      Allstate is a joke, I called them to cancel my policy on 8/13/2022 it is now 8/16/2022 and I wake up to my account negative 300$ can you guess why? ** Allstate customer service is trash and made me wait 15 minutes on hold and told me they canceled my policy that was on August 13th 2022 they told me it takes 24hrs to cancel I understood but then 3 days later they charged me I had to call back and shocker never canceled my policy just stealing my money lets hope this time my policy is actually canceled and not gonna charge me another 300$ randomly

      Allstate is one of the worst companies Ive dealt with in a very long time. Their employees are programmed to lie to their customers to obtain perks and points in their system. Agents purposely target you into believing lies and use scare tactics to corner you. ************************* lied to me and left me in the dark with my claim. And is now ignoring my calls and using his puppet ***************************** as his messenger to communicate with me. NEWS FLASH- these are regular employees hired to scare me. My ACTUAL INSURANCE AGENT *************************** has not contacted me ONCE and its been almost one MONTH my vehicle was stolen from me. You guys are WHACK!!! Please work for the ****

      YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS! We have been with Allstate for 34 years home and auto, only 1 other time filed a claim on our homeowners' policy and that was 30 years ago. Major storm went through our town and a very large oak tree fell on our Barn. It has been 2 full months since and Allstate is no closer to settling the claim as they were the day it happened. We received 2 estimates, which Allstate was not willing to accept. The 3rd estimate was submitted, and they want a structural engineer to look at. We have been paying 7 years on this particular policy and now we strongly believe we have been paying for too much coverage and Allstate is not willing to cover the cost of repairs. In the beginning I received phone calls from different departments within Allstate letting me know what will happen next, and how to proceed, now when someone calls its to tell us "our policy doesnt cover that". I have read my policy over and over, I know the structure itself has more than enough coverage to repair but Allstate only wants to pay less than 1/4 of the cost to repair it.

      Two contractors documented damage on my roof requiring full roof replacement Allstate refuses to acknowledge damage on my feeling this company has shady business practices and charges a premium for coverage and their slogan is your in good hands but that is a lie you are not in good hands and you will find out when you attempt to make a claim

      Allstate in general,has proven to be a below poor insurance agency.In June 2022, I was hit and ran off road, by another driver [also an Allstate customer] .I made a claim and reopened it 3 times.Allstate, dropped my claim all 3 times!!With pictures sent proving I was hit,the adjusters neglected to investigate my car ,public cameras and my damages!Unbelievable!!!I am beyond dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted with Allstate Insurance Company. I have been with Allstate for 15 years. I will definitely leave negative public reviews and look for another Insurance carrier for my home and vehicle.

      I had a accident was rear ended and they raised my rates. They said was driving ***** miles in a year hypothetical amount and raised my rates. They have doubled my rates in 1 year

      Not ideal company to file a Claim. The claim adjusters made it very hard to the customer to the point that will give in the way they initially proposed just to get over it. Run away from this company.

      If I could rate this place no stars I would. 7 months after an accident. I have received 1 outgoing call from the adjustors. I've spent many man hours trying to get any update on my claim. Absolutely no help or updates- even to this day. Promised phone calls to be returned, with nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Beyond frustrated. and a lot of money out of my own pocket to keep my everyday life some sort of normal.

      If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Tell me what insurance company in their right mind tells you they will advance pay you for rental, had the rental company pick you up at the repair shop, and then leaves you high and dry at the rental company stating they cannot advance pay you for even a day, they can only reimburse you once you pay out of pocket. WORST experience I've ever had in my entire life with a company for customer service. I'm out of a car for God knows how long while their client is at fault. Tell me how much sense that makes.

      I paid for a month's full coverage insurance on a vehicle that was not legally supposed to be insured, I even had renters too. Then I was cheated it out of a payment by being advised by a agent directly to make the payment for them to tell me that the policy was canceled so I didn't receive my full payment back. She tried to get me to renew my policy for almost $400 which I only paid a ************************** the beginning. They're listed on ****** as a company that deals with salvaged vehicles or rebuilt titles etc.. But after months of full coverage and renters insurance payments I was advised that they're not. I was paying for a service that they said they could not provide. So I'm out of hundreds of dollars because of a insurance company that makes billions. Customer complaint said that they're sorry but there's nothing they can do because the problem is resolved internally. I feel cheated & scammed! They should have never started a policy for me but they knew that, I didn't.
