      If I could give 0 stars I would. They are scam artists. They will renew a policy that was old and renewed it. that was canceled then I paid it by accident they won't refund the money.

      Allstate has to be the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I'm not a customer but one of their insured customers backed into my son's car. I followed their process and went to their recommended repair shop for an estimate. The repair shop submitted an estimate and then Allstate decides that the bumper cover didn't need replacing even though the estimator made note that the bumper cover had broken tabs. This is completely unacceptable! My son's car was parked and unoccupied and yet Allstate wants to treat yo like the accident was your fault. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

      The premiums KEEP going up. I have Nothing to justify this. Allstate uses the State Of WA as the excuse. Especially when the CEOs are millionaires and the it's a FOR PROFIT from hard working decent law abiding citizen. And Allstate use the FORCE Pf a strong arm tactics to steal money in the form of premiums. Yet give absolutely no reason why my rates continue to increase. I found information from other agents that their trying to have me leave However one "fender ******" ( 4000 payout) increased my payments by 40%.The incident was in December of 22. And 5 mph over. Other than NOTTA.FOR 10 YEARS.WHOS WHO HERE. THE ORIGINAL PAYMNET WAS 145 A A MONTH. NOW??? 275.00

      ****** would be better. I cancelled my policy 5/23/25. Then on 6/11 I get a notice of a late fee charged and owe $300+. I contacted them and they said no it is active. You can see the request on 5/23, I also sent them the cancellation notice. And the reply was " Please ne informed that due to heavy backlog the request was not completed and we need to place the fresh request so that the policy can be cancelled. "I am not responsible for additional charges because You said my policy was cancelled but never got around to it. WHAT BS!!!

      We pay too much money to not get unforeseen circumstance in our home covered. We had an unknown, ongoing situation that left under floor damage in bathroom. Witch changed her mind and wouldn't allow us to receive our expensive benefits owed to us.

      I HAVE BEEN WITH ALLSTATE FOR 14 YEARS. I FILE A CLAIM ON 6/1/2025 BECAUSE I HAD A WATER LEAK THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF. ONCE I FOUND IT I CALLED A PLUMBER AT ONCE AND GOT IT FIXED. THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT IT HAD TO BE A ACCIDENT OR I HAD TO HAVE CAUGHT IT RIGHT AWAY. ONCE I CAUGHT IT I FIXED IT. THEREFORE MY FLOOR HAS OCCURED SYNIFCANT DAMAGE. AND THEY REFUSE TO COVER IT. THEY HAVE COLLECTED MY MONEY FOR 14 YEARS BUT HAS A LOOP HOLE WHEN I HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO.

      I have been an Allstate customer for 14 years. My home was damaged around the end of April 2025. The adjuster came out and informed me that the restoration company would cost around $3,000, but the final estimate ended up being about $6,500. This restoration company is an Allstate vendor. I was told that I could use any contractor for the job, but every contractor that provided an estimate had their figures challenged by the adjuster, as they did not match the vendor's paperwork. The adjuster mentioned that when I submitted an estimate, he would negotiate the price with the vendor. However, instead of doing that, he keeps insisting that I need to submit another estimate or show how the funds will be allocated, which is already outlined in the estimate. I've been going back and forth with the adjuster to try to get my damages fixed, but there always seems to be an issue. He wants me to use Allstate vendors, which will cost significantly more than the small business contractors I've consulted. I am reluctant to do this because it means I will have to pay more in the long run. I don't understand why he keeps pushing Allstate vendors on me, especially since he claimed he would approve it without a problem. Something doesn't feel right about this situation. The adjuster also insists that I need a whole-house pack-out, which can be very expensive. It's been nearly two months, and there's still no progress. I will be canceling my insurance with Allstate because they are not taking care of their customers. I strongly recommend finding another insurance company and avoiding Allstate. They are quick to take your money but leave you stranded when it's time to repair.

      I got into a car crash in May and was told by Allstate to get a rental car from enterprise and that they would cover the cost. Enterprise also told me they would cover the cost. Now a month later, I'm finding out that Allstate is only covering 3 days of the rental. I rented the car for a month. They barely covered anything. Enterprise didn't do anything to help either. Now I have to pay out of pocket. I feel like I was lied too and scammed. I could've returned the car much earlier if I had been told the right information. Way to go Allstate. Thanks for disappointing me. I'm glad I use AAA not you guys.

      We received a non-renewal notice from our auto insurance company, Allstate, indicating that our policy would not be renewed due to four claims within the three-year experience period. Pertaining to the four claims: One claim involved a no-fault accident. Another claim resulted from a deer collision. A third claim was due to a dispute with another party's insurance company, in which Allstate lost the case. The fourth claim involved an error made by a police officer in his ********* the fourth claim, the police officer mistakenly reported me as responsible for an accident. I provided evidence showing that it was the other party's fault, and the officer subsequently corrected the report, stating it was 100% the fault of the other party. Despite sending this corrected report to Allstate, they refuse to update their records and continue to hold us responsible for the accident.
