I canceled my membership in February 2023 for Allstate Motor Club Member ID *********. After several attempts to talk to their representatives, they have not issued a refund. It is now May 4 and they are still keeping my money.Business Response

I had contacted allstate motor club from april ***** about membership deals on their website. i could not get in, so i called member care and ask them to help me and they kept sending me to other people . and they told me me that the website would update in two days. so i waited two days and did not update, so i called them back and ask for a supervisor and they told me that the supervisor was not available, then they said that someone will call me back in two days and it been two days and know call. so then i called the cancelation line and the guy told me dont cancel and he fixed it, that he worked for the department that would fixed this issue and that this isnt fixed. i will be cancelling as of monday. i had them for years. and all them lied to me. i would not recomend them to anyone.Business Response

I filed a claim to ***** insurance board and no response. Can you please help? Ive been an allstate customer for twenty plus years. Today on 04/08/2023 my car died at the intersection and needed towing. After contacting allstate 800 contact center and was transfer over an allstate company, I was told I dont have coverage. The agent at the 800 confirmed Ive coverage for towing however after confirming with the allstate company for verification of coverage, an allstate company. The allstate company would not offer towing unless I paid up front. I had the 800 allstate representative and the allstate company who is in charge of roadside assistance both on the line together. The allstate *** denied to tow my car unless I paid up front. So whats the point of paying for coverage. I feel allstate should provide me with monetary payments for the months and years Ive been paying for roadside assistance program, since allstate company can verify Ive coverage and their parent company cannot verify coverage. If it wasnt for my wonderful agent ***************** I would not be with Allstate. They should have Mr ***************** in their corporate office. This complaint is surely is about Allstate company not my agent *****************. Please have Allstate fix this error asap. Allstate backed dated my reinstatement ****** causing a lapse in my coverage. Allstate claims I was giving 7 days as a grace ****** however Allstate backed dated my grace ****** causing a lapse in coverage. Allstate sends communication about a missed payment on the 11th of April. April 11th was the first and only communication Allstate send me about a miss payment. Allstate is not giving me a grace ****** from the time i was notified (April 11th) but a grace ****** back dated to April 5th which is the day after my policy was created. Allstate failed to send me communication on April 5th, April 6th, April 7th, April 8th, April 9th, and April 10th. Terrible serviceBusiness Response

I have an auto policy through Allstate. We have 5 drivers (me, my wife and my 3 children) and 5 vehicles. My eldest son, who is 26, is trying to get his own insurance policy. However, no one will insure him as his ***** Nexis report is showing that he has 1 accident and 3 glass claims over the last 3 years. This information was provided to ***** Nexis by Allstate. However, this information is incorrect. He does have 1 accident and 1 glass claim. However, the other 2 glass claims were for my wife and my daughter, but they somehow got incorrectly associated with him. Allstate and ***** Nexis have the glass claims correctly associated with my wife's and daughter's vehicles but not with the correct person. **** are showing up as my son, ******, being the driver. I can even prove that he was not the driver as it is physically impossible for him to drive those vehicles as he is disabled and has a modified ****** Sienna mini-van in order for him to be able to drive.I have tried to go through the dispute process at ***** Nexis 3 times. Allstate has come back to them twice already saying the information is correct, even though I can prove that it is not (which I told ***** Nexis and all of the Allstate reps I spoke with). The 3rd dispute is in process, but I am not hopeful as there is no way to talk to the person that handles the dispute. *********** could not provide this information and they would not let me speak to anyone besides the customer service agent that answers the phone. Also, I have tired to call Allstate at least 20 times to get it resolved. I have spoken with my agent, with claims reps and with customer resolution reps. **** have all tried to help and understand the situation, but no one know how to fix it or how to get in touch with the people that handle ***** Nexis disputes. I have been trying to get this resolved since *** 2023 and I need help in reaching the right person.Business Response

I filed a claim with them January 31st of this year 2023. Soon as they retrieve the car had me sign of power of attorney for total loss of car the loss claims agent ******************************* goes on vacation then ******************* the initial agent ghost me. I have called numerous time to get address to mail tile and recieve check. Numbers given divert to voicemails and no call backs. I am rejecting this response because:Good morning. Today I spoke with ***** and was advised to send this email on the update of my case. Reference number ******** I spoke with ***** from Allstate to no resolve. He told me he would send me Esurrance contact info and upon me calling today after waiting weeks he saying I must refile my case with you all. This is absurd. I would not have waiting the addition three weeks of I knew this. Im still with out a car and the funds due to me. This initially was a request to just get an address to mail the title but everybody at that company seems to have gone ghost. Please help me resolve this issue. Im having to burden others schedules do to lack of consistent transportation.

The issue was not resolved. I feel like everyones passing me off elsewhere. I still have not gotten an address to mail title nor the check from the car I surrendered in March and given them power of attorney so they could handle there end in the totaled car. Ive done my part they dropped the ball. Ive been without transportation since 1/31/23. I even tried calling company today still voicemail only. Please please help me. All I want is my funds and then I can mail the title because certainly I do not trust them to receive title and then make excuses about the payment.

On March 21, 2023, at 2:30 pm my son's 2019 Kia ****** was stolen out of our driveway. We immediately contacted the ************* and they put a tracer out on the car but did not find it right away. Then we contacted Allstate: *************************** my agent ****************************************************. A claim was creative and assigned to *********************** England. I reached out to ****************** that same day regarding obtaining a rental vehicle and was told that I would have to find an Enterprise and reserve a car. I told him no that was his job. After he gave me pushback regarding Allstate not owning Enterprise and if there wasn't an available rental, there wasn't anything that he could do. ****************** was so nasty over the phone, that I ended the conversation before it escalated. On March 22, 2023, We received a call from ******* Police that the car had been located on Grant ****** in ******* and had been involved in a shoot-out. The officer advised us the car would have to dust for fingerprints, and afterward the car would be towed to the towing yard. The officer told us he would contact us when the car is on the towing lot. I reached out to ****************** and was advised to take photos and do other things that an adjuster does. I was upset because I felt like I was doing their job so I decided to take photos and email them. I have reached out to ****************** several times and have gotten a voice message. Also, I reached out to my agent ****************** office and finally after I told them that I would be contacting the bbb a lady tried to assist me but she was new, At this point, I don't feel like I'm in good hands with Allstate. I attempted to contact ****************** regarding the next steps in this process and he stated if the vehicle is repairable he would let me know where to take it. I advised ****************** that we do not want that vehicle back because it has been in a shoot out and we fear for our lives. We would like the fair blue book price reimburse to us so we can obtain another vehicle.Business Response

We experienced a kitchen fire in 8/12/23. Allstate is our ********************** From day 1 our experience has been horrible. We were assigned adjusters and claim handlers that were inept, unresponsive, or dishonest. We hired an attorney but ****** no longer afford him. We have recoerds of unprofessional and conflicting emails from Allstate's Structural Claims Adjuster *********************, whi resides in *******, ** and never visited the site of the fire. No one from Allstate has ever visited the fire site. We have supplied all photos and video documentation from professionals we hired to do repairs, but ********************* continus to deny clear liability in accordance to our policy. Our attorney and the ** we ended up hiring after terminating Allstate's recommended ** for being unable to explain frauduelnt repairs on their quote - maintain that the structrual claims adjuster was in cahoots with ******** General Contracting to commit insurance fraud. Our attorney requested on sveral occassions for his removal and investigation into his business practices. We have reported to the ** ********************* yet ********************* is still assigned and still denying clear liability. We cannot afford our attorney and have been thrown into severe debt replacing our HVAC and ductwork in order to get back into our home safely. Additionally, our ** was twice as high as the ******** quote, which our attroney says is common insirance fraud practice with Allstate and their **'s. Please help!Business Response

My daughter needed to use Allstate Motor Club December 28, 2022 when the car she was in broke down in Virginia. I tried to find someone to talk to about what was needed for a reimbursement and was only given a ***** address and told to send the receipts to it for reimbursement: Pre-Authorized Emergency Roadside Assistance, Trip Interruption or Legal Defense, Allstate Motor Club, P.O. Box ******, ******, ** 75266-0021. I sent a letter dated January 27, 2023 with the receipts and explanation of the events. I followed up repeatedly with the only number I had and was told that no one could help me or check on the request. The only phone number I had was **************. Finally on March 3, 2023 I connected with a person who gave me another number to call after he looked into my request and said there was nothing on file. He told me to call **************. When I spoke to a person there, he told me to send an email to ******************************** with an explanation and a copye of receipts. He said that since this had taken so long the person would be in touch with me. I have not heard from anyone yet.Business Response
