***** was so helpful in helping our family come up with a plan to keep our membership after some financial loss . I did not want to really cancel and he assisted in a way that we could still continue the service and be protected against unexpected repairs. This is a company that cares!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!*************. I paid monthly premiums for 3 years on a 5 year contract. Had my first car issue and they did everything they could to avoid paying for the repairs. They told me I couldnt listen to the guidance of the professionally trained mechanics at the dealership to advise me when various services needed to be done. I should have been telling the mechanics what they needed to do. Im telling everyone I know to avoid them.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

The company has zero service. The mechanic is part of their approved list of mechanics. He got them to answer the phone a month or so ago and setup a claim, but they will not answer their phone in any kind of reasonable/timely manner and have NO WAY setup to communicate with the mechanic other than phone call. I, the auto that needs repaired, have called and after ***** minutes on hold found out that they have a claim setup but they would not discuss any of the details with me, only with the mechanic. HOWEVER, they do not answer when he calls and do not return calls if message is left. This has been going on for over a month.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
