      Their ******************** does everything to not honor terms of current policies. They will tell you all manner of things not found in your policy to try to do what is best for them not you the customer who paid for a product policy. Do yourself a favor while insurance companies in general have a bad customer service reputation this one is the worst .. go elsewhere for peace of mind and customer service and support

      I would not leave a star if not needed to leave a review! Called them on ****-2022 to quote a new policy. Price seemed right, so decided to switch with an effective date of 8-5-2022. Was brought to my attention later that day that it would of been a fraudulent policy since my son owns his cars and needs his own policy. Called them back and cancelled on ****-2022, told them to take my banking information off the policy since it was cancelled. They took almost $600 out of my account on 8-5-2022, called them to find out why and no one could explain since the policy was cancelled. Called them again on 8-8 to find out when they were going to refund my money and was told it was not being investigated and that it should be refunded on ****. I still dont have my money back in my account and when I called them on **** they said it would take another 3-5 days to show ** in my account. They were told on **** to cancel the policy flat out and that should of been the end of it, but I guess people dont listen! It does not good to call the local office to me as there is one guy there that does not like answering question and hangs the phone up on you. I would NEVER do business with this insurance company!

      Sent in a tow bill from my roadside assistance. They called and I gave them my debit card # to put the $100 on they owed me for the tow bill. Either I gave them the last 4 digits of the card wrong or the girl typed it wrong in the system. They sent me a message saying they sent the $100. I IMMEDIATELY responded to them that the last 4 digits were transposed. The claims person told me oh too bad, there's nothing I can do now. So I am out my $100. I tried calling Allstate several times 4 and 2 to a guy named ***********************, who finally called me and almost called me a liar about the money and wanted to argue with **** called my bank to see if there was an attempt to put the money in my account. They said there is no record of it, and if I needed a letter on their letterhead stating so they would get me one. This *********************** told me he would decide what to do about the money and call me the next day. No call. He was very very rude and I don't like being called a liar. I understand mistakes happen, either by them, or me or the bank or whomever. However, I don't like being called a liar and told that I am out my $100.00. I have an excellent credit rating and will change insurance if I have to. I have 4 cars and a house insured by them, if this is the way they conduct business what will they do if something happens to my house or one of my cars in the future?

      Because Im forced to leave 1 star otherwise they wouldnt get it! My husband and I only been with Allstate 1 month. I joined because I was given a great quote for 3 cars. I requested a $250 deductible but after reviewing my policy it was $1000 thats why to quote was so good. I immediately called to have it changed (first issue). Two and half weeks later I traded my vehicle and got a new one I called to have my 2021 vehicle removed from policy and add my 2022 (easy enough right) WRONG! I noticed on my app that the vehicle I no longer owned was still on my policy I called and spoke with customer and they said that they would remove it. WRONG! After speaking with 5 different people in customer service for 3 weeks it still wasnt removed and I was charged over $100 more than what my monthly payment should have been. I spoke with another person in customer service again regarding my **** and the car was still on the policy. I noticed that I didnt have roadside I added that to the policy as well she said that she would take care of everything. I woke up this morning only to notice that my 2021 was removed from my policy finally but so was my new car that I added!!!! I called again only to be told that the back office has the authority to add it back on the policy !!!! And the roadside was not added either! All of this in 30 days. I can kick myself for becoming a member, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS

      Im only giving it one star because it wont allow me to give them ZERO which is what they deserve. We might as well not even have home insurance, they dont cover ANYTHING. Theyll basically only provide help if theres a zombie apocalypse because thats out of our hands. RIDICULOUS!

      Our car insurance for 4 cars for 6 months is almost $2100.00, already $250 more than last time for not using drive wise. It was due Aug 4th, 2022. My husband paid early on the 1st of August online so he wouldn't risk forgetting it. They inform us we still owe $94.00 because they didn't get to auto draft it on 4th. We paid with debit card online instead.....3 days early!!!!!! What business in their right mind would PENALIZED a customer for paying early!!!!! They should be grateful as a lot of people don't pay on time if at all. They will not have us next time, I can promise you that! I'll gladly give my money to someone else even if it's more expensive than ever trust Allstate again!!!!!!!!

      I was in an accident in 2018 and was rear-ended by one of allstate's insured. Here 4 1/2yrs later they are still trying to squash me like a bug! Here in ** there's evidently no law to force them into court. So they can sit on me till I'm 100 with no repercussions! Where's the justice?I wasn't at fault! I was on the job, and that was my last day at work. It's not right or fair...

      cancelled them May 1. they sent me a collection **** for ****** Aug 1. supposedly i have to pay for the month of may before i could cancel them who know. the company is shady and i will never do business with this company again.good luck getting money from me.

      If you are with Allstate you are not in good hands! You might as well not have home owners insurance. They repeatedly refused to send a new adjuster out to re-asses the hail damage to our roof. They had no one available. All the contractors, whose reputation is based on their honesty and work ethnic, said the roof needed to be replace. Allstate gave us money to fix 77 shingles. Unknow which ones. I will have to find a contractor who will do $2,000.00 worth of work and stop because that is all Allstate is willing to pay to deal with the problem. They will not budge. It is up to us to pay out of pocket to replace the roof. This has been going on for 8 months and each time I get a different person to deal with. Like starting over. They don't want to hear about your claim and because they can get away with this they don't even care. They just get bored. Getting rich off the backs of the people they claim to care about. They don't care if their patch work solutions devalue your home. They get what they want, you get the ****.
