      My name is ********************* Claim # AMI640923. I am emailing you regarding a Car Accident that occurred in my vehicle ******* Santa Fe on May 26 2022. Since that day, I was given a rental with Enterprise reservation number YK2QF3. The reservation was given until July 2nd under AllStates authorization. I have attempted to contact my AllState Advisor numerous times since May 26. I was finally able to get through on June 7th, where *********************************** was my assigned advisor after receiving an email. I responded to her email promptly and sent her numerous voice mail messages and have gotten no response to this day. Upon my surprise I was informed *********************************** is no longer employed by AllState. Not a single advisor has reached out without me having to call first. Through numerous days and weeks of empty worded responses. I have even encountered one of your advisors yelling at me and telling me "It is your fault" and "we cannot extend the rental because it is your fault" numerous times after explaining to her that the parts of my car's repairs are on backorder (can be verified through CarPros), and that is why I still require an extension on my rental vehicle.I have finally been able to get a hold of my advisor by the name of ***************************** on June 30th 2022. (I only recieved her name because I asked another advisor to provide me this information). I have still not recieved a response, but I sent her a voicemail on June 30th. This is an extremely frustrating and stressful time, and AllState has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I should not be the one to constant reach out and try to find answers when I pay a premium to a company that provides "quality customer service". I require an extension of my rental.

      Signed up for a 6 month policy June 20, 2022 to go in effect June 27, 2022. Bank information and all appropriate documents were exchanged, my bank was debited over a week later, with the policy stating "****** your first month payment followed by five (5) additional installments of $191.xx". A technical hiccup occured company-wide June 22, 2022, and my account was both unable to be adjusted or accessed, however, at least 12 individuals at Allstate and in overseas Text Chat ASSURED my wife and I that we had an active policy. I had paid the first month's payment, I had received temporary Insurance ID cards that stated my policy was IN EFFECT June 27, 2022 through December 27, 2022. Finally on July 12, 2022, the app and my policy issues were fixed and the Allstate App showed my policy in effect, but also "Policy Ended July 29, 2022" and a PAST DUE of $35.65. I contacted AllState the morning of July 13, 2022, and was told by a representative that "I technically have a terminated policy, but some customers choose to use semantics and use the end date of July 29, 2022 as meaning they have insurance still. However, you have a balance due for the first month of $35.65 which will be deducted after you receive your deposit refund". Deposit? It clearly stated that was payment 1 of 6 for my six (6) month premium. AllState then claims they won't begin the refund until after July 29, 2022, even though they cannot verify that I even have an active insurance policy at all with them. My refund should be from the July 12, 2022 Policy Termination date, and I already paid my first month premium but they claim that was merely a "deposit". Policy #: *********

      I purchased a protection plan with mt couch through Amazon. The protection plan is with AllState. The account that it was purchased on is a different email address that I no longer have access to. I went to file a claim and when I call in, it states to file online which can't be done because it will only look up the plan by email address. I chatted with their customer service and was told to call in since I had the plan ID to get the email changed. They told me they couldn't do it, sent me to a supervisor and the supervisor sent me an email to fill out. Filled the email out and got a response that it was attached to a different email and to file a claim with that email. Explained that's why I was reaching out and keep getting put back into loops.

      We have had home owners insurance over 20 years. Pipe broke and fooded my downstairs studio and garage and bathroom. They could not get their people out imediatly so we called a compant foer the extraction.They told us we had to get estimates so we did, Now I guess they think we are gouging or somthing so they said their people will come out. I said thank you . I did not need akll this stress to begin with.Well now no one is coming but they want us to chase down more estimated and information.This is not right . We have oaid then all these years. Help please!

      All State Claim:My vehicle broke down on 06/27/20**. I called On-Star to towed my vehicle. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver towed my car wrong. In doing so, he damage the drive-train of my 2013 Cadillac XTS. A claim has been done by ************************* (Damage Mediation Consultant). Claim No# **/026362. ****** email me on 07/06 for a few details of the incident. I email him back and the Caliber Auto Shop also sent him pictures. The adjuster will not respond to any call or email messages. Due to my vehicle is broke down I was trying to get a loaner car because I'm without a vehicle at this time. All State has completely ignore me in this incident. In addition, All State also stated that this is a different claim and they are not able to help me. Therefore, I been getting the run-around and its not fair for the customer to endure this treatment!

      Allstate/Squaretrade has consistently made promises since March of 2022 to send me a reimbursement check for repairs on a mobile device that I had insured through Squaretrade. They had me upload the same information three to four times and promised to have a check to me each time in five to seven business days each time, they had the wrong address twice (which I corrected both times via email) they have bungled this process beyond believability for a national organization like Allstate. When I called last month and spoke to the manager or supervisor, I requested a full reimbursement for the utter incompetence, worst customer experience I have EVER had, and the inconvenience and bungling up of this process. I was told that they were sorry and that I would receive full reimbursement for the actual purchase of the phone as well. Now my insurance coverage was over at the end of July and I still do not have the payment that was promised, so it is my assumption that they do not plan to follow through with reimbursement and I am filing a complaint regarding blatant negligence and fraud.

      I canceled my policy with Allstate on 05/10/2022. When I canceled the policy, I was informed that I would get a refund for around $125.00. After 3 weeks, I called Allstate to inquire about my refund and was told the refund would be $83.58 and the check has been mailed. After a few more weeks, I called again due to no refund. I was told the same thing over the next couple of calls. I also requested a supervisor give me a call with each call after this with no response. I called at the end of June and I was then told the refund was never sent and a billing investigation has been opened. I asked about the investigation and she advised me the company would be sending me to collections over an unpaid **** of $5.36. The agent advised she would have the refund sent out within 24 hours minus the **** of $5.36. My mobile app was advising my account has a credit of $37.75 so I inquired about that amount at well. The agent was unable to advise me on the credit and requested I wait till June 27, 2022, for the billing investigation to be completed and I would get a call. I called on June 28, 2022, and was told the billing investigation was closed with no action. I was advised of the refund, the **** due, and no info on the credit again. I requested a supervisor again. The agent advised she would have her supervisor call me, open a new billing investigation, and mail out the refund.It is now July 12, 2022, and I still have not received a refund or a call. I called this morning and was told the supervisor would be calling me before the end of the day today Eastern time. It is now 9 pm Eastern time and I never got a call, a resolution, or a refund. I am requesting assistance in getting my refund and preventing the 3-month closed account from being sent to collections due to their incompetence. Thank you.

      We had a storm damaged roof, Allstate adjuster and a contractor both agreed that it should be replaced. but Allstate refused and said it can be repaired.we tried ,but it needs to be replaced.Claim # *********** *********************** claim adjuster **********

      Allstate has the worst customer service of any ********************** I have ever encountered. When trying to call the toll free numbers for Allstate, ************ or ************, you are routed to a digital mailbox instructing you to log onto the website and use chat. When attempting to use chat, they inform you that they are unable to help and direct you to a different site. I need to get insurance information, ID Cards and documents, but there is nobody that you can physically speak to, or email, to request the information. After spending hours a day, for several days this past week, I am contacting the BBB to see if there can be any resolution and a telephone number where I can actually speak to a human.

      Deceptive claims process:I called Alstate claims *********** for hail storm damage to my skylight. I was advised to keep it from getting worse. I told the first roofer who estimated cost on skylight and he told he tacked down a few shingles. Later, they sent their site examiner and the claims analyst *************************** ext1213073 (6/15) said there were no lifted shingles near skylight and that they would not pay claim and insinuated that the skylight was due to my negligence. I appealed and she then paid for some roof shingles, gutters, screens and interior damage. I spoke with her manager, **** Drenco (?spell) 6/19 ext#******* he listened and never called me back. I tried again to be heard and was advised that the answer was no but she released depreciation funds. 7/1 voicemail she explained that the skylight damage was because it was improperly installed. The skylight was 22 yrs old and never leaked before? I am perplexed. I paid my homeowners insurance premiums for over 22 yrs. I did not expect Allstate to stoop to tricking me!! I admit that at 70, I am an easy target. I just want what I paid for these last 22 yrs, my skylight paid for. It cost $1,126.22 I am uploading this invoice and the latest written correspondence. I saved it all, including voicemail and texts. Please assist. I have NOT cashed checks

      Allstate assigned a customer advocate who works for them, of course they insist they are right. They have it packaged well toake whatever decision they want and that's it!
      It is ok apparently to trick your customers.
