Tried to get four issues at once but they will be shipped separately, so your taxes on each one and paying for shipping on each one! Very disappointed and so is the rest of my family!
