  My rental car coverage was $30 and you can only use Enterprise, unless you have money to pay yourself and be reimbursed. But Enterprise has no cars for $30 although other rental car agencies do. It's a racket! I paid over $160 for 30 days while my car was repaired. I feel screwed by my own insurance company!

  Totally regret staying with them I knew my policies could be improved and I called and went over the changes with a rep both my policies were discounted BUT MY DEDUCTIBLE WAS CHANGED TO 5 INSTEAD OF 1K..WHO DOES THIS ??? I didn't pick up the error ,until after a chunk of a huge tree fell in my front lawn from storm ripping all wires from my roof that CH doesn't fix I filed claim and soon realized I was *************** Now this tree has to come down somehow I am on unemployment which was reason I tweaked policies Hardship and grief on my part when these people don't know their job Nothing personable No accountability I am just in disgust with Allstate

  After a major motor vehicle accident, the insurance company never investigated it according to the auto shop and 3rd party adjuster at the time. When I received the vehicle back after 2 supplemental jobs done at the request of the auto shop before even receiving the vehicle, I had requested it sent again 2 more times at my cost and the vehicle was still not repaired. After that the shop told me they would not take the vehicle again as the insurance would not cover it. I called my insurance agent and they had informed me that they would not take my statement of the accident and would only accept the at fault other party's statement. While I still had the vehicle I had called 4 times to try and get it working properly as the interior would shift and bend when moving. After which the shop had it for more then a month before giving it back and saying they did undocumented work adding in parts in the interior. At this point the vehicle could not be aligned after 4 tries at multiple shops. I was then I had taken it to another shop just for estimates but could not get anything written down. It was after this I had taken it again to the second shop to get a written statement of damages. This is when the shop did unapproved 'repairs' but would not look at the interior damages and took it to an unapproved shop, which was the shop that initially did the improper work. I took another 2 months before the insurance would cover some of the damages only to receive the vehicle back with missing parts. After a week of having the vehicle back it just stopped working. All in all, this company fabricated events of the accident, never investigated the damages properly, and after 40 years of membership will not do their duty. They have stated the would pay for any more work but only after we pay for it and all the shops within a 100 mile radius will not work on it unless the insurance initially covers it, so I have no vehicle as they did nothing but collect my payments. 0/5

  I drive a ***** Silverado pickup. An all state client hit rear ended me. All state offered to reimburse me for a rental car while my pickup was in the body shop. They nearly refused to get me a pickup as a rental from enterprise. They made me jump through on hoop after another even after I explained the many reasons why I need a pickup for my daily life tasks and work. I will never use all state for home or auto. Thank goodness I use State Farm.

  I am with Allstate and it's run like a gang I was recently in a car accident the original adjuster was fired for UNLAWFUL practices so I was told. So they put another adjuster on the claim . My car been in the shop from 06/18/2022 I was stuck in *** waiting for my car..I couldn't get home so maxed out my bank account paying my bills. my car is still in the shop the new adjuster tricked me and they are only paying **** toward a **** ****. I asked Allstate to waive my **************************************************************************************************************** at least prorate it to my monthly insurance payment they turned me down. I reached out to ******************* CEO OF ALLSTATE BUT NO ANSWER. I DONT HAVE **** ON AUGUST 5 I WILL BE STUCK WITH RENTAL AND I STILL OWE ***** ON THE *** AND STORAGE FEE ALL BECAUSE THE PRACTICE OF THIS COMPANY. I WROTE THE INSURANCE COMMISSION. IM SICK OF TRICKS ALLSTATE RUINED MY LIFE I CAN NOT HEAL FROM THIS ACCIDENT DUE TO STRESS. I THOUGHT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. BUT I WAS TRICKED ALLSTATE IS RUN LIKE A CRIME FAMILY. I NEED A INVESTIGATION ON TO WHY SHE WAS FIRED OVER MY CLAIM AND I AM NOT BEGGING I AM ASKING FOR JUSTICE. MY *** IS STILL IN THE **** THIS IS SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS.ONE STAR TOO MANY WHAT DO I DO

  Let me join the 1 star club. An Allstate insured driver crossed over 2 lanes of pavement and crossed in front of my car at a 45 degree angle damaging my front side panel , front bumper, hood and headlight. A witness saw the accident happen. The drivers dash cam recorded it. My insurance company..State Farm..deemed the driver was 70% at fault. I wasn't happy about that..the guy ran into me!I paid the $500 deductible for repairs and expected reimbursement from Allstate to be forthcoming. It's been 3 months and now Allgrab has said that the collision was MY FAULT! A witness and the dash cam evidently are liars. Allstate is showing itself to be a cheating and unethical business that has resorted to stealing money from people and are getting away with it. Beware: YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!

  Full of BS..Someone hit my car and I had to do all the leg work. Had to file a police report to get this hit and run covered under Under-insured/Uninsured. I gave them the license plate number but not the state..Once I gave them the state info I received from the police department they had to do another investigation. This person had the same insurance and then I was told..they are denying liability but not coverage, what? Of course they are not denying coverage..they are insured by you,..Allstate. Now they want me to pay my collision deductible for something that is not my fault.. Telling me I cannot do an arbitration because this person has the same insurance company. That does not sound right at all. I have been dealing with this company for a month now and I am tired. What can I do?.Canceling my plan with them. Joke

  Allstate Home owners insurance I had a water leak on my toilet tank I called ServPro to mitigate the water damage I contacted Allstate to open claim incase it was needed when Allstate claims department contacted me they were rude they informed me what they werent paying for which is the toilet my deductible is $500 and to replace my carpet pad and lay down my carpet is $50 I got rid of Allstate Im with Hartford Insurance AARP and I purchased third party Water insurance policy and water alarms around my home because they dont cover much and they want to send their folks out to repair your home so just be clear they are horrible in customer service glad it was a small leak thank God

  Absolute worst customer service. ****** was damaged 16 days ago so badly that it cannot be towedno axle. Allstate tells us that they do not have adjusters for **s on day then the next they are sending the claim to a specialty team for inspection. Now they tell me that we have to have the ** inspected by an rv repair facility. The ** cannot be towed. I will never use Allstate insurance again and will shout it to the rooftops every chance I get.

  All state put me in the worst position ever...Never believe their agents nor take their work All state over draft my account after I suspended my payment and changed the date they still charged my bank account and cause major overdraft fees not only that I had to miss my aunt's funeral due to Allstate not giving me my money back. It took 3 days b4 ***** from the resolution team called she was rude and nasty over talked me yelled at me. They then want me to call my bank have them send proof of my fees just to not return the fee for 5-7 days after Allstate (*****) never once apologized didn't have any empathy that I couldn't go to my mom sister funeral. I got paid and had to pay all the fees out my pay check causing me to be behind on other bills. Still haven't received any results or money
